Hello Razer Support,I have a Razer Kraken V3 Pro (RZ04-03460).The battery percentage in Razer Synapse is incorrect and changes significantly after reconnecting/restarting the PC. For example, it showed 20%, then 50% after connecting the charger, and after restarting the PC it showed 80%.The headset firmware is 1.10.0 and I am using Razer Synapse 4.Could you please confirm whether this is a known battery reporting/firmware issue and provide the recommended fix?

My razer viper v3 Pro is not charging with plug with its original mouse. If with dongle its working. Now its no battery and cant use it. I really love the mouse. Is there any fix?

Hello!Recently my Naga V2 started having issues with the left click and the side plates, so I was looking to replace it with a Naga V2 Hyperspeed when I saw there’s a Naga V3 Pro, and I wanted to ask any users that have it what is the experience so far with itAlso, can you rebind the AI button to something else? I don’t care for AI so I’d like to know if I can change it to something differentThank you!

so suddenly i left my pc on overnight and my solar power ran out. and when i woke up and switch to the main power pc won’t just recognize or detect the speaker. im not panicking or whatso i know its still working since it worked when i tried bluetooth but yeah i appreciate any kind of workarounds for this or is this a really known issue and i’ll just need to live with it? 

I was a day 1 buyer of this product because the other versions were amazing, from the original belkin n52 all the way up to the latest versions. This one should NOT have been called a Tartarus at all… this feels and looks nothing like the beloved line. You guys took away the feel that made the tartarus feel amazing, it is not ergonomic in any way, and some of the buttons are just not accessible.  This was a huge let down as is finding where the fingers naturally rest.  The base is solid and it does not move which is highly amazing. Solid.. The joystick is everything we have been wanting for this device for years now, props on that….but…. we can’t change the angle of how it operates in the software. ie. a lot of us push the stick forward for lets say the W or Up arrow, you are now locked into just pressing the analog stick up(left) with how your  hand sits on it.  so now we are stuck with having to use it as a hat?  (I read somewhere there it is also the right stick and not the left sti

Thinking about picking up a Razer Blade for our field work and wanted to get some honest opinions from owners about durability in less than ideal conditions.We run a small property services company and our surveyors need a laptop they can take into building sites, basements, and roof spaces. The current setup is a budget Dell that is falling apart after two years of being carried up ladders and used in dusty environments. We need something with a decent screen for reviewing survey photos on site, enough power to run our reporting software smoothly, and a build quality that can handle being moved around constantly.The Razer Blade caught our eye because the aluminium chassis seems like it would hold up better than plastic alternatives, and the screen quality looks ideal for checking detail in photos of things like timber damage and damp staining where colour accuracy actually matters for our reports.The concern is whether the premium finish would survive daily use in working environments

Hi, i am not sure other people have the same problem two. I have the Tatarus V2 i had it replaced 3 times already means i am on my fourth one. Every time the thumbstick breaks and it is stuck to the right means if you try to game even you touch nothing your character will move from alone to the right and you can not go to the left anymore. I am so tired of this BS i am a big fan of Razer but now i am thinking to buy from other companies. To this point i ordered from Amazon from Razer the Tatarus V2 but i do not think they will replace it a fourth time. First one was holding a year, second one 6 month, third one 2 months and this one now after two months thumbstick broken again. I am saying what i am thinking. Razer did a horrible job with the thumbstick…..everything works fine on this gaming pad except every time the thumbstick what is wrong with this company? 

I currently have a viper mini which i absolutely love, but unfortunately the scroll wheel has always had issues, it jumps, skips scrolls, sometimes scrolls the opposite way I moved the wheel to, etc.I heard years ago that this was a common problem with razer mice so I never really thought too much about it, but now I want a new mouse and I would very much like to get a new razer, unless they still have these issues.side note: any recommendations for (razer or non-razer) wireless mice similar to viper mini? I stopped obsessively researching them a while ago so I don't really know the new stuff lol 

i’ve had this problem for a while now and i’ve followed so many fixes to no avail. the problem would sometime disappear (mouse sensor/cursor would stop glitching and work fine) but then it’d reappear again some time later and gets worse than before. i’ve already contacted support, but it’s gonna take a bit till they get back. i’ve already tried much of the fixes suggested by razor’s basic mouse support (that didn’t work):Verified Windows is up to date.Connected the USB dongle directly to a PC's USB port and not a USB hub. Verified there is a clear line of sight from the mouse to the dongle.Updated the firmware on mouse if it is on the list.Tested the mouse on a different surface.Checked if a software is causing the issue by closing all Razer apps and software.Check if the issue persists with a different PC.Btw, i’ve already tried to clean the sensor with a cotton swab, didn’t workAlong with that, i’ve also follow and try many other fixes that i could find on the internet which all didn

My Huntsman V3 HE Magnetic Tenkeyless 8KHz (RZ03-0592) has been randomly freezing since I updated the firmware to 1.02.0_r1. The RGB lighting remains on, but the keys stop responding until I unplug and reconnect the USB cable.I tried downgrading to 1.01.09_r1, but the firmware updater blocks the installation because it detects a newer firmware version.Has anyone else experienced this issue or found a way to downgrade the firmware? Could Razer please provide an official firmware rollback tool or a fix for this issue?

I am experiencing a serious freezing issue with my Razer Huntsman V3 HE Magnetic Tenkeyless 8KHz (RZ03-0592), currently running firmware/device version 1.02.00.During gaming, the keyboard will randomly become completely unresponsive. Every key stops registering input, while the keyboard remains powered and the RGB lighting stays on. Once this happens, the keyboard does not recover on its own. The only way to restore functionality is to physically unplug the USB cable and reconnect it.This makes the keyboard extremely difficult to use for gaming. Hello I am experiencing an audio issue with my BlackShark V2 Pro (original/older model) on Windows 11.The Windows Volume Mixer does not work correctly. When I change the volume using the Volume Mixer, the volume sometimes changes several seconds later, and sometimes does not change at all. Even when the volume has changed correctly, if I stop playback and start it again, the audio briefly plays at 100% volume before changing to the selected volume.The EQ and other audio settings in Razer Synapse work normally.However, I found that if I disable “Audio enhancements” under Windows Sound Properties, the Windows Volume Mixer works correctly. What happened with this mouse sensor? On the Viper V3 Pro, I played with the medium LOD setting and everything was perfect. With this mouse, I don't feel comfortable even using the minimum LOD. I have the latest firmware (v1.04.01_r1) installed.

I recently bought the BlackShark V2 HyperSpeed, and I’m noticing noticeably lower mic quality and sound volume when using the wireless dongle compared with the USB cable.The mic also produces crackling/static sounds in recordings when I use wireless mode. i tried to unplug it, restart it, plugging it in from another port and removing it from device manager and the “n” key is still the only unresponsive one. how do i get it to work again.my keyboard model no. is RZ03-0469

Hi. Just like the title. My Basilisk V3 pro mouse takes like 10 seconds to wake up from sleep mode. If I move the mouse, it will light up but it will not move my cursor until 10-15 sec later. Here’re what I have tried and none of them worked.I updated both the mouse and the dongle to the latest version. I tried connect both the Basilisk V3 pro and the Deathstalker V2 Pro keyboard to the same dongle. Please help.

just open the side up with the usb connection.. and volume control. disconnect the cable that goes from pcb board of volume control to the rest.. then turn up and down volume.. and make sure its all thew ay down when u plug the board back in. and then test.. should fix most as long as all your solder points are still in tact.. thought mine were screwed up but did this and they work again and it was so easy everyone could do it . a few screws and disconnect cable only do not need to take pcb boards out or move anything.
