Hi Razer Team! I think it would be great to add Kraken V4 support to the Razer Audio mobile app.Lately, I’ve often wanted to use my headset not only on PC but also outside, for example, while walking or traveling. However, since it’s not possible to adjust the sound, lighting, or other settings from the phone, it makes it less convenient and discourages me from using them outside my home.I believe adding Kraken V4 compatibility to Razer Audio would be a great improvement — it would make the experience much more flexible and enjoyable for many users, not just me.Thanks for considering this! 💚

Trying to recover it, I mistakenly used the BlackWidow Ultimate 2016 firmware updater. After flashing, the keyboard came back to life, but now it is incorrectly detected as "Razer BlackWidow Ultimate 2016" in Device Manager and Razer Synapse. Full Chroma lighting effects (wave, ripple, etc.) are broken or missing, and overall behavior is not correct for the original Chroma model.Live Chat support was unable to provide the file due to current operational directives and could only direct me to the website.I specifically need the correct recovery firmware updater for the original BlackWidow Chroma — BlackWidow Chroma_FirmwareUpdater_v1.03.00.exe — to restore the proper firmware.I understand this file is not publicly available and is provided only after serial number

Sorry if this is a long one. The mic on my Blackshark V2 (wired) doesn’t work. As of currently there are a few things I’ve been able to find out about it, but it’s not much. (This is all on windows) I’m not the greatest w/ this stuff, but this has been an issue for at least a year and a half now. I’ve done all the basic troubleshooting that I could find: make sure it’s not muted, give apps permission, enable it as default audio and communication device. I’ve tried de-installing the driver, restarting, and re-installing the driver using the windows automatic search. Internally it is referred to as “Microphone (High Definition Audio Device)” It is currently using a mic splitter extension cable, but reversing the order of the two wires that leads off causes the headset/mic to change. In it’s normal form, the sound is louder and a touch clearer, but the mic does not work. Instead, it only produces a constant static tha

just upgraded my keyboard to the huntsman v3 pro 8k and i noticed when i start up my pc the lights turn on the keyboard however the only buttons that work are the numbers  no letters work and i have to unplug it then plug it back in checked for a firmware update for the 8k pro  and nothing yet anyone else having this issue ? wondering if my keyboard is defective

I got a new huntsman tkl, and when I try to plug it in using my existing keyboard cable it wont work.when I use the cable that came with it it works fine. my existing keyboard cable is fine, it works just fine with my ducky tkl. why wont the huntsman work?

I am having a problem with my barracuda wireless headset everything is working fine and I can hear through my headphones and talk through them it’s just one problem I can’t figure out. It’s that whenever I’m playing a online game I’m noticing whenever the usb is plugged into the usb port I am lagging very bad then whenever I unplug I am fine, it would be a help if someone helped me figure this out.

I love my Kraken V4 — the noise-canceling and immersive audio are amazing. But for long sessions, I need a way to stay aware of my surroundings without removing the headset.A physical pass-through / ambient awareness switch on the headset would let users instantly hear the room. It would make the headset comfortable for extended use while keeping full immersion.I’d happily pay extra for a headset that combines Razer’s sound quality with this level of customizable situational awareness. This could benefit gamers in shared spaces, streamers, and anyone who values both immersion and comfort.Thanks for considering this idea — I’d love to see Razer continue leading in player-first design.

Laptop is from 2022. It had always been fast. Went on a trip and returned home and suddenly it was slow. Did clean Windows reinstall. Updated drivers (including graphics card). Still slow. Then miraculously worked fine for an hour and now it’s slow again. Opening up any apps including Chrome takes 3-4 seconds. Anyone have any ideas?

Hey all not sure how to explain this so I’ll do my best. My iskur v2 x seat basically sinks in and it’s like a visible dent in the fabric. It’s been hurting my butt and I’ve had to use a cushion and I’m upset. Is this intended on this chair? 

About 10 months ago, I purchased a razer viper v2 pro and a month later I started noticing problems with scrolling the mouse wheel. Before that, I had a razer cobra and I changed it because of the same problem in the hope that this would not happen again, but it did not happen. is it possible to fix it yourself, or is it better to contact repair specialists?P.S. As I understand it, the problem is that my mouse's encoder is dirty, and various cleaning methods have not helped (such as blowing compressed air or quickly scrolling the wheel).

My Razer Viper V3 pro isn’t charging. I just purchased it 2 days ago. Razer is firmware is up to date. I’m using the wire. It’s been charging for over an hour now and it hasn’t moved from 0%.

Do the friends you play with also need to be a part of the competition, in order for you to gain their gameplay hours? or does it only care if you yourself are going through the razor app to load up the game, and see’s the others are with you?

Is there any way to rebind some of the sensitivity buttons to be mouse buttons? (ex. Sensitivity Clutch → Mouse 6, creating a new mouse button that can be bound) I’ve looked pretty much everywhere on Synapse and I can’t find anything that would let me do that. Is there something that I’m missing or is this just not possible?

Greetings, there is a problem. I use the Razer DeathAdder v3 HyperSpeed mouse and have installed Razer Synapse to it. I adjusted the mouse to my game, reassigned the side buttons to the numbers on the keyboard so that it would be convenient to jump through the cells in the inventory. Today I log into the game and nothing works. I tried reinstalling the application, updating the drivers, restarting the computer, restarting the application itself and running it as an administrator. Nothing helps. But as soon as I connected the mouse directly to the PC via a wire, everything immediately worked. All the reassigned buttons are working. And when connected via a dongle, it works like a regular mouse. At the same time, I can switch sensitivity levels, but not to reassign any key. Help please

Model no. RZ01-0233I purchased a Basilisk (V1) sometime around late 2019 and used it (loved it) up until about 4 months ago when the right click started having trouble registering clicks. Sometimes it would double click and sometimes it wouldn't click. I tried replacing it but I just can't get used to another mouse and want to attempt to revive my old Basilisk. I'm a little attached to the mouse and I really don't see myself (happily) using a different one in the future. I can't find any Basilisk V1's to buy online and I can't find what switches I should buy to repair it with (assuming the issue is bad switches). In addition, some may suggest resetting firmware using the firmware posted on Razer's website as a solution to problems such as this; razer does not have the firmware reinstall for the Basilisk V1 posted on their website so I have no way of doing this. I may try reinstalling drivers and taking it apart for deep cleaning. These are iffy solutions that may not yield an
