Hi,when I’m gaming with my Razer headset I enjoy the freedom of the Bluetooth connection.However when it’s low and needs a charge that’s when it becomes tricky.I assume that most people game in a fairly dark room, hence visually connecting the wire whilst gaming is a no-no. On feeling you can get used to it however that isn’t always true as when in the heat of the moment you can’t spend too much time finding the hole.My suggestion,Please make the lead magnetic and have it clip on AND perhaps illuminate the hole while you’re tweaking it ;-)Thanks from a satisfied customer since the 90’s 

Hello everyone, At the moment i'm using a Razer Blade 15 Advanced 2021 and I'm using the Razer Core x Chroma, the thing is for my home setup I actually don't have enough usb ports. All my port are pretty much full with my peripherals like mousemat, mic etc. So I'm looking at expanding my ports with a docking station. But thing is that my Razer Blade 15 Advanced only has one tb3 port and one usb c port. Since I'm already using my eGPU for the tb 3 port, my question is if I can connect the TB4 dock with my normal usb c port? Will it only downscale the speeds or will it not work at all?

Hello can someone tell me if you can also change the switches later with the Blackwidow v4 pro or are they soldered in the large version ? With the v4-75% it says that they are replaceable. I would like to order new ones, but if you can not exchange them would be stupid. Thanks in advance for your help Lisa

Whenever I plug in the dongle, WiFi keeps disconnecting and trying to reconnect, but whenever I unplug it, it works.

Hello everyone,I wanted to share my experience with the Keyboard Pro Type. Unfortunately, I have had a lot of trouble with this keyboard. It keeps double typing and disconnecting every 4 seconds, making it unusable. I have tried troubleshooting the issue, but nothing has worked.I am disappointed to say that I feel like I have wasted $200 on this product. To make matters worse, the warranty has expired and I have not been able to get any help from the manufacturer’s customer service team.I wanted to share my experience with all of you so that you can make an informed decision before purchasing this product. Recently checked Insider and it looks fully revamped and the daily/weekly challenges/trophies for zSilvers seem to be removed, will any regular user ever be able to save up enough zSilvers to even redeem a Razer Iskur chair? or even a keyboard/mouse upgrade?

Hi, I just bought my razer barracuda x headphones and I tried to call my friend but she can’t hear me. Is there a built in microphone on the headphones or do I really need to use the detachable microphone for me to answer calls even outside

Hi, I have the Razer Blade 16 (2023) with a 4080 and dual-mode display (120hz and 240hz), and it’s set to 120hz on the built-in screen. Does the HDMI output at 120hz or is it 60hz?

Was working fine, then color on keyboard changed to solid blue, synapse will not change the color. I also have razer basilisk and mouse pad. The colors change on them fine. I already deleted synapse and all the hidden folders and then reinstalled to no avail, as the keyboard is only 2 weeks old I returned it and got a new one but the new one is only blue also, tried different usb ports and same result
