I bought the mouse a few months ago. One day I went to get on overwatch and when i boot up the game the dock freaks out and disconnects all usb devices but when i just have it plugged straight into the mouse or the dongle is just plugged in it has no issues. I've updated the software and drivers and still no luck any ideas?

I want to change the quantity to buy more from the store. When I buy cards or other things, I cannot change the quantity, I just buy one. Why!

Just bought the Razar Essentials head set . I have windows 10  my MB cam ewith Nahimic sound software  which works good with this headset but was thinking of installin the razer 7.1 sound . do I need to uninstall the Nahimic software  ?  or do they run side by side .

I have a good opportunity to purchase a Razer Blade 14 RTX 3060 laptop which I intend to use as a mobile gaming device with an Alienware AW2521HFA screen. Although the 3070 version is slightly more powerful, I'm not well-versed in laptops and I'm wondering if there are any downsides to getting the 3060 version instead. I understand that the 3070 version comes with a 1440p screen, but since I'll be using my Alienware screen, that should not matter much, right? Additionally, I'm curious if there are any benefits to the 3070 version that I may not be aware of.

Earlier today, my Kishi V1 suddenly stopped working while I was playing with it. I noticed that the LED on the right side was lit up, which was unusual, and my phone's notification indicated that it was charging via USB, despite being already fully charged. To troubleshoot, I attempted to charge my phone with the Kishi, which worked fine, indicating that the Kishi's USB port was functioning properly.I then tried to hard reset my phone, but this did not solve the issue of my Kishi not being recognized. As a last resort, I restarted my phone while the Kishi was still attached and pressed and held LB+LT+RB+RT, similar to restarting an old PS1. Surprisingly, this fixed the problem, and my Kishi started working again.If you're experiencing a similar issue, perhaps you could try this solution as a last resort and let us know if it works for you.

I have a razor mouse that I started using about 3 days ago. On the first day of using the mouse every thing was fine and I configured the side mouse buttons to 0 and 6 for some games i play. 2 days later and I cant see my mouse config nor does the old config work on my mouse anymore. Don't know what to do as my mouse is not popping up in the razor synapse for me to reconfigure it.

Now I used to sing the praises of the Razer Nari headset because audio wise It Is amazing BUT a few months of using this headset I noticed that when you charge the headset It would just die and this even happens when the battery Isn’t actually dead It will just cut power and when reconnecting the cable It would make the noise that Its connected then a second later It will disconnect I tried multiple cables and still nothing and this wasn’t only happening to me but my brother also I recomended him the headset too now all we have Is problems I am going to be buying a new headset In a few weeks I would not recommend the Nari now while the sound Is great this problem seems to be affecting a good amount of people.I honestly think this Is a problem within the headset Its self.

Hi, i have an ornata v2 keyboard and i use it for my pa5, how should i customize rgb setting? Or change the default rgb lighting? Because everytime i change its lighting setting with laptop and then connect my keyboard to my ps5 again, the setting will reset to default

I got the above for Christmas and have this reoccurring issue when on Discord with Friends. Speakers work perfectly fine but every so often my friends say my microphone sounds “crackly” when I talk. I normally just turn it off and on and it works, sometimes I have to turn it on and off multiple times and unplug and plug in my microphone to get it to work properly. I have cleaned the port and the jack and nothing has changed, is there a fix?

That can not be …So. I hold my mouse in the palm grip, but with Razer mice due to the shape, my index finger, which I use to press the left mouse button, protrudes 2cm beyond the button. Means if I press the left mouse button, then I press it at the very front on the edge. Since Razer mice have relatively long mouse buttons and the switch sits in the middle, it doesn't recognize every keystroke I make. Hello everyone, I have a new Razer Blade 17 2022 and I have noticed that the RGB lights (keyboard and logo at the back) turn off after 7 seconds when the keyboard is on idle. It works well when I use the keyboard but as soon as I don’t touch it for a few seconds (and only use the touchpad for instance), the lights turn off and remain off until I use the keyboard again.There is no difference when the laptop is plugged in or running on battery. It happens only when Synapse is turned off. With Synapse being open, everything works well.  I have tried a lot of things including contacting Razer Support. After a few weeks looking into this, they told me this is laptop’s natural behaviour. That means I need to have Synapse active if I want RGB to work all the time. I can’t do this because I have another issue with mz external keyboard and mouse when running Synapse and I generally don’t want to have Synapse running all the time anyway. Do you guys know if that indeed is a natural behaviour?Any

Is there any Razer Product that would work for the Galaxy Tab A8 …. I have all other Razer products for pc and phone gaming… would be cool if there was a possible chance to use for my Tablet …. any info will help/Lead me to a direction.
