Using stereo not thx  And the EQ does ABSOLUTELY NOTHING It's been two weeks and 4 updates and you guys still can't fix this it's honestly disheartening I'm getting pretty sick of this  How can you guys not fix this s#$# I've done ABSOLUTELY everything to try to resolve this and it's still on your guys end

My viper v2 pro dongle stopped working out of nowhere, the first few days I bought it it was working normally, and then suddenly it stopped working, I've tried putting it into several different ports, I've updated the driver and tried to clean it but it's still the same. I live in Brazil, is there any way to request a guarantee to ship to Brazil?

Every time I try and use my headset, everyone tells me there is a pitched ring noise when I’m talking and I have messed with all my setting and can’t figure out what is going on with it. If anyone has an idea how to fix it let me know

So I recently purchased a BlackWidow V4 Pro keyboard and most of the time, the keys light up white and do not sync with my other Razer products (Firefly Mouse Pad, Basilisk V3 Pro, and its Mouse Dock Pro). They do not change color with any of the software effects in the Razer software. I’ve tried different USB ports, different cables, reset the keyboard, there’s no firmware, updated drivers, uninstalled/reinstalled drivers, rebooted...everything that’s in the checklist for troubleshooting before contacting support. However, there is one thing I did try that does work. If I connect it up to my laptop, it works fine there….but I haven’t used it long enough to see if it goes to white. I also found that closing out of Razer Synapse seems to fix the issue and launching Synapse manually, turns off lighting on my keyboard and it goes dark. When I close out of Synapse and leave any other app on, I will get my colors back on a rotating basis. So since my laptop does work, that tells me that the

The headphones themselves work when plugged into the ps5 but the microphone is not picking up any audio at all, theyve been tried wirelessly and plugged in but the issue stays the same. 

For a 200 dollar mouse you would think it has everything you need the mouse scroll wheel being one of the necessary thing in a mouse doesn't work like intended and I don't know what to do about it when I scroll down it scrolled down then up at the same time and I don't know what to do

My Deathstalker Ultimate was working fine on Windows 8. But after an up-gradation to windows 10, it stopped working. Whats weird is, the keyboard lights up with the profile and apps also load on the switchblade, even synapse 2.0 shows the keyboard. But the neither the keys nor the switchblade(tactile keys and touchpad) are responding at all. Tried everything like, reboot, reinstall, uninstall then clean install, pressing esc+caps lock+space keys and connecting the two usbs; but nothing works. Anyone has any idea? Please help!!!!

Hi, i have a few problems with the thx app. I downloaded both the 7.1 surround sound and the thx spatial audio app installers. But the downloads of both apps all get stuck at 98%, i tried multiple times but they always get stuck. I can still open the window to insert the activation code they sent me, but it says it's invalid. I payed for the THX spatial audio app, but i can only insert the code for the 7.1 surround sound app, so maybe this is causing the problem? However the most important problem rn are the apps not installing.

I recently got the Blackshark v2 2023 edition and after using Synapse to get the mic sounding how I want it to via the equalizer settings, I noticed that it resets to default upon joining a discord voice channel.For example, I prefer the “Broadcast” or “Custom” mic EQ setting and when I join a call in discord it resets back to the “Default” mic EQ and I need to go into Synapse and reselect the EQ setting I want to use.The saved profile setting seems to only work with audio related settings and not the microphone itself. It’s just annoying having to reselect the mic EQ every time I join a call to get the mic how I want it to sound. Any way to fix this? I’m not sure if it’s a discord issue or I’m missing something in Synapse

Can't get my black shark v2 x to pair to the razer audio app 

I did research on my new pair of razer blackshark v2 x headphones and saw that I can fix the mic sensitivity with a setting on Synapse 3. People have also suggested me their personalized settings. Only problem is, there no Streaming settings tab in the Synapse app.Do I have to buy a soundboard to get this feature? Am I missing something you have to download? I'm just a bit confused as to why I don't have this option I've seen others have.Thank you :) happy holidays

Hello, I’d recently purchased a Blade 15 2023 OLED model that included a $200 Razer Store gift card in the offer. It says on the order status that the card key was delivered via email, but I have never received any email containing the coupon key since the day I placed my order. It’s been few days since the laptop itself was delivered to me but still no sign of the gift card. Hello,Can someone please tell me how I can adjust the volume of the left or right speaker of my Nommo V2 Pro speaker? The only control I can see on Synapse and Windows 11 64bit sound properties are a single channel, not left and right channels. I want to lower the volume of the left speaker and keep the right speaker volume high.Thanks

So today i bought this Razer Kraken X Lite headset and i have an issue with the microphone(its not working) i tried watching youtube videos about this but it didnt work out. On the Razer Blackwidow V4 Pro there are M1, M2, M3, M4, M5 keys I am on Mac. On Mac you can't use Synapse so I use macro software such as Keyboard Maestro. When I try to make a macro, Keyboard Maestro doesn't detect the clicks. There is an option to use a script, such as from Swift or AppleScript. Is there a script that I can use that detects these keys?
