Hello,I purchased the Kraken V3 Pro when it launched but had to return it to the store because if no audio was played for maybe 30-45 seconds, the first seconds or so when the audio resumed would cut out. To be clear, after the audio has fully resumed and 1-2 seconds has passed everything was fine but having to constantly cut off audio when resuming from a 30-45 seconds idle state was annoying. This was apparently by design because i read more people having this issue.Either way i want to ask if this behaviour has been changed with a firmware update. So Kraken V3 PRO owners (or Razer staff), is the beginning of the audio still being cut off when resuming from a 30-45 seconds idle state?Thanks for your replies

I’ve had this keyboard for quite some time now. It’s the best in my opinion. Though, the connection from the wrist rest to the actual keyboard itself is malfunctioning. It’s quite annoying because when the connection falters, the calibration to the keyboard is off-set and I can’t type properly at all.  Is there a way around this, where I can completely disconnect it so the keyboard can function properly, or try to find a replacement wristrest without forking over another 260$ for a brand new assembly -- my keyboard still works fine.  Thanks

Where do I find the new updated version of this product? I've just bought the official controller at full price but I've received the older version with no pivot in the middle of the D-pad. If the official website doesn't sell this new updated product, where can I find it?

Hi Razer’s, do you know how to connect Razer Seiren V2 Pro to PS5?

I did a ton of research before buying the Razer X Chroma and Radeon 6900 XT to make sure that both were compatible with macOS. Apple recommends the 6900 XT as a eGPU and Razer states that it’s compatible with the 6900 XT. I’m not tech savvy everything I find seems to make the connection look very simple. My iMac is a 8 Core 3.8GHz Intel 27” 5k with 128GB ram as seen in the pics. I’ve seen many people simply plug and play using their Macbook and screen so I’ve been attempting the same with my desktop since the external display is a “optional”When plugging the Razer Chroma in, macOS does recognize that the unit is there under USB 3.1 Bus, and I can also see it under Thunderbolt/USB4. My current OS in Mac is Ventura 13.3 (pics attached). The GPU card is functioning, all fans spin on start up and the middle fan spins continuously afterwards. I recently purchased a basilisk pro, and am considering picking up a deathstalker pro to pair with it, however I currently have 2 PC's in my workspace and am using 2 seperate M&K combos and its a nightmare. When reading about the DS pro I saw that it has up to 3 connectivity profiles but I'm not sure if thats only for bluetooth? Unfortunately I don't have admin access to one of my PC's so bluetooth isn't an option, so I'm wondering if multiple 2.4 ghz profiles could be created and I could use a dongle in each PC and switch back and forth at will with the m&k paired through hyperspeed multidevice pairing. If this is possible would I need synapse installed on both PC's? 

Hello, I was wondering if I could change the keycaps of the analog buttons on the Huntsman V2 Analog to replace them with custom ones, but I'm not sure if they are fully compatible with MX keycaps.

So, wanted to see if anyone had ideas here, pretty sure my Blade 16's trackpad is defective, it's hard to explain exactly what is happening though, so I'll do what I can. And before someone asks, I have reinstalled drivers, disabled USB power saving, updated Windows fully including all option driver updates, updated Synpase and let it run it's updates, and rebooted 5 times. Basically, sometimes using the trackpad is perfectly fine, absolutely beautiful to use actually. But other times, seemingly randomly (the only consistency I've found is it does this right after reboot for 30 seconds ish, but it also happens entirely randomly), it will start to double click and drag whenever I move my mouse around and it will consider me just touching (not tapping, but putting my finger down to move the mouse) as a single click, and sometimes it'll even click repeatedly. It also will randomly click while moving it, so sometimes I'm moving it and it'll click whatever is behind the window I'm actually

Question mainly for razer staff.  i am heavily considering buying the enki x chair. As it stands, both have been out of stock for a few weeks. Do they sell out fast? And when can I expect a restock?

I placed a order for a Razer 17 on July 11th, since the 18th its been held at US Customs in Indiana stating that the package is missing the MID number. I’ve contacted Fedex, they stated that its an issue on the shipper end. I’ve tried twice now to submit support tickets to Razer and have gotten nothing but the automated response.  How can I get my order moving again?
