The Razer Armory

Currently, I'm attempting to configure my Razer keyboard on my MacBook. Thus far, everything appears to be functioning well, except I desire to remap the "Menu" Windows key to the "Command" key on my Mac. Could someone assist me with this?I've downloaded Karabiner-Elements, but thus far, I haven't discovered a viable key combination.

Everytime I plug my Huntsman Mini into my computer it goes to “HID” and not Keyboards, not allowing me to type or do anything. Any fixes? (Currently using a second keyboard to type)

the laptop turns off when working from the network (the battery was removed because it was swollen) When you enter the game, the laptop turns off like a PC. What could it be, write your guesses

Is it possible to pair multiple mice to the same usb hyperspeed dongle?I want to pair 2 mice (deathadder v3 pro & viper v2 pro) to one of the included hyperspeed usb dongle, so it connects to whatever mouse is turned on at the time. is this possible, and if not, would the 4k hyperpolling dongle allow this?the description for multi device hyperspeed dongle says it only supports 1 mouse and 1 keyboard, so im guessing the multi device dongle is not suitable for this purpose.

Does anyone know how I can do if the technical support service only responds to me with a copy & paste of a default text? It gives me an error when I want to charge 5 different cards and 2 different Paypal, it is obvious that there is an error somewhere, before it let me but now it gives me an error and I have sought help from support sent tickets but they do not solve anything or they say no they can do anything. My laptop has recently started overheating. I’ve followed all the Razer tech articles and made sure everything is up to date. I have even re-installed/reset the machine. Fans etc are all running and clear. Reading on here some have tried to replace the vapor cooling. Sounds like it could fail. I can’t find any part numbers and it’s almost impossible trying to get hold of Razer. If anyone can help me get this $3k laptop back up and running I would appreciate it. Thanks!

Hi, I've been evaluating Tartarus for high-end gaming, but am finding a persistent thumbwheel direction-sticking issue. I've gone through a variety of the posts - here and on reddit (e.g. change enable turbo, rebinding thumbstick, etc...) - but the issue persists. This might be fine for casual and semi-hardcore gaming, but is this product used in high-end or professional esports? It seems this issue has not been resolved - it certainly persists for me. So, an interesting platform for casual - but unless i'm missing an update, patch, or fix - don't see how this is viable for high-end gaming. Are their e-sports teams using this? I'm also concerned about profiles periodically dropping - and it seems most updates to synapse require a reboot of the system - difficult to do when you are racing the clock. I do like the ergonomics and potential to improve performance with the compact form factor and macro-programming - but this is all moot with a non-starter of the thumbwheel periodically

Hello! I would like to request a usb-c to razer charging port adapter to be made... I can't keep carrying this brick everywhere. It's really heavy and expensive to replace. Why not make an adapter? I didn't pay £200 extra back when I bought the laptop, do I have to suffer until now and keep carrying a brick with me? Initially I wanted an advanced model that could charge with usb-c but a huge discount on the base model made me buy that one instead. I would gladly pay £200 now to somehow make my laptop able to charge through usb-c... A portable laptop should have a portable charger...

I just bought a razerblade 14 and I'm having issues with the screen going black. It seems to happen if I switch to Nvidia Optimus mode or if I adjust the refresh rate in either mode to 60 hz. It works fine if I hook up an external display and switch it back to the dedicated GPU. I've done all the windows updates and updated Nvidia drivers. Not sure what is going on. Bummer to experience with a brand new laptop...

I have bought a Kraken X, and its came with a activation Card Code, but a made a mess scraping this card and can't read the activation code and need a new one. When i will do it in the Support i receive this msg "Please register your device to continue with your surround sound code request." and i already register this... how can i take a new code ?
