Hello everyone, I’m a long-time razer fan since 2010 and I would like to address on issue that I’ve experienced for like a year and still no update / fix from Razer at all.I bought the Razer Nommo V2 PC Speakers from 2024, and it worked incredible and flawlessly. But since Razer Synapse 3 is ending its support, and must migrating to Razer Synapse 4, I now experiencing so many issues, but the most important issue to be fixed as soon as possible is this:I have already installed and used Razer Synapse 4 from 2025, every time i want to change my Razer Nommo V2 speaker sound settings, it automatically asked me to set the speaker as default.------Here are the prompt words:DEFAULT OUTPUT DEVICESet “Razer Nommo V2” as the default output device to configure its audio settings on Razer Synapse.----- The problem is, I have already set my speaker as my default device and still the problem is persist. Hello,My Razer BlackShark V2 Pro headset works well overall, but I have one issue.When I play Fortnite, the microphone does not work at all. I tested my old headset, and its microphone works perfectly in Fortnite, so the problem is with the BlackShark V2 Pro, not the game.Could you please help me fix this issue?Thank you.

The spring for the handle of my backrest had broken and now the handle feels loose, i do not know where to get a replacement part for the spring

I picked up a BlackWidow V4 Pro Full Size about a month or two ago. About 2 weeks ago, my left shit key stopped working fully and now only works every 1 out of 4 presses or so and even when it does work, it will stop working about 50% of the time. Nothing has been spilt on it and I have removed the key to see if something was stuck under it but I didn't see anything. I also have an issue with certain keys activating twice with one click like my N and my S key, but that's not as much of an issue as the shift issue.Does anyone know how to either fix it or am I going to have to sadly replace my keyboard as I use my left shift key all the time?

Broken piece shown in image (i’m not sure what you’d even call it), is it possible to get this replaced at all or are my options to potentially steal one from another deathadder v2 or to try and glue this back together?

Hello, I´ve been looking around on the internet for an sollution but i can´t seem to find one. So the problem is. My button 4 and 5 on the side of the mouse aren´t working anymore. I never had this problem before but recently they quit working. The weird thing is. After i push in both the side buttons 4 and 5 and the 2 buttons on top. They both work for like 10 seconds again. I also just found out: if i hold one of the 2 side buttons for like 2 seconds they both start working again for like 30 seconds. I really have no idea what i can do to fix this. Is it some weird option/setting from the mouse that turns dissables the side buttons and when i hold them for a small amount of time it turns on both buttons. Thanks for reading and mayby offer an sollution.

I bought this secondhand 2021 Razer Blade 14 and decided to do a factory reset using a Windows 11 bootable USB. However, after updating all the drivers, I realized I can't find the specific audio driver. Hi everyone i just bought BS v3 pro form amazon , and the sound is bad i tried to eq it but still haven’t found the sound I am looking for, do you have eq works will with it?

Is it just me or does this happen to anyone using the Razer V3 pro? Whenever I game using the V3 pro controller, it keeps disconnecting mid gameplay, I have tried several methods but it keeps doing the same thing. I use an iPhone 17 pro max and I’m beginning to think the cushion rubbers A are not really holding down the phone firmly as a little vibration will cause the controller connection to disconnect. I don’t play with a case on for fear of device overheating but using the phone case holds the device firmly but if I remove the case and try to play with the rubber cushion then I get the regular disconnections while gaming. does anyone also experience this? Or what else should I do?

This conversation is in relation to the memory leak I have been experiencing on my Strix G16 laptop. For over 2 weeks I have been going crazy, trying EVERY solution mentioned out there:Some of the solutions I have already tried were:Disabling all audio enhancements (e.g. Razer 7.1 Surround Sound) Disabling all sound effects/ e.g. Spatial Sound etc. Uninstalling/ Installing Windows drivers ALL the updates you can imagine…. Cancelling the Windows Audio Device Graph Isolation process directly from the task manager.… and couple of others I cant remember. I have been watching countless videos on YouTube and relentlessly reading all the Forums for an answer. My problem has never been the spike in CPU usage, but simply a memory leak. The Windows Audio Device Graph Isolation would start at 1GB and slowly (but surely) creep up to 8 - 9GB. I call it memory leak, because during at an idle moment in games, I would minimise the game - open task manager (whilst nothing else is open) and simply watch

 My Razer Viper Mini's clicks and RGB lighting are working fine, but the mouse cursor won't move. Hallo  ich habe das Kaira Pro für Xbox ! Es verbindet sich mit der Xbox .
