Hi. Capture card is Razer Ripsaw HD. Getting constant audio cracking sound.DPC latency checker showed nothing out of the ordinary. Tried different hdmi cables, different usb ports (3.2 is used right now). Reinstalled audio drivers, Razer Synapse. Disconnecting all usb devices did nothing. Video

Hello, I have a version without USB (DOngle or usb conection in the headset  ) , so I have to connect how? with xbox receiverI cannot connect the headset , the razer app to connect or even to update the firmware does not work (it needs the usb)so how should i do it?

I've been using my barracuda x 2022 for 2 months and i realized that my microphone sponge got dirty. I didn't do anything everything is clear except it. It changed colour to yellow. What should i do? I tried to clean it with white soap, it also didn't work help.

I bought my razer huntsman mini for 2 weeks ago and already i got a problem with the 8 i k and , light now shutting off, and it is onlyt them.  They do not shut off when all effects are off and not when my pc is off either. The light is just white if that matters.

I want Huntsman keyboard with adjustable 0.1~4.0mm actuation points and also with rapid trigger enabled at that range . Then there will be no contender like wooting or apex pro . I finally got a new cable but it still doesn’t work. I tried plugging it in but the light won’t even turn on to indicate that it’s charging and it doesn’t show up in my devices. When I plug the cable into the dock it works just fine so I know it’s not the cable or the power source. Please help the backup mouse I have is cheap and doesn’t work very well and idk how much longer I can play with it.

So im trying to play a game and use macro. But the Gepard shield detect the synapse and requires i close it. Is there any way i can make the macro work while ive shut down synapse?

Are any of the Razer microphones suitable for recording musical instruments ? (Not in a professional sense, just for videos and stuff).

I more or less expected that I would be able to configure custom settings for my Naga Pro buttons “by program”, but I can’t find that feature in Synapse.For example, I might have two programs with a similar function, but achieved by different keystrokes, and then I could program a given button on the mouse to perform that similar function regardless of which program was running.Is this possible now?  Is it planned for a future software release?  I believe both Microsoft and Logitech have supported “by program” settings at different points in time.I think this would be a good topic for for the FAQs page as well.

I was just about to buy something from razer so I just signed up for razer and to get emails and stuff by them and it said I would get a 15$ promo code so I did it but I didn't get the promo code or I just cant find it. I looked in my emails, the update page and even in the checkout to see if anything was there. turns out there wasn't and I don't wanna spend 209$ on some earbuds when I don't have to. It said in the email: Final step...Verify your Razer subscription now and you’ll receive another confirmation email.Yes, Verify my emailso I did it. It took me to the messages page to update that to let me get the promo so I ticked every box and pressed update. after that I went everywhere to see if I got the promo but I could not find it. Any Ideas?

I have a Viper Ultimate Mercury that I received without a wireless dongle. Luckily, I was able to find another Viper Ultimate dongle (Normal black color, don't think that matters) but ran into an issue as I was trying to pair the Viper to this new dongle. On the pairing software, the dongle could not be recognized as belonging to a Viper Ultimate and the pairing software would just ask me to connect a compatible dongle to continue. But the really weird part is that the dongle was recognized in a different pairing software, but as a Viper V2 Pro dongle in every pairing software compatible with that mouse. I wanted to make sure that this wasn't just my computer and sure enough, when I plugged in my dongle at my work computer, “Viper V2 Pro” popped up as the device name. I have been searching for ways to factory reset the wireless dongle or some alternative way to pair it. Razer doesn’t sell replacements on their website anymore and the cheapest I can find it online is $20 and I’m nervous

I am experimenting with undervolting my Blade 16. On Synapse Custom profile with CPU on Boost, but no other changes, I get 28k on Cinebench multi-core single pass and — on single core single pass.  When I undervolt, I get far lower—about 19k on multi-core and about 2k on single core. Clearly, then, I am doing something wrong. I assume that something is in Synapse…when I enable overclocking, do I just leave all the settings as is if the ONLY change I want to test is undervolting through Intel XTU? Or do I also need to make some changes so I’m still in Boost, but then stepping down the voltage? Sorry for the newbie question, but I’ve searched and need this explained to me like I’m an idiot. Because apparently I am one. 

I love the Blackwidow v3 mini hyperspeed and love the new features from the v4, could razer not just combine the two id love it.

Hi guys, I'll explain my situation better, I have a Razer Firefly that I used in combination with my Razer Mamba (peace to his soul, if he has one), unfortunately, however, my poor mouse no longer works as they once and I decided to change it with a Razer Cobra Pro by buying the Mouse Dock Pro together, now my question is this being that they are similar technologies, there is the possibility that keeping my Firefly mat and using the Cobra mouse with attached battery can corrode or do some damage?
