So i had a problem since about a year : my Razer Mamba Wireless would not work if used with the dongle (yes it had battery and the switch was on) so i used it with the cable since. But today i tried to look for help and see this page : https://mysupport.razer.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/6085/~/mouse-support so i clicked on “mouse connection issues” > “Mouse does not work or is not detected” > “USB Dongle” and done all the steps, the dongle is still not working (the mouse is really on i see the red light turning on/off as i switch the button). So my problem is still not solved. But there is another problem since. One of the steps that they told us is to update the firmware, i have done it, it has update the dongle firmware, then went for the cable update, it started to download it, then gone a step back, asking again to connect the mouse with the cable, even if it is already connected, and sicne my mouse isn’t working at all, either with the dongle or the cable…I would like to tel

Hello everyone.   I bought a razer tarantula years ago when it was new.   The macro keys were very useful.   I still have the keyboard and have used it just as a normal keyboard for years and its fantastic.   Anyway, I have need to use the macros again if possible.  I downloaded the latest firmware for the keyboard on the razer site, but nothing happens, nothing seemed to install.    I’m not really sure where to go from here so I thought I’d ask for some help and see if anyone else has any ideas.   I know this is a nearly 20 year old keyboard, so maybe I just won’t be able to get it to work, but if I could that would be great.   Any suggestions?   Thanks in advance.

Hi!first, im sorry for my english i know its bad … so heres my problem.I buy a Razer Huntman Mini Mercury white and i love it.works really fine and dont have any problem until i activate in Lighting “Quick effects” or “Advanced effects” mode. technicly when RGB is on my Keyboardwhen it active my left Ctrl is not workling really good. i press one time and the keybord register almost 6-7 times.but only when any mode is on.I try everything what this support site sad but nothing is changed. Synapse Update DoneWin11 Update Done  but idk why when i try to update the Huntman Firmware the intall find my Keyboard but the installer sad “you already have the latest update” but in the website i see Firmware v1.32.00 r2 butbut the istaller sad i have Device version 1.12.00so i this is the problem ? How can i update this if the installer not let me or this is the latest version ?and one more thingwhen i use Sypapse and i click in the settings (right up corner) and i go Firmware i only see my Mice  b

hello i just recently purchased a deathadder v2x hyperspeed, and for some reason whenever i connect it to my laptop via 2.4 ghz dongle, the wifi on the laptop slows down. is there a way to troubleshoot this? also if it matters, i also connect a wireless keyboard on my laptop. does that also factor in on why my wifi slows on my laptop?

Can a dongle from one model of hyperspeed mouse be used on a different model of hyperspeed mouse? Namely any mouse and its dongle from the list here: https://mysupport.razer.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/4048 such as Cobra Pro dongle on a Naga Pro.I know that only one mouse can be paired with a single dongle, so this assumes that the previous model is unpaired, and the hyperspeed dongle utility runs to pair/firmware update with the new model.

No idea why, but pause button doesn’t work. Pressing FN + INS button which should result in Pause being pressed does nothing. While testing inputs on Windows, it works correctly. Any idea what could be wrong? Other random cheap logitech keyboard with FN combination works just fine connected in the same port, but on razer kb menu doesn’t show up.I even tried to save custom config to onboard memory and replaced insert with pause. Even without FN being involved, it doesn’t work. For some reason Pause on razer kb doesn’t behave like playstation is expecting it to. Any idea if this could be fixed at some point? It would be great to have fully functional keyboard on ps for games that supports it. Can anything be done?

I have a razer ortana v3 keyboard, and i recently lost my ps4 controller. i want to know what the ps button is on the keyboard, and it said the pause/break button, and it didn't work. Can you guys help me with finding out which button is the ps button?

Hello, I was wondering are y'all mouse dock chroma can be detected in razer synapse? I just bought mine today to replace my old mouse dock chroma but it doesn't seem to be detected. I switched to a different laptop still the same issue and I also tried my old mouse dock still haven't been detected by synapse

My left earbuds power draining down extremely fast…it only last 10 mins with the full charged…I bought it from Lazada Malaysia Razer Official Store on April 2022. Suppose the warranty till April 2024 with 2 years Warranty. However, Razer Website  stated my device not longer covered under warranty. What is the reason? 

I've got my balckwidow V3 mini hyperspeed about 2 days ago every thing was working fine yesterday i plugged in my keyboard in to ps5 via cable cause it wont work via dongle or bluetooth to play some cod mw3. After i stopped playing mw3 i unplugged my cable turned off ps5 etc. and went to bed i woke up today at 4 am and i wanted to see someting on pc so i turned it on. In an about 10 minutes i havent seen anything wrong.I started messaging with my friend on discord and then i saw that the synapse was updating i haven't done anything at this moment casue it seemed normal but in a while i've got a message from my friend and i wanted to replay to him but in this moment when typing i realized that K button on my keyboard isn't doing anything. so i looked up on the internet what it might be i saw on razer page that i should turn it off press esc caps nad sapce button and turn it on again i did it but nothing has changed. after that i saw my windows, I, 8  and M keys werent working too after

Bought brand new Barracuda X (2022) RZ04-04430100 and I’m getting mad already!The headset is amazingly good for the money incorporating 3.5 jack, USB and Bluetooth. BUT! Everytime I play some game and quit (close the app), the headset shuts off by itself without telling me and I have to manually switch it on so I can hear anything. The auto shut-off in the mobile app is set to “Never”, but they shut down no more than 20 secs after the last sound is played with the headset. There is no problem while something is playing sound on the PC. The problem is when there isn’t anything played for 20 secs the headset shuts down by itself without telling me (there is no female voice “Power off” like when I switch it off manually). First I was using the free 7.1 PC app but it was actually crap, so I paid and installed the THX Spatial Audio app and I use it for the 7.1 function.But everytime I start the PC I have to manually adjust the Output Device settings in the THX Spatial Audio app to use the R

Hello there i need some help. I have the headset razer nari ultimate and the last month I had charging issues. When I connected the cable with my headphones it did something like connect/disconnect and I had to move the cable left right and keep it stable in order to charge. Today I tried to charge them but the red light is not lighting. I tried 2 other cables just in case the one that came with headphones is the problem but I am sure it is the micro usb port. What should I do?

Hi guys, i just bought DA V2 X Hyperspeed from online and when i first unboxes i realized it doesn’t comes with User-Manual and Razer sticker alongside with Wrapping cover or bag for the mouse. Proceed to plug-in then go check razer synapse and update, nothing pop up i even make a new registration still couldn’t detect. I donno but i saw at bottom label says made in Thailand, not made in China.

Recently I purchased Razer Nommo V2 Pro and sometimes when I see a video on YouTube or when I hear music on VLC, the lights blink without synchronisation and the music skips for seconds (all these at the same time) and then they come back to normal.Please inform me what to do.Thank you.
