Hey, I would like to ask, if there will be Swiss layout for the Huntsman V3 Pro Mini in the future?If yes, when would it come out?

I just bought this BARRACUDA X 2022 and the audio works perfectly while connected to the RAZER AUDIO app in my iPhone 13, but my phone captures sound via my phone’s built-in mic instead of the attached mic in my BARRACUDA X 2022 when I try to speak or record my voice. Is there any way to capture voice/sound thru the attached mic while connected to bluetooth? Thanks guys.

So I bought the new Razer blackshark V2 pro wireless 2023 they are amazing so far but one really massive downfall is the audio will cut out , before it cuts out it will beep 3 times and then cut the audio out then it will usually come back in 5-8 seconds? I did everything Razer support has explained, any ideas guys ? Cheers. I don’t want to send them back as they are so amazing rn but if I can’t fix this problem unfortunately I’d have to refund them :/

I purchased gold for $100, it's still on hold. I want to buy with the gold in the game and now it's stuck...

I got the blackwidow v4 with green switches a bit ago, and I noticed that its keys kept on double typing, so I replaced it with the same thing on amazon. However, after using it for a bit, it had the same issue, and I have tried lowering the polling rate before and it didn't work. I really enjoy the switch feeling and the overall keyboard, but the double typing is getting really annoying. Should I replace it with the same thing or another keyboard, or try to troubleshoot? 

When ever i lift up my mouse or turn it upside down and use my finger to activate the optical senor it scrolls either up or down randomly, ive tried looking all around and cant seem to find anyone else with the same problem Its really bugging me whenever im gaming because it will unholster my weapons or scroll to something i dont want to use  

I just bought this mouse today from best buy and it has issues with tracing. It’s like it lags constantly. I’m not sure if its a sensor issue or bluetooth issue 

I like to do a lot of research before I buy something. Compared to brands like HyperX, Corsair, and smaller competitors these keycaps are inferior and over price. These are supposed to be an upgrade, but it feels like a lateral move—no real improvement. Below are the major complaints I've read. They're made from ABS and not PBT. Two-piece design, not Doubleshot. These keycaps separate easily. Because of the two-piece design, the LED pass-through is dimmer than it should be. Legends are smaller than other Razer keyboards. Razer Customers want Keycaps with PBT, Doubleshot, Pudding, and Raser's true legends that people can see. I did consider getting the newer Blackwidow v3, but I couldn't justify it since it wasn't a better keyboard. If the Keycaps were PBT, Doubleshot, Pudding, and Razer's true legends then I would have. I bought Razer's PBT upgrade keycaps a few years ago and had the same complaint everyone else had, LED pass-through was too dim. I hope Razer will take these crit

 I bought this keyboard 2 months ago and today I was on my computer when suddenly it started double tapping however, I'm from Brazil and I can't go to the Razer store where I bought it to exchange it. I bought it at the Florida Mall store in Orlando.

I'm having a problem with my razer black widow v3 pro, when I want to use a key I get an unwanted key combination. I want to put an "n" I get "-yhbn" or I want to put a "c" and I get "edxc" this is really annoying. The only method that allowed me to get it working correctly again was to reset my PC but this is not a good method.

I’ve had this mouse for a bit over 2 years and suddenly a few days ago I noticed that my batteries started to drain super quick (1-2 days).I am using the same batteries I have used for the past year, even from the same pack I bought months ago.I tried buying new batteries and the battery still lasts for a day or less, this sudden change in battery life came from nothing, since I had no problems with the mouse and one day a week ago it just started draining batteries ultra fast.Mouse didnt recieve any damage from any source just normal gaming daily use.I dont know if its a electronic problem or what can cause a battery drain like that since I have not changed anything around what so ever.I cant update the drivers since it requires Bluetooth connection I dont have (kinda weird I need bluetooth for that) but it wouldn’t make sense to be a drivers issue since I havent updated at any point since I bought the mouse. Any help is appreciated.

Greetings!I recently went from being wired, to wireless, deathadder essential to deathadder v3 pro, and I am really loving the newest iteration of the mouse.The deathadder shape really just fits my hand and the v3 pro certainly is an improvement of the shape.Sadly though, the clicks seem somewhat harder compared to the DA essential and I feel like sometimes I miss some clicks especially while spamming.Is this an issue present in all DAV3 Pros? Or just my copy? Really love using the mouse but really missing the softer clicks of the DA Essential...

My 2018 advanced blade had ssd replacement, the shop did a fresh win10 install,  the laptop has a new battery replacement from razer few months ago, after the ssd replacement the device wont turn on unless you plug it in, afterwards I can unplug it normally, I can put it to sleep, hibernate, shut down whatever then it’d work normally, however if I keep it unused for an hour or so and try to wake it up it wont do it unless I plug it in again.Any idea what could be the problem?

I ordered this already and it’s arriving soon. But I may have made a mistake. I’m unsure if this will work on my Xbox series X. It says made for mobile devices 😭😭😭

Hi everyone, can anyone tell me where I can find the replacement cable for my blackwidow v3 keyboard?

When using my headset and connecting directly to the microphone, the audio that comes into the headset is super quiet in my left ear only, the right ear is loud and clear but I can barely hear it coming out the left. I have tried messing with the levels in the microsoft sound settings for the microphone and those are fine they were at 100 for both sides. The headset works perfectly fine when plugged into any other device and sounds just fine. I saw a few questions here that were asking the same thing but all of them have been closed with no replies and it doesn’t seem like they solved it. Does anyone know how to fix this issue?

Generally I play FPS / MMORPG. So would like to know what is probably the best for those type of games. Thanks!

The base cushion material has started to cracks in various places, mainly around the stitching.I have attempted to register my chair but the seriel number is missing off the label on the underside of my chair. Any direction to proceed would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Well I have just bought this keyboard, the problem is that when I launch Warzone I’m used to play it on controller but the keyboard somehow blocks the controller and I’m unable to play on it unless I play on keyboard, is there a way to play with the controller as always instead of the functions the keyboard has?

Heyy folks, I got a razer kraken v3 and i'm a big fan of the hypersense haptics. I'm wondering if anyone knows whether it's possible to only hear the haptics feedback and not the audio when listening to a song? Super curious to find this out. Thanks!p.s. I know this sounds weird… I’m a design student and I’m thinking if I could do haptic prototyping with this headset. 

Hello, i am using USB Audio Enhancer with Ifrit headphones and Razer Seiren mic, on enhancer i disable mic by button but everytime when i make some apps windows active (for example Mozilla Thunderbird), it automatically enables mic button on enhancer and make sound level way higher. If i disable it just need do 2-3 clicks inside other app and it enables again. I already reinstalled OS, reinstalled synapse, changed headphones, nothing help, it was on win10 , now same on win11.
