I am experiencing a squeaking noise from the scroll wheel on my Razer DeathAdder V4 Pro (green version). This is already my third replacement, and the same issue keeps happening. It’s becoming very stressful.Even a cheap mouse at my workplace that costs less than $5 does not make this kind of noise. I also own a Razer DeathAdder V3 HyperSpeed, and its scroll wheel works perfectly without any issues. That makes this situation even more frustrating.I purchased this product from overseas while living in Korea, and I feel very disappointed. I would really appreciate it if you could check this issue and provide a proper solution.

Hey, is it possible to map Lb + Rb to one of the extra bumper buttons? Or any button combos? There’s an option for L3 + R3, why no others?

Dear Razer Team,I’m a long-time supporter writing regarding the Wolverine V3 Pro 8K and the lack of macro support for controller users.Many in the community are confused and disappointed that macros are restricted on controllers while the vast majority of Razer keyboards fully support macro recording and advanced customization. This feels inconsistent and biased — especially when 99% of your keyboards allow it, yet controllers do not. It creates an imbalance within the same ecosystem, where one group of users has full customization and another does not.It’s also worth noting that you already released a wired version titled the Tournament Edition. If a tournament-focused model exists, it would make sense for the Pro version to allow broader functionality.A simple solution would be a firmware update with two selectable modes:Free Mode – Enables macro support and advanced customizationTournament Mode – Disables macros for competitive compliance

I’ve installed the driver from nvidia on both gpu. Laptop and egpu. I installed synapse and can control my rgb. Computer switches back and forth from internal display to egpu connected monitor and occasionally it will stick on the egpu monitor. But my performance is actually worse on my gtx 1080 in the razor egpu  ftw which shouldn’t be the case. I have a fresh out of box thunderbolt 4 cable and updated drivers on my thunderbolt port. Any thoughts??

Hello, I have a Late 2020 Razer Blade Stealth (i7-1165G7, 1650ti, 1080p-120hz) (RZ09-0327). It’s starting to get to that point where I’d like to replace the battery (partially out of inflation fear). Are there good 3rd party options for a replacement battery or does Razer make any? I’ve taken it apart before to swap storage, re paste, and clean the fans, so I have the battery model# (RC330-02810200). I did a quick search the other day and only found one Amazon link with no reviews. I’m not as knowledgeable with laptop hardware, so I figured I would ask here. Would appreciate any and all help/advice!! Thanks! 

Hello everyone,I am currently using the Razer Synapse 4 Beta, and my computer is connected to both a soundbar and a BlackShark V2 Pro headset. However, every time I start my computer, it automatically switches the output to the BlackShark V2 Pro. This is quite confusing to me.Has anyone else encountered a similar issue? Or does anyone know a solution to have my computer default to the soundbar upon startup instead of automatically switching to the headset? Thanks for your help!

I finally got my hands on a v4 pro given that the battery in my v3 couldnt handle haptics for more than 2 min before dying. I was looking forward to listening to music again with some thumping bass but, after playing around with the settings, the haptics on the v4 are 1: not as strong and 2: dont really follow the beat of the music, its just like, constant. There were some songs that had the v3 doing the same thing but my go-to bass heavy songs are just all muddled with constant weak vibration that seems like it wants to cut out but doesnt. Anyone have any advice to get it closer to the v3 haptic feeling? 

Hi! I have a fantastic Razer Blackwidow v3 Pro, but my volume rocker broke. I needed a replacement for it. While we’re at it, the palm rest would also be a nice replacement, since it’s showing some signs of wear.How could I get those? Thank you!

The pairing utility listed on the Blackshark V2 Hypespeed’s page no longer works !!! After a lot of digging (un-necessary IMO) I realized ya’ll have an udpated pairing utility for the headset that was not mentioned on the page for the headset ... please update & keep the page updated i have no idea why the dongle and headset lose their pairing and i need to re pair them if i use bluetooth for too long but this runaround was nuts when i was trying to hop on a game session with my friends!!You put the pairing utility on the bottom of https://mysupport.razer.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/5994/kw/headset%20pairing but not on the individual product support pages which is what i was led to click. eg. Hello,Every time I turn on my computer, Synapse 4 switches from THX Spatial to stereo (my headset is a Razer Blackshark v3). The settings show THX enabled, but it's actually stereo. When I switch to stereo, the sound remains the same, but then when I switch to THX, it clearly changes. After switching, it stays in THX Spatial mode until I turn off the computer, and then switches back to stereo the next time I turn it on. What causes these random switches?Sometimes, the sound changes when the headphones are simply idle, but this issue was resolved by disabling Ultra-Low Latency. So, my second question is: how can I use Ultra-Low Latency without changing the sound?I tried a clean reinstall of Synapse after first removing the device drivers from the system. I've tried creating and deleting profiles, disabling power saving, disabling ultra-fast latency, changing equalizers, disabling other audio devices, and trying all the sound enhancements in Windows, except THX.

I just bought this headset today and when plugged in the headset works fine but as soon as i try to pair with dongle i get nothing.  I was just going to return but i do like the quality of the headset so trying tech support first.

I want the RAZER NAGA HEX V2 back. The layout was perfect for me and it was build to last. I've had 3 Naga Trinity since, but the build quality isn't on par with the Hex v2. I now use the Naga pro v2 but i't's 6 number faceplate layout isn't what I want, so I slapped the trinity hex panel on the pro although it doesn't give me access to the “7” button.  The Naga Pro v2 built quality is on par with the Naga Hex V2, but the trinity isn't.PLEASE!! Either give us the Hex V2 back, or make a side panel for the Naga V2 PRO that resembles the one on the trinity. 

Hello community, It’s as the title says. I just got a viper v3 pro and am trying to connect to two different dongles. I couldn’t get a clear answer if this was even possible but I saw some threads say as long as you had two different dongles you could just not at the same time. Currently the v3 pro works flawlessly but the Deathadder does not. It pairs fine with the second dongle as can be seen in the picture  However razer synapse does not recognize the deathadder, regardless if the viper is on or off. Im hoping anyone has insight how to fix this or even if what Im trying to do is possible. I’d like to use two razer mice with the hyperspeed but it really is proving to be more difficult than Id hoped. Also to note all programs and firmware is up to date with the latest

When listening to music on YouTube with surround sound, it sometimes clicks. The drivers are the latest version.  How can I get rid of this?

I use the BS v3 w/ my windows11PC and the audio is too low. No gaming, just streaming TV, watching streamers and listening to music. I have everything maxed out but they are just aren’t cutting it. What settings in windows or Razer should I change to make it louder. Thanks.

I have had the issue since the device was new whereby you fire it up for a Zoom or Teams call and you appear blurry. Initially, I used to think it was an issue with background blurring, but even with this turned off, it is blurry.The only way to “fit it” is to up plug it and reconnect. This often (but not always) works. However, a few hours later, it will be blurry again.I have updated the software and have had this problem since Synapse 2! Any suggestions beyond ditching it entirely?
