G’day, I’ve recently bought an used razer kraken headset, and the left channel sounds like its on the right side, if I test right side its fine, but when i test the left side, its not only playing on the left side. I dont know how should I exactly explain it, but i tried to mess with the windows settings, where i can balance the sides, but it doesnt work at all.

 Recently Razer came out with a new series of apparels called Razer Xanthus collections. The products are all looking good and I noticed that there is one product called Razer Xanthus Shirt Jacket which can be found in the lookbook. Sadly, it cant be found in the razer website currently and I feel like this product is worth buying. Do anyone knows that will this shirt jacket come out in the future?

day before yesterday i brought a brand new razer kraken tournement edition. and it came with a 7.1 surround activation code card.. but when i scrath the card the. code so got scarthed off... soo i couldnt use it. then i foumd out that there is a way to request a new code with the serial number.. but when i tried that with the correct s/n it says this product is not applicable to have it. then why did i recieve a scratch card? please help me with this situtation

Hey! I have somehow managed to break the little "plus shaped" part of two of my key switches on my brand new Hunstmans V2 TKL, and after spending a few hours waiting in line for Razers so called support, i was shocked by the fact that they couldnt help me with anything. TL;DR: I have to buy a new keyboard because two of my keyboard switches are broken. I have seen spare switches on aliexpress and e-bay, but most of them seem to be for the Huntsman Elite. Does anyone have any experience with replacing switches on the Huntsman V2 with third party replacements? Kind regards, Michael

Buttons on the 6 and maybe 12 -buttons panels are not positioned reasonably .In games, buttons on central and back columns are consistently pressed together, i disabled the back column but:its disturbing to have multiple buttons pressed when you execute 1 action . there is no reason to not shift the forward 2 columns more forward and separate the 3rd one alike columns on the 12-buttons panel are, but with more space between them . there will still be plenty of resting/holding space under the buttons .For work, the middle buttons are unreasonably hard to press, adding space between the 2nd and 3rd columns will fix that .I’m currently not using the 12-buttons panel and it will take time to analyze it, but due to its nature the issue is much larger with the 6-buttons panel .p.s. the screenshot is of a work preset . on a gaming one, items of the back column are disabled/red .

I just got my Razer Blackwidow V4 pro and it looks great.One of the interesting features that made me want this one even more was the “ Track jogging”  (fast forwarding and rewinding music with the command dial). This seems to work fine when Spotify/Youtube is in focus, but when minimized or not in the foreground it doesn’t work at all. Does anyone know if this is a setting I'm missing? The whole feature seems completely useless if it doesn’t work on out of focus media players...

Can you make a Pro version of Barracuda X. I want a better version of Barracuda. Please use TriForce Titanium 50mm drivers. It is better as it creates better and more accurate sound. Add hybrid ANC to this new Barracuda X Pro. Keep the hyperclear cardioid boom microphone and 3.5mm analog port. Boom mic is better than integrated mic and I want to be able to use it with any device. Please make this Barracuda X Pro with new and better hardware.

Hello! My name is Milan, known as hhlol. I bought a Razer Kraken TE headset like 2-3 years ago. It was perfectly fine working till now. When i start a music its sounds like its buzzing, crackling, muffled and sometimes i do not hear it. When i start a video i just hear little words but cant understand them. I have updated the synapse, windows the problem even appears when i plug it in my phone or my other pc. If you have a tip please let me know. I need to fix this asap.

How do i fix the buzzing of the left earbud piece of my hammerhead?

I would like to know how to keep the color of my Viper Mini without keeping the Synapse 3 open. Synapse requires a lot of RAM(at least for my PC), so every time I close it my Viper Mini’s color go back to it’s original mode. What can I do?

My new Razer BlackWidow V3 Quartz keyboard's USB is not being detected by my PC, while all other USB devices are working fine. I've tried different ports and cables but it still doesn't work. Any suggestions on how to fix this issue?

4 days in and my razer blade 14 has stopped  making any noises when doing anything like  YouTube or gaming.

Hi there,I’ve been using my Razer Huntsman keyboard for almost 3 years and recently it started to have an issue. My L key suddenly stopped working so I tried to fix it or at least identify the issue but it seems to be all in the PCB. I’ve tried these things:hard resseting the keyboard - did not help interchanging the mechanical parts of switches - did not help, the part is definitely working  cleaning the sensor with compressed air and with an solution for cleaning internal components and motherboards - did not help By this I figured it is probably the sensor on the PCB since the switches are linear optical. Did anyone else encounter this issue? Ive seen a few reports here about L key specifically not working but noone provided a solution. Greetings:I am the happy owner of the Blackshark V2 Pro. Great headset. I am not a computer expert, but I can figure things out with common sense and a process of elimination. I have been an audio professional in another life.There is something I would like to do for better emersion in the flight simulator world. I would love to add a sub to the sound to feel what I hear. However, I need help figuring out how to do that on my PC. As with most PCs, it has a Realtek audio card I never use because I am exclusively a headset user.Can we have an alternative sound output while the Blackshark V2 Pro runs via the dongle and Bluetooth? So I've had the kaira pro for ps5 for a while and just misplaced the dongle that plugs into the ps5. I can't find the replacement part on the razer site so was wondering where I get one.

I am using a Razer Blackwidow V3 Pro connected via dongle (also bluetooth on my work device) and Razer instructions state to use FN + C to toggle onboard lighting profiles, which I have set via Synapse. This. Does. Nothing.  I don’t have Synapse running in the background per Razer instructions, and this does not work via dongle or bluetooth. It literally does nothing. Only options I have are to fn + ctr + 1-7 to cycle between default lighting profiles.  Does anyone have any advice here?

One of the media keys on my Ornata v2 keyboard stopped working. It’s the previous track key, it just stopped responding to anything. The other media keys work just fine. I’ve tried resetting the keyboard, going into demo mode and reinstalling synapse but nothing seems to work. Does anybody have the same problem and know how to fix it?

Does anybody know where I can buy a replacement for my original charger for my Thunderbol 4 Dock Chroma or give me the specs for the plug?tnx!

Title says it all, my bank card has been charged 2 hours ago and yet my transaction is still stuck on pending and the support ticket page seems to be stuck on loading forever. Require assistance from a razer staff or customer service, thanks.
