I use a RAZER naga V2 hyperspeed.  I think using some brail can be beneficial when locating buttons by touch.🔷🔷🔷🔷🔷🔷🔷🔷🔷🔷🔷🔷🔷🔷🔷🔷  BUTTON 1:  1 bump BUTTON 4: 2 bumps  BUTTON 7: 3 bumps  BUTTON 10: 4 bumps 🔷🔷🔷🔷🔷🔷🔷🔷🔷🔷🔷🔷🔷🔷🔷🔷 BUTTON 2: 1 bump BUTTON 5: 2 bumps  BUTTON  8: 3 bumps BUTTON 11: 4 bumps  and so on 🔷🔷🔷🔷🔷🔷🔷🔷🔷🔷🔷🔷🔷🔷🔷🔷  Mouse clicky button top: 1 bump Mouse clucky button bottom: 2 bumps 🔷🔷🔷🔷🔷🔷🔷🔷🔷🔷🔷🔷🔷🔷🔷🔷 also, bro would be good used on keyboards to locate buttons by touch 

Hi, I’m thinking about buying the Wolverine V3 Tournament Edition for Xbox. I want to know whether the controller is 1000hz on Xbox or only on PC? 

So my firefly pro just came in and it’s my first razer product.I’m messing with Chroma to get a few effects going. Basically static color, then breathing effect. I understand it’s a layered priority on the left side in the chroma program but.. my bottom effect never shows up? I tried to google answers but the most I found was a transparency/opacity adjustment that doesn’t seem to exist?Or has a few things have changed from previous versions? Mainly a transparency function?

I got Blackwidow v3 mini hyperspeed and when i try conecting using dongle it just turns off after a sec and than i have to press random keys for it to turn on for a sec and than turns off 

Ok so, I find most all headphones uncomfortable and unusable. Until I got the blackshark v2 x. These are extremely comfortable. I recently tried out the v3 pro and found those to be uncomfortable because my ears touched the inside of the cups a lot. I was just wondering if either the v3 or v3 x matches the v2 x in comfort. Thank you!

That microphone is in a league of its own. I want to use these products, I want to recommend them—but Razer is making it incredibly difficult for me.I am a Linux user (running Bazzite). On the razer gold and silver redemption page there are none razer products available like mice or keyboards, only gift cards, and then when I go to announcements, it says that it will be "temporarily unavailable" but it has not come back and it has now been over a month, so if anyone knows when it is coming back, that would be amazing.

This headset can automatically switch the audio output between 2 devices (somehow it prioritized the audio from the laptop over the PC which has dongle but that was okay for me at that point)The Issue: About a month ago, the microphone stopped working on the laptop (Bluetooth connection). Its windows no longer sees the mic input in any app, though audio output still works.I've tried some work arounds below:Factory Reset: Did not fix the issue.Swapped Connections: I tried connecting the Laptop via Dongle and PC via Bluetooth.Result: The mic works again for the laptop, BUT the "SmartSwitch" feature breaks. If audio is playing on the PC, it stutters/pauses every 5 seconds instead of taking priority.Has

My Nari Essential is on its way out, and I need to buy a replacement. I'm looking between Blackshark and the Barracuda. I don't need much. Just need stereo sound and a mic. I'm thinking the X versions are good enough, but not sure which one is best.

So my Razer Blackshark V2 Pro has been working at full capacity with absolutely no problems since December.The microphone has always worked, whether I connect it before the headset has been turned on or after.It worked without complaint yesterday, and today upon turning my headset on and trying to call a friend on Discord, the microphone failed to operate. The speakers and audio and the device itself are all fully operational. This is the first time this has ever happened.The headset has neither been dropped, struck, nor left in unfavourable conditions. The same goes for the microphone.The microphone is connected and defaulted on all applications.

Need an upgrade pretty quickly and my options are either a Blade 16 or a an Asus ProArt P16, but reading the reviews on the P16 someone had data wiped clean, and from my previous nightmarish experience with an 4090 ROG Zephyrus Duo I'm afraid of touching anything AsusMeanwhile on the Razor side the main complaint I see is the trackpad and synapse software issue. Has that situation improved with time? Are the claims overblown? On paper the Blade 16 looks like the best unless it has some major flaws like I mentioned on the Asus. 

I have a Razer Basilisk V3 and whenever I plug in the mouse and the synapse detects it, the mouse freezes and everything stops working, the buttons, sensor and even the lighting freezes.Help me I am not even able to reset the mouse and have even tried using the mouse in other devices and the same happens whenever the mouse is detectedThe mouse works perfectly until it's not detected or the synapse is not running but without the synapse I can not change anything on the mouse

Hello, I recently got the Kraken Kitty headset, but it’s too tight for my head. Is there a way to fix this? My head is small so I’m surprised that it’s tight. The main pressure are on my ears. I adjusted the length of the cushions to be positioned lower but that doesn’t solve the issue.

Bought the mouse yesterday and returned it today.How can you make the click sound so loud?  Its impossible to use it if u dont have a headset on.Currently i m using Deathadder V2 and the click sound is in comparison to v4 pro so much better. Silent and conform.Come on Razer , You can do it better

Hi guys, I joined the spicy pillow gang recently. I have a Razer Blade 2019 Base Model. I bought a 3rd party replacement battery. However when installed the laptop doesn't detect the battery on the log in screen. It DOES say battery 100% in the power menu in settings but no battery icon is present in my task bar.. when I unplug the charger, the laptop stays on for about 10 seconds and then dies.I've tried disabling both options in hardware settings and I don't really know what else to do. Laptop works great apart from battery and will work fine when plugged in but previous to the battery replacement the battery would give about an hour of use before dying.

There is an issue where if the system is put into a deep sleep (S3 power state) and the system comes back from sleep, the multi touch gestures on the trackpad like scrolling will not work correctly. There was some work done in this previous thread to isolate the issue:https://insider.razer.com/topic/show?tid=41416&fid=14Eventually the conclusion we reached was that the I2C HID Device was not initializing correctly after a sleep state. Now a BIOS update did recently come out for these systems and it did not resolve the issue. I am creating a new thread to hopefully get Razer's attention on this issue once more.I also contacted Razer support but they just want to do a warranty claim and have me send the device in for service which does not make sense at all since this is an issue that affects all 15 and 17 inch 2022 models.
