レイザー Barracuda Xの充電についての質問です。 https://dl.razerzone.com/master-guides/BarracudaX/RazerBarracudaX-ja.pdf上記の説明書8ページ目に、電源供給時緑（点滅）充電中緑（常時点灯）フル充電電源非供給時赤（常時点滅）低（30%）赤（点滅）危機的（10%）と記載があります。電源のついたPCのUSB接続や、直接電源プラグからのUSB接続で充電を試していますがどちらにしても「赤点滅」になってしまいます。Barracuda Xの電源をオンにしたときも、オフにしたときも同じように赤点滅です。 これは故障でしょうか？また、今の充電の残量をどこかで確認する方法はありますか？

I was wondering if anyone has gotten prescription lenses for razer glasses? I have a pair of FPS Gunnar frames but now I wear prescription glasses. I want to keep the frames but get lenses to fit. Any advice? 

I currently own a Huntsman Elite with the purple switches and have noticed that the switches feel very mushy when bottoming out compared to the Razer green switches that I’m used to. I’ve not heard anyone mention this in reviews and thought I would ask it here to see if anyone else has noticed this. Do the red switches feel mushy too?

 So I know there's a pretty slim chance of anyone knowing what to do here but here it is. My cat knocked over an avocado plant in a bottle of water into the top of my PC case. This happened sometime in the night and unfortunately it didn't make enough noise to wake anyone up so the computer ran until it died and I found it this morning to power it off entirely. Water got into EVERYTHING. My question is, is there any way to replace the case lighting and front USB panel on this case? Or am I sol and need to buy a new case? Sorry if I put this in the wrong area and I have no idea what tags to use 

HelloMy razer hammerhead wireless x are not producing sound when I connect them in my phone. They are connected and I can see the battery icon. They work fine with my tablet but with my phone no.  Do you guys know what is the problem?

So im looking at different headsets and i want to get a razer headset instead of something else but i cant decide on whats best.i have a $100-$130 range and ive been tring to choose between the barracuda x and the blackshark v2 x. let me know what you think i should get but those are my two choices that i like the most but im open to other headsets

Hello i hope anyone can help me. My Razer Nari Ultimate Headset is disconnecting at random times and sometime my computer does not even recognize the USB dongle. I have tried many things but nothing helps. Anyone had the same issue and can help me?

My specs are: Motherboard: Asrock H570 Phantom GamingCPU: i5 10400fCPU COOLER: Deepcool AG400 BK ARGBRAM: TEAMGROUP T FORCE DELTA RGB DDR4 16GBCASE: Fractal Design Meshify 2 Compact RGBDid not include GPU, as it is non RGB.Any help would be appreciated!

I have gigabyte z590 aorus pro ax it comes with realtek USB audio. The OS is windows 11 ver 2H22 build 22621. I702. Also have razor balckshark v2 X headset. When install razor surround sound the realtek fails and need to keep restarting and sometimes re-install the drivers. I did update the drivers from 6.3.9600.2306 to 6.3.9600.2351 (latest drivers) but the problem persists. I finally decided to uninstall razor surround. It is just a waste to me. Is there any way to solve this conflict between Realtek drivers and razor surround? 

I’m having this neon blue theme on my setup but sadly when I charge the Viper Mouse it turns back to green. Is there any way that we could change that?

The model of the laptop is "rz09-0288f." I am looking forward to adding more memory onto the laptop, however, I need to find one that is compatible with this model. Can anyone point me in the right direction and give me a list of what types of memory sticks are compatible with this laptop?

Since the 8k firmware came out, my mouse seems to get into moods where it will randomly register clicks (navigating web pages and text will randomly highlight, etc). I haven’t had any issues with my Viper V2 pro and the issue happens on multiple computers. Some days I don’t have any issues and some days it’s pretty constant. Is there a way to roll back the firmware? That’s the only thing I have changed. I’m also not running 8k polling, I’m running 500 when not in games to save some battery. 

I have used my Razer Seiren V2 X for a while after a long tutorial. But I found it was still incomplete, so I went back to its base state, which I already went through. It picks up every single keyboard click, even my throat clicks despite being away from my mouth. The mic is advertised as not picking up clicks and stuff, so why is it so incompetent at that? Can anyone who has it show me how they set it up. Because without software, how is this mic functional?

Interesting finding about connecting USB-C to external monitor.So if you do this by default it connects with “Optimus” only, and that leads to lower GPU performance.To avoid this, you need to change BIOS setting to discrete GPU only. 

So I’ve tried different cables to power my EGPU and also tried different outlets in different rooms, but my EGPU doesn’t turn on anymore. The fan isn’t even running! My EGPU is out of warranty now so I can’t return it. What do I do now? Is there somebody that can fix it or is it just a toaster now?

I have the BlackShark v2 X multi-platform WIRED esports headsetfriends and people online keeps telling me that they can hear music or game audio from my miceven when i mute the micthe problem disappears if i used my old USB headset (RAZER NARI ESSENTIAL)i have been looking for a solution for weeks now and i cant find anypeople are calling me slurs for being annoying when i play onlinei hope someone from razer can help me, if not, i will refund and i’ll switch to astro headsets

i just found out when playing audio, the device automatically disconnects and states as not plugged in and then swtiches to other outputs. i have tested the headset on different devices,  didn’t work  either. Please help

Or at the very least have a version of the TARTARUS PRO that does not have a scroll wheel, but a standard button. So we have 5 x 5 keyboard with the thumb buttons and d-hat controller.
