I got a new PC last week, and after installing Synapse both my headset and my Viper Ultimate showed up and worked fine. However, the charging dock didn’t and it wont charge. I’ve plugged it in and out countless times as well as made sure Synapse is up to date. My mouse works when I plug it in with the cable, but the dock gives no response what so ever. I’ve tried plugging it into the wall outlet as well just to see if the lights would turn on and it would charge the mouse, but I still got no response

Hi All,I wanted to know if there is any gaming mouse at the moment, that has the same built quality the old “Razer Mamba 4G (2012)” had - meaning the Matte-Black smooth plastic finish on top ? (it was very smooth and pleasant to touch, and always felt like a colder touch than other plastic materials)All the new models I saw have a rough plastic on top, providing more grip for sure, but feel less comfortable on the hand :)Thanks in advance ^^Nassim

Recently, my razer viper mini had started to flash red 5 times and then turn off when turned on. It happened on every pc/laptop. The reason for the question is, I am experiencing the so-called double-typing.  Not all the time, and from certain keys as well.  So, if I can replace the keys, would that fix the double-typing?

I have problems with my keyboard, every time I press a key it registers too many times and very quickly, so that when I try to write this text, even if I press the key normally, the key registers more than 1 time (when that It didn't happen before) and I also have an error because it happens to me that the number 8 on my keyboard has red lighting (although I don't have it configured that way, I don't know if it is telling me that something is wrong with the keyboard or it is simply a lighting error, if you could help me correct this, I would appreciate it.

I have had my razer deathadder v2 pro for a little under a year and there is the noise of my mouse disconnecting and reconnecting even thought it doesnt effect the mouse its driving me crazy everyone says delete synapse and redownload it and it does nothing even when i turn off the mouse it still plays the sound please help me

I’ve had my mouse for about a year and a half. I bought it as a back up mouse, in total I’d say I have less than 10hrs of play time on it. Today I unboxed it due to my current mouse starting to not working, Id say for a mouse I’ve had for well over a year and only about 10hrs of play time it should be in excellent condition, I turned it on and everything works perfectly but left and right click. If I spam click it will eventually register one click. I tried all the troubleshooting (clean install software, firmware update, compressed air, plug in mouse via usb and via dongle, use on different device, update windows) only thing I haven't tired is opening up the mouse itself for a deep clean being as its basically band new with only about 10hrs of play time on it if even that. If anyone has had this problem or knows of a solution it would be very much appreciated, or if razer themselves would be willing to send me a replacement mouse that would awesome.   

Someone also now have a microphone quality of crap? (We know they always sounded like crap, but now it's overkill). The drivers after the update totally crashed, thx stopped working. Only after a clean uninstall something there started to work but it still forced me to buy a new microphone because this one can be shoved up your ass at best. Very good job Razer. Keep doing this and it will turn out to be a powerful shit company.What the fuck is wrong with you Razer?

Cheers, I'm facing a problem. on my new headphones when my microphone opens, for example when I connect to a discord channel my sound quality deteriorates to an extreme degree. I don't know what I can do, it's supposed to be gaming headphones and when the app uses my microphone the sound sounds like old concerts. do you have any idea what is going on?

Would love to have cleaner solution.The developers’ idea appears to be simple. If Razer Synapse Service.exe runs then both hypershifts are synchronized between your devices. If not - they will work independently. So that way you can use hypershift on your mouse for an extra buttons layout while not screwing use of W by dummy Volume Up. Works like a charm.
