I have hard reset my keyboard, and it has not changed anything. I don't know what to do and my warranty is a few days past its two years, I am hoping to get support on it, but I haven’t seen any way to contact them directly (By Email, Chat, or any other way)Edit: I have also updated its firmware and that has not done anything to it

I can’t find a solution to my problem, but that seems very similar in many other topics.I found a little trick that helps with Razer Audio.My left earbud turns off after seconds when it isn’t playing something.I open the case and then I autopair it with my phone, and if it’s already playing something they work fine.But whenever I stop the music or if I wasn’t playing nothing the left earbud turns off (only the left one)I also noticed that if I have bluetooth off and I open the lid of the case both earbuds try to connect to something, but in a few seconds the left earbud turns off even if it’s still in the case.The second problem is with Razer Audio app that can’t find the earbuds, and I think it’s because of the left earbud problem.I found this trick, if I use Razer app in floating window and I play something to avoid that the earbud turns off it just work s fine with no problems at all.

The audio cuts off on one side L/R and I found out that it's because of the bass and it's been like than for almost a year now and I still don't know why that's happing, I need help with this because it's a comfortable headset but annoying when it does that

Hi, I cannot find firmware updates for the deathadder v2 x hypserspeed? All others ask me to plug in a cable which this does not have (and yes I've tried the wireless usb dongle). I'm having freezing issues with the hyperspeed dongle and one thing suggests updating firmware which I can't find?

as I recently purchased my "Razer kraken" headset, installed it on my computer, and downloaded "THX Spatial audio" for better use of my headsetthe problem I find now iswhen I try to enter the product key, it says it is invalid.I already entered the code, but in another device, but I don’t use that device anymore.I want to enter the product key in a new device, please help.

So I originally bought the razer baracuda x when i had my laptop, I wanted something wireless so i picked this up.  Got a new computer, no disc drive but i plugged in the dongle and away i went.  Have had no issues, ran a game of dungeons and dragons last monday on discord and then had a thanksgiving holiday.  Have not turned the computer off, hadn’t restarted.Went to log in Monday for the game and my microphone no longer works.  Went through all the usually steps and nothing worked.  Went back to old laptop and issue also occurs now on laptop.  Plugged in different headset (wired) different port and everything seems fine.  Could it be an issue with the mic piece?   Is it time for a new headset?

I'm trying to adjust my Blackshark V2 (2023) mic settings in the app but it won't let me listen to a preview. It works in Discord, but not within the app. Tried restarting, repairing, and reinstalling.

Sup sup sup sup sup sup, Does anyone know if / how broken keycaps on the *original* razer turret keyboard can be replaced, especially the half-sized up / down arrow keys? A recent thread noted that the new (Xbox-focused) Turret has Cherry MX compatible keys. However, the old razer turret clearly has different keys. I’ve been using the Blackwidow 2013 Ultimate since...well...2013, and it’s a great keyboard. Unfortunately the Windows key stopped working, so I’m looking to upgrade.  I’m very interested in optical switches and, in particular, analog optical. I’m disappointed to see that these are only in the Huntsman V2 Analog and Huntsman V3.  I’m wondering if there’s any possibility of optical switches -- analog or otherwise -- coming to a full-feature keyboard like the Blackwidow. The V4 Pro looks fantastic -- I love the full media controls and dedicated macro keys -- but man oh man I wish I could move to optical switches.I’m considering mailing a letter to Razer’s HQ to demonstrate how serious I am about this. What do you guys think?

I have a Razer Blackwidow V3 and to normally activat the “@” key id press shift and 2 but now I have to click shift and click the “ key to get @. Its confusing but theyve been swapped around. How can I fix this?

im not having any problem with delay, but just wanted to make sure if its better to connect every device with its individual dongle or use my kb and mouse in the same dongle, i have a razer deathadder v3 pro and a blackwidow v3 mini, is there any aditional delay to using all in 1 dongle?

Hi all, I’ve very recently purchased a Razer Leviathan V2 X for my partner and I only 6 days ago, and I have already had issues with mine auto turning itself off, disconnecting from my PC, and then becoming unrecognisable even via bluetooth. Thankfully my partner has not yet had this issue.I have found from looking on other forums that connecting it to a different power source or using a different USB-C cord works to short-term resolve the issue (the new plug-in worked for me) however I am wondering if this issue is something that is going to be fixed via patches/updates to the speaker or if I should head down the warranty route and receive a new one.Its’ really disappointing to have this happen as I had bought both speakers as a Christmas gift to my partner and I as we had just upgraded and gotten ourselves new PC/Monitors and had decided to get these speakers specifically because we were both in need of one and this one seemed perfect for our style and sound requirements. Thanks.

My  mouse not working at all when plugged in via USB cable. I can see the pointer but it does not move at all. Not even showing in Synapse.But when i use  as wireless it works completely fine.I do not know how to fix it please help.
