Hey, can anyone help me guiding how to enable demo mode for Razer Pro Type Ergo Keyboard. 

Have the same issue as described here: razer basilisk x hyperspeed mouse cursor moving on its own/not workingI’ve been trying to fix this myself but I can’t figure it out nor can my local computer shop.the cursor is drifting to the top left of screen. I can’t click or do anything on the mouse. I mostly play Nintendo 3DS games on PC, especially Tomodachi Life, and I'm using a Razer mouse with Synapse.I'm curious what settings other gamers prefer for slower, casual games like this.What DPI do you normally use? Do you create separate Synapse profiles for different games? Is it worth assigning macros to mouse buttons for emulator shortcuts like save/load states or fast forward? Any Razer mouse recommendations that work especially well with emulator gaming?I'd love to hear how you've optimized your Razer setup for emulator or simulation games. Thanks!

Hi! I’ve came across an issue recently that razer synapse doesn’t detect my keyboard. I have tried everything but it doesn’t work like: uninstalling razer synapse and reinstalling, restarting pc, deleting my drivers and installing them again, uninstalling riot vanguard and Valorant. My keyboard is Razer Huntsman Mini .  Is there any other method i can try?  

i’l looking around and i cannot find the color and model for my headset, i love it and it was a gift from my bf and it’s a shame that both the paint and leather are falling apart, they create a pink mess and i want to buy some kind of solution for them? for now i just found the ones with the zipper but i don’t really like them, i prefer spending a little more money to get a perfect replacement.

HiLooking at getting the 75% version as love the V4 pro for my computer room to use in between multiple pcs and use the current v4 pro in bedroom for gaming.Any recommendations on a numpad with similar keys as the 75% doesn’t come with one and use the numpad quite often in thanks 

i have a razer viper ultimate and synapse 4 (im fine with downloading other software). im trying to make rmb work as rmb and a sens clutch for tarkov. tarkov has awful and unmodifiable ads sens per optic, so im hoping i can have a few different profiles for the optics i use and have my sens change on demand.

I had reached out and never got any reply so posting on here but what are we doing with the Synapse app!?!?  Honestly, 3 had better features and I guess it snuck up on me but when did you become a bloatware company!?!?  For Gamers By Gamers DOESNT MEAN ADD A BUNCH OF BLOATWARE to peddle your goods.  How about working on the app?!?!  None of my profiles auto switch anymore, and when they did they were VERY hit or miss.  The fact that I can select a game profile across all my devices like I could in 3 is insane.  Lets put it this way, I have already asked Ai how do I get off of Razer echo system and on to SteelSeries as I have switched over to SteelSeries GG Client, and what a terrific experience.  No bloatware, just what I need and it works every time.  My need for RGB everything is coming to an end so the only thing that ties me to Razer is my Tartarus and my Naga but with onboard memory, technically I have a work around for these too.   It hurts to watch a company turn into a profit m

I talked to Razer support around last year questioning if the ZZZ collaboration edition chair will come to the US. They said it will but it is unknown when. Is it ever going to be available for purchase in the US?

Hi have a Ornata Chroma V2 for a couple a years now and some time 2 years ago, I had the same issue I’m currently having with it. For some reason, the keys: num lk, /, *, -, 4, 5, 6, and + on the numpad tend to not work. It’s a come and go issue, meaning that when starting the pc, I’m playing roulette with it…I’ve tried uninstalling the keyboard, synapse and razer central for a couple of times now and still the same behavior. Took out keys, cleaned the keyboard and same situation. Like I said, it happened a couple of years ago, stopped for about 2 years and now started again all of a sudden. Really hopeful someone can give me support on this.

Hi, Anyway to purchase a razor kitsune top aluminium plate? Mines gotten quite bent and beat up over the year.  No worries if not. 

I'm not sure if Razer has a sales representative in Brazil, but I haven't been able to find the Razer BlackShark V3 Pro in stock at the official retailers here, such as Amazon and KaBuM.I'd like to know if there are any plans to release or restock this headset in the Brazilian market. Should I keep waiting, or is it unlikely to be available anytime soon, in which case I should start looking for another option?Thanks in advance for any information.

Hello, I am using a Razer BlackShark V2 HyperSpeed with the HyperSpeed Wireless Dongle on my PC. The headset randomly changes the EQ preset by itself (Game, Custom, Movie, Music) while I am using it. After that, it sometimes switches from HyperSpeed Wireless mode to Bluetooth mode without me pressing any buttons. This happens even when I am not touching the headset. I have already tried: - Updating the headset firmware to the latest version - Closing Razer Synapse completely - Reconnecting the HyperSpeed Wireless Dongle - Checking the wireless connection However, the problem still occurs. The headset is over two years old, so I understand that the standard warranty period has expired. Could you please advise whether there is any troubleshooting method or paid repair service available for this issue? Thank you.

I know I am in the minority here. I love Razer products and have been using them for nearly fifteen years. Recently I had to sadly leave the Razer family for my mouse because they don’t offer something for this “small” market.I am left handed, though I have found out I am very unusual as I still use my mouse like a right handed person (left click is still on the left side, right click on the right). I’m not going to go as far as asking for a mouse that is ergonomically correct, but doesn’t require me to switch the clicks, that would be insane to expect a business cater to such a small market.Instead, I simply ask for a symmetrical mouse that has side buttons on both sides of the mouse. It baffles me that Razer does NOT offer an ambidextrous (symmetrical) mouse that has side buttons on BOTH sides of the mouse anymore. They USED to back with the Razer Viper Ultimate (loved the mouse, used it until it had issues with the dock, and then continued to use it plugged in until I found a replac

i used wd-40 on the chrome piston of the gas lift on my razer iskur v2 newgen to try and make it spin smoother, since doing that. the gas lift has had this rumble to it that almost sounds as if my chair is farting. i went on reddit to find out you are supposed to use white lithium grease, or silicone lube for the lift. i chose white lithium, bought some, and put it on the chrome lift along with the pin on the bottom after being told to do so. the noise is still here, but if i use razer support, i will be out of a working chair for a minimum of five days and i cant do that long without a chair. does anyone know any possible ways to fix this.
