Yoo will the Purple Edition also avaible in EU expecially Switzerland Layout or will this 4ver stay US only? Why we can’t buy the switches seperatly when the Keyboard has hotswap? So i could buy the red one and swap the switches at least.

I purchased a Razer Kishi V1 (Model RZ06-0290). Today, it has started to behave in a peculiar manner. The left stick is always pointing downwards, L2 button remains pressed, the D-pad does not respond, and pressing R2 makes the left stick go left. I have tried troubleshooting by uninstalling apps or disabling accessibility options, but to no avail. Additionally, I have updated the firmware, but the issue persists. The controller was last functional in January 2023, and I have been using it with a Moto G20 running on Android 11. I have not made any changes to the controller, and it was stored safely in its box. I am seeking advice on what I can do to resolve this issue.

I bought the nommo v2 and was wondering if anyone knew if there was a way to get them to hook up directly to the monitor? I have a msi Optix MAG321CQR and it doesn't have speakers I play my PS5 on it and hate having to wear a headset to have sound. Any help would be appreciated.

I currently use the Basilisk V3 wired mouse. I want the better sensor and switches of the Basilisk V3 Pro, but I do not want the added weight the wireless components (radio + battery etc.) add to the mouse. Please consider a wired version of the Basilisk V3 Pro. Thanks you. P.S. I also use the wired version of the RAZER KRAKEN V3 wich is awesome as well.

Hello, I can see I have firmware 1.3.0.0 in my brand new nommo v2 (not pro) speakers.Speakers are on, in PC mode, both connected to the subwoofer as expected and connected to the computer.The bluetooth 5 adapter of the computer is also on.When I try to update firmware to the latest 1.6.1r5, I can go until the update stage where the update button remains greyed out.What am I missing ? Regards

I just tried to install synapse and it kept crashing. my first thought was to use a program called "Universal Extractor 2" to dump the installers content to a folder. So i did and inside of the installer file was a hand full of DLL's and just like I thought a second Installer file called "RazerInstaller.exe". click on it and it launched without fail. so there's my method of solving the problem.

I just have a few questions about the ‘Razer Huntsman V3 Pro Tenkeyless’.1.What does the nob do on the top right? Something like a ‘sound thing’ someone please tell me.2.Whats the difference between Tenkeyless and a normal keyboard? (what does Tenkeyless mean)?

So this started about a month ago.  Computer monitors went to sleep woke up no audio, all audio tests in windows show its working including sound levels (even Gskil ram activates to sound) but no audio.  Speakers are on.Power on and off the speakers no change.  Cold boot PC sound comes back.  Warm boot does not help.  Windows 11 Pro - I should just chalk all my issues up with this. ever since setting up this PC with Windows 11, nothing but problems with Synapse 3.

Hello, I bought the Razer Ultimate (RC30-031701) with charging station.When the mouse is in the charging station, the charging status of the mouse is shown to meCharging station displayed via RGB. Is there also the possibility of displaying the charging status on the charging station while I´m using the mouse? Or do I always have to get an extrawindow open so you can always see the charging status of the mouse?I hope someone can help me with this. In addition to the mouse, I also have the headset charger and the Razer Blackwidow v4 pro.

So I just recently purchased this and I really like the feel of it but I usually game at night when everyone is asleep and I feel that the green switches are a bit loud. Can I purchase different switches on the website and switch them out? And if so what does everyone recommend? Thanks in advance!!

I was wondering if I can get replacement  

At first i had an issue in game, as soon as i went into voice channel all sounds would cut out, i couldn’t hear anything at all until i left the voice channel but my mic was working and my friend could hear me. I looked this up and found a solution that did work and let me hear the game and voice channel but now it’s like the mic doesn’t even exist and i can’t be heard. If anyone knows a solution please let me know asap ! I don’t want to return:(

This is the second time I’ve tried redeeming something through Razer gold… and failing.I purchased 1 year of Discord Nitro with my Razer Gold funds… just for the PIN not to work on discord when trying to redeem it.
