Will there ever be deathadder v3 pro left handed version? i need some high end gaming mouse but there just isnt any.

I got my viper ultimate yesterday and when I went to charge it today I plugged the usb into my pc and the small end into the port on my mouse and the mouse did the rgb but I don’t think it was charging because when I tried to use it wired it simply wouldn’t work. I also can’t check in software to see if it’s charging because as I was saying it simply doesn’t work

Hi, I have a problem with my Basilisk. The right button has not been working properly for some time. I have to press the right button hard for it to work. Also sometimes the left button works like the right one. I've reinstalled drivers and software, but that didn't help. The mouse is not mechanically damaged as it has never been dropped. It stays in one place all the time. Sometimes the mouse works fine and sometimes it doesn't.

I am trying to find a reliable and fully programmable keyboard (all keys programmable and reassignable, with the possible exception of a (set of) key(s) dedicated to controlling the programming process, choosing a profile, or adjusting backlight brightness if applicable).  This means main keyboard (QWERTY), function keys (Esc, F1..F12), middle keys (PgUp, Insert, Delete, Left, Right, &c), number pad, &c.  This also means that if I want to rearrange any of the keys, like swapping Ctrl and CapsLock, it’s supported.  A feature to be able to temporarily disable Window, Mouse, Menu buttons would also be nice. I don’t use macros much, but if they are supported, it would be preferable that they can be assigned to (almost) any key as well.  Additional keys for macro use are acceptable but not obligatory. Since I do occasionally play games, and prefer mouse + keyboard (I’m left handed, so I prefer to use the numeric pad instead of WASD and friends) so full N-key rollover (or at least su

Razer Barracuda X (Pre 2022) headset not pairing with the new USB-C dongle that I bought as a replacement. Can this work, or do I need do dig and find another transceiver for the Barracuda X pre 2022 ? The other people who asked this question did not get a response and the thread was closed.  Headset = pre 2022 (2019 I believe is the model year)Transceiver = listed as compatible with the Barracuda X 2022 Could not find a transceiver listed as compatible with the Barracuda X 2019.Just need to know if I'm doing something wrong here or if i need to send the part back to get a different one, thought I could not find the other one as available.

Hello, my Razer Man O War 7.1 wireless headset's USB dongle was lost during an earthquake. The replacement part for the headset is not sold separately. If anyone has it, could they sell it to me? Or could you provide me with information on how I can evaluate the headset? Thank you.

Can’t get into my laptop this is the furthest I can go. If I try to contact razer they say I’m out of warranty and can’t speak to them. Can someone help

So whenever I’m playing games for a prolonged period of time at random my keyboard will start typing = over and over again on its own without any warning or even the key being pressed as I never have anything bound to this key when playing  any idea what’s happening or how to fix it?

I'm looking at getting the blackwidow v4 pro I am unsure if it do the things that I'm interested in. At the office, I use a mapping software called ARCGIS that requires a lot of zooming and scrolling. The data is displayed in something that is relatively similar to excel, scrolling up/down, left/right in the spreadsheet or zoom in/out of extents would be helpful. Has anyone used this keyboard like this outside of gaming? My wife got me the headphones and a mouse which I love and would like expand on the razer ecosystem. 

Hi guys, i'm facing a small problem, namely i need to use a second monitor, however i have a laptop (nitro 5... ) without thunderbolt port. that means i can only use one monitor using hdmi port. Can you please tell me, using the Razer Ripsaw, I can connect a second monitor to my laptop? Thanks.

I have a problem on my keyboard. Shift is stuck, or it is moving up very slowly. Is there a way to change the switch under the keyboard with another key? How do i do it?

as per above, my Razer Deathadder Essential cursor not moving, but mouse is turned on and can click. anybody has similar issues and what was the fix? Tried with different laptop/desktop, uninstalled e drivers and reinstall. Still having the same issue. Appreciate the help here.

When I talk through this microphone, I am heard with constant interruptions

One day I kind of slammed my fist onto my keyboard, and the lights turned off, and only turn green when you click them. I don’t know how to fix it and it’s been bothering me not having the leds normally. I have a huntsman mini and when I try to open the software (Synapse 3), it won’t work. 

Firstly hi, i have a Razer deathadder v2 x and many of you know that there is 2 battery slot. Im always using it with 1 battery but im curious, if i put 2 battery(1 thin and 1 thick) does my battery life improve or i just burn my mouse?

Just got my new Nommo v2 Pro replacing Leviathans and have a Qs to the audiophilia's on this group re THX im hoping some one can help with. My speakers are used for a mix of 50% gaming, 25% music, 25% youtube videos.Out the box Synapse have the speakers on STEREO, which sound great, but I want to get the true THX experience especially when gaming.  THX playing music and youtube vids is not good, it sounds like im in a tunnel and echo or muffled.  Switching onto STEREO the sound is crystal clear.I do not want to keep opening up Synapse to switch between THX and STEREO when swapping between games and music (i will forgot to switch)  the question is should I keep the setting on THX, or STEREO, what is everyone's opinion on this, look forward to replies?Many thanks. 

I have 15-20 Razer Gold Pending Transactions, but I don’t have any card’s connected to my account. How do I fix this issue? I don’t want to add a card to my account incase I get charged for all of the transactions. Each time I would try doing a transaction it would show as “Purchased Failed” but then I looked at my transactions and it shows it’s pending.
