The Razer Armory

Morning, I'm not a gamer so apologies. My son plays xbox series x and is asking for a wireless keyboard & mouse. From what I can see, Razer products are good quality & generally get favourable reviews. My question is, are there any keyboards & mice that would be compatible? I know the 'Turret' is designed for Xbox usage but it's expensive. Any advice or recommendations is greatly received. Regards.

Hello, my name is Mr. Seeker. I was wondering if it was possible to open a Razer store as a franchise, if it needed to be approved by the company, or if it could be opened in any of these cities. I find it annoying that you have to travel across the border to visit a store, and I would really like to see one instead of buying online because that would increase revenue for the company and remember, there are a lot of gamers and YouTubers in Canada. we aren’t a small country what paperwork is needed

Razor Opus midnight Blue Headset not connecting to my laptop bluetooth. 

My nephew broke my charger yesterday, and I need to get a need a new one. However I'm not sure which is best to order. 

My "0" key is not working, especially when I boot up my computer and I have to use it to input my Windows PIN. The rest of the time it works intermitent. Sometimes it works as intended, sometimes it is very laggy. Please help. I reset my keyboard useing the Tab + Caps + Alt combo, but the problem still persists. My keyboard is a Razer Huntsman.

The keyboard is not really charging and is blinking red

My mouse suddenly stopped working while I was using it. The mouse blinks the green light twice on 2.4 and the blue light twice on bluetooth mode, but it doesn’t pair to its dongle neither through Bluetooth. I used a utility app from Razer to try and pair the mouse to the dongle, and it didn´t work. Already checked firmware and Razer Synapse updates. Thank you for your attention in trying to solve this problem. 

Got a new Nommo v2 pro, got the speaker and wireless pod working, the subwoofer turns on with a solid green light, but no matter what the speakers don't detect the sub and I get no bass, the speakers flash red to signal that no sub is on or connected. The pairing button on the sub doesn't seem to do anything, tried reinstalling drivers, power cycling both the speakers and the sub but nothing has worked. I do have synapse installed.

Hi,I have problem with my Razer Nostromo keypad. It lights up (but lights are very delayed), then Razer Synapse 2.0 can’t catch it. I have Windows 10 but it doesn’t show any popup/sound message like “We're installing new device” etc. Windows 10 and Razer Synapse 2.0 doesn’t recognize it. My question is what can i do to make my keypad work properly :/

I have my Razer Barracuda connected to my TV via Bluetooth and to my computer connected via hyperspeed wireless (USB C dongle). Every time I turn on the headset it connects to the TV (bluetooth). Is there a way to have it connect to the hyperspeed wireless 2.4ghz by default every time I power it on?

I’ve bought a BlackWidow V3 almost an year ago and it used to work perfectly. I mainly used it for programming, editing and gaming. Recently I have bought a Basilisk V3.I was developing a website and implemented a double Shift click functionality. I use PowerToys for managing my windows and I can snap windows to custom positions and sizes by pressing shift. I have noticed that when i hold Shift and dragged the window it was detected as a double click by my website. In the beginning I thought that there was an error in my code however that didn’t happen on my computer at work.This little problem became really annoying since when I alt-tab from the IDE where I’m writing code to another window it keeps pressing the last hold key. It also does it when i Ctrl+C or with any other key really. It used to almost never happen in the beginning but now it is becoming unbearable. I have already tried reinstalling Synapse, deleting all the profiles on the Keyboard and the Mouse, and reinstalling Syn
