I purchased the Blackshark V2 X yesterday, and the seams inside the ear pads (where the two different materials join) are making it really difficult to wear them for any length of time. They are quite literally digging into the skin around my ears. Could someone who has bought the replacements tell me if they are full breathable material, instead of the breathable/protein mix of the original Xs? Although it’s currently a moot point, since Razer is out of the replacements, I’m hoping to get a set if they’re all one material.

Hello, so I am using my huntsman te and suddenly it stops working and the port smells burnt. So, I opened the keyboard and checked the type c port, and it has a burnt smell. I tried to use a new type c cable and it’s still the same. Not working and smells burnt. Can I find a replacement part for this one? Or do I just accept the fact that my keyboard is broken?

Hello, yesterday I bought some limited edition at a flea market razer gigantus v2 with an inscription "Critical role" tell me, is it rare? And is it more expensive than usual razer gigantus V2? 

Rumors have it that some mice are made in Taiwan, and some in mainland China. Is there a sure way to tell without opening the box? Any model that is exclusively made in Taiwan?

Hey everyone,I've been having some trouble with the sound quality settings in Razer Armory, specifically related to audio. I've tried adjusting various settings, but I can't seem to get the audio quality to where I want it to be. It's not as crisp and clear as I expected.Has anyone else experienced issues with the sound quality settings in Razer Armory? How did you go about fixing them? Are there any specific settings I should be tweaking to enhance the audio experience? Your insights would be greatly appreciated!

Hey guys, I’ve bought the razer blackwidow v3 keyboard yesterday. It's a nice keyboard and I like the sound when it clicks (silly me xd). The lighting effect on the keyboard is also very nice and the wrist support is just tooo goooddd. There is just one thing that kind of   annoys me; the F1 Button isn't working in some game that I am playing. Is this normal? I tried to rebind the keys in the game that I'm playing, but when I hit F1 the game tells me I'm pressing F8, which is not correct of course.. Just found out that also the exclamation mark combination (shift + 1) is also not working.  Oh and as well for all the other combinations (shift + 2,3,4,5 etc etc. How do I fix this? I already asked support as well, but I have no idea how long it's gonna take until they're gonna reply on my case. Any help will be appreciated :)

I want to make it clear that this issue needs to be addressed. With the firmware update, they just went from a gigantic deadzone to a smaller one, but this is not acceptable.Most games already have a non-adjustable native deadzone; so with this controller, you will have a double stacked deadzone, ruining the gameplay experience.We need to be able to adjust it dynamically. I don't need a 5% deadzone or a 1% deadzone; I want to be able to set it to 0%. If the game already has a 20% built-in deadzone, I'm not going to get stick drift with 0%.For a 280€ "Pro" controller, this feature is more than expected. I'm just saying that any FPS Pro would prefer a lower deadzone over a mechanical D-Pad or whatever (nothing against the D-Pad, I liked it, but I can't buy the controller again until this is resolved).

HelloI have been using a Razor Core X  without issue for sometime on mac and Rocky linux on Dell portable workstations. But in the last few months, I have been struggling to get the Razor Core X connect to the machine. Sometimes it will connect but often as not the computer will not authorize the connection. There have been some major BIOS & mac OS changes in the last few years so I am wondering if the Razor Core X firmware is not getting a little out of date with newer machines. Do you have a new firmware? I use the Razor Core X exclusively for running a RTX3090 NVIDIA cards for 3D renders. Thanks

I recently bought an 500 USD Gift card of razer gold. And I put it in the website where your suppose to but it gave me only 500 Razer silver and not gold. I tried putting it in again and it said it was redeemed, I tried reloading the page and again it was redeemed.

My deathadder was buy 2 years ago, and 1 year ago I change the same mouse from the store I buy (TDDĐ in VN), I think my scroll wheel problem cause by the old mouse, but now, almost the deathadder series all have the same problem, when I my first 2 months after change the mouse, its was ok but after that the scroll wheel going crazy again, yesterday I have clean my mouse and blew dust in the scroll wheel but not effect at all. Can you use the Razer Kitsune for FPS games for PC - I have been using a mouse and keyboard to control the games will the Kitsune make things better / easier to use ?

if i restart the pc  the polling rate will set  to 1k hz and the razer synapse show its 8k  when i unplug dav3 usb and plug it again it. its  back to 8k hz (this is dual monitor print screen)
