Hi people, my son has lost the charging case of his RAZER HAMMERHEAD TRUE WIRELESS 2019, do anybody know if razer sell this as spare parts or there is some charging case compatible with this devices?

I have a strange question, but am i the only one where the rubber is slightly peeling of? i have a Basilisk V2 and somehow i only see razer mice with rubber on it where released this days. is there a good New mouce with no peeling Rubber? ^^

Greetings everyone..So I have seen the Razer Barracuda X 2021, the box mentioned it’s Discord Certified.But the bluetooth 2022 model I’ve got is nowhere mentioned to be Discord Certified.Not that I really care or want to have that, just curious to know if the 2022 model is certified as well.On the other hand my friend got a Blackshark V2 and when he enters discord it say’s his headset and mic both are certified by Discord. 

Do Razer sell any keyboards with clear switch housing anymore? I purchased the Blackwidow V3 TKL in early 2021 and loved it. It started to have a few issues so I bought the Huntsman Elite. I don’t like the way the purple switches feel, so I want to get the Blackwidow V3 TKL again. I noticed that Razer have since upgraded that keyboard with clear switch housing which I really dislike the look of. I can’t find any older versions of the keyboard that have the normal black switch housing with the LED on the top, the same goes for any Razer keyboards that don’t have the opto mechanical switches. Why have they started to put clear switch housing in all of their keyboards? If anyone knows any Razer keyboards with their traditional green switches that have black switch housing, please lmk.

Despite wireless being one of its greatest features, I’m thinking to use V3 pro as a weird mouse for the MOST of the time, to save battery life and avoid the hassal of charging.  However I might still use it occassionally on other device like my TV/laptop. My question is, if I use it as a weird mouse that way, would the mouse still get constantly charged even though I  dont deattach it?  By constantly, I mean, you know all battery will inevitably discharge below 100% after certain time laspe even without use (I dont know how much the drop is or how long does it take to drop below 100% in this case).   If it drops, then would V3 pro get charged instantly to 100% because it’s wired all the time?  If the answers are all yes to the above, then I’m very concerned about the battery lifespan.  First I’m not sure if it’s a good idea to keep the mouse fully charged all the time (that sounds like a very bad idea to me).  Seoncdly  It seems this wear and tear is ver

I am looking for a Tactile keyboard, that is full. I love Razer products and there are no computer stores nearby for me to see in person.  Can anyone recommend a full Razer keyboard, that is ultra quiet? Maybe even recommend a good gaming mouse to compliment the keyboard. I appreciate any and all help!

Hello,unfortunatelly after Windows starting and Synapse load the Chorma Studio profil the Logo at Laptop Lid is off. The interessting thing is, at computer start it is glowing as it should. If I go to system lighting settings and switch lid logo to off or breathing and back to static (static is my default setting) it works well. Also breathing works well. I already reinstalled synapse software but it doesnt help. Perhaps someone has some tips where the issue could come. Thanks in advance

As already posted by many Razer customers, the wireless USB adapter of my wonderful headset stopped its service. I tried to reestablish the coupling using the following applications:NariDongleRecoveryTool_v1.02.00.exeRazerNariPairingUtility_v1.01.00.exeNari_FirmwareUpdater_v15_r1.exeBut nothing worked. So, I guess it is just broken. Unfortunately, I cannot find a spare part. Maybe somone has an idea what I can do to resolve this issue - apart from buying another headset.

I just downloaded the Razer Audio app, only to find out that I can’t connect my headset. Is this a problem or a feature?

For the mouse Razer Naga X (or other similar mice): Can you only assign macros to the side buttons or can as well work as independent buttons from keyboard? This is, can I assign a button for example in a game without having a macro or binding with existent keyboard keys? Hope I explained well my question. Sorry for my english and thanks in advance.

I’m wondering if the number requirements for the Seasons could be lowered, it’s a bit disappointing to see us being unable to reach max season after season. Something that reflects reality a bit more. Thank you
