Hey! I lost the wireless dongle for my Razer Viper V3 Pro and I’m trying to get a replacement.I understand that the Viper V3 Pro requires its specific dedicated dongle and that the regular HyperPolling Wireless Dongle isn’t compatible.Could you please check if a replacement Viper V3 Pro dongle is available for purchase? I can provide my mouse’s serial number,, and any other information you need.Thank you!
Will the Iskur V2 X chair covers fit the new V2 Newgen ? ( not the V2 X Newgen).Or should I wait for the proper cover?
I’m so close to buying a tartarus, but I see it’s over 5 years old and missing a few features that should be standard that would make this perfect for serious gamers, casual gamers, and for productivity. Here are some things that would make this keypad king of all keypads:Wireless capabilites - Bluetooth, 2.4 ghz with 1000 polling rate, and detachable usb c cable Swappable key switches with their razor key switches or allow HE key switches. This would allow adjustments to the actuation point to be .1mm where as right now it’s 1.5 with optical switches Onboard memory to saves macros and button mapping Mac support for productivity Multiple device support Analog joystick or at least make it modular similar to what’s on the V2/proIf other people feel tha same, please add a comment or like the post to try to make this happen.
Hello Razer Team,I’ll be direct: this isn't your typical customer support ticket. My birthday is coming up very soon, and instead of asking for random gifts, I decided to reach out to the brand that actually shaped my whole gaming childhood. You see, Razer was the very first gaming brand I ever touched. About 6–8 years ago, my journey started with a pair of legendary Razer Kraken headphones and a cool, fully-branded Razer mouse mat. Later, I upgraded to what I still consider a masterpiece — the Razer DeathAdder Elite / V2. I was absolutely in love with that mouse. Now, after a break, I am standing at a new starting point. I want to seriously dive back into gaming as a beginner, and I want to start this new chapter with the company that started it all for me.I want to run a little experiment and see how a beginner grows with the right gear. I’m looking to put any Razer mouse (even a budget one, an older model, or a refurbished unit gathering dust in your warehouse) through a passionate ga
I've been thinking about what makes a gaming website enjoyable to use. Besides a good design, I value active community discussions, useful updates, and easy navigation. What features do you think are essential for a great gaming website, and what keeps you coming back?

Hello, last time i encountered that issue i created a new account which let me start the software, good enough for me, i recreated my macros, job done .This time, no luck with the same method, i do not care about anything online, all i would like is to be able to access the configuration page for my tartarus, why it needs to be connected to the internet for that is something i just cannot grasp, anyway …i already uninstalled and reinstalled, opened my firewall (never needed to do that), all those operations didn’t help. All of this is happening on an Intel mac running Ventura 13.7.8thx in advance
This isn’t a criticism of your brand or work, but rather the generic shape all controllers have. It’s poorly designed, at least for my smallish hands. I have paddles on the back, so the only way to hold the razer and have as many fingers on buttons as possible without removing the thumbs from the sticks is such that there’s literally only an very, very narrow range of holding that just barely (doesn’t really) works. My pinky is too short to comfortably reach the lower paddles. The general shape of the controller is vague, is it to be held this way or the way most grab it, though most also remove their thumbs from the sticks to hit A, B, X and Y? I absolutely hate how gaming hasn’t innovated controllers beyond some refinements and paddles, the fact that KnM (keyboard & mouse) is used at all is ridiculous. Imagine having to aim a real gun with something as wonky as a stick or mouse? It’s asinine. How has the entire gaming development community failed to created something that feels
My question is mostly aimed at users who have experience with the Naga Pro, Naga V2 Pro, and the V3.The 12 button side panel on my V3 is mushy compared to the clickier feeling of the previous versions. The V3 pros side buttons (especially the bottom two rows) feel like they barely make that same loud click noise when pressed. They feel like they’re also much looser than previous models as well. Is this just my mouse and I got unlucky, or are others having this same experience?
I’m on my second pair of this headset. Primary use is Xbox series x with some pc use. At the store both sets worked fine when I tried them. Get home, set them up on my Xbox, razer app, synapse on pc, updates, and upon initial power on, sound is super tinny, far away, and awful UNTIL I tap the EQ button then I gain full sound back. This happens EVERY power on. Razer support couldn’t help, the demos at the store didn’t experience this either. The issue is very clearly software related. The only thing Razer support wanted to worry about was pc. I bought them as they are the only Xbox compatible set Razer makes that’s wireless. For $250 this issue is unacceptable and it should load full volume on power on without me needing to do a single thing. I’ve done 4 factory resets and that doesn’t fix it either. It’s clear this headset isn’t ready for market. otherwise the headset is comfy and sounds good. Battery life is great. But cannot recommend these whatsoever at this time.
Hi all Just bought a Razer Kishi V3 Pro XL, and have found that the passthrough charging does not work at all. Looked it up, found hundreds of people mentioning the same issue across many models of Razer mobile controllers. I can disconnect the controller from the tablet, plug the USB cable into the controller, and then plug the tablet back into the controller and it will work. But this is NOT passthrough charging and not a practical solution. Also, as soon as you disconnect the cable you’d have to repeat the process every time. I’ve tried various cables and chargers of various power, I’ve downloaded the Razer Kishi app today and that does nothing to fix it. The passthrough charging was one of the key features I wanted in my upgrade over a controller from another brand. So it’s very important to me. It’s a listed feature, it should work. I’m about to send this back for a refund but thought I’d post here first before I do. Not sure there is a solution because so many people are reportin
hey, my son wants the https://www.monitor-picker.com/en/monitors/razer-raptor-27-270-2560-x-1440-144-hz-monitor for his ps5. Would you recommend this model or another model, because I have no glue about tech
Made the mistake of buying a razer huntsman keyboard which by itself, is a good keyboard. But the software for that keyboard is so unbelievably bad and buggy the first week I got it, it would randomly hit escape without me ever touching it mid game constantly. I looked up everything to fix it, from unbinding escape and binding it back, reinstalling, and everything under the sun. Then randomly yesterday, my keyboard wouldn’t read any of the inputs I was doing at all. THE KEYBOARD RANDOMLY PUT ITSELF BACK INTO DEMO MODE. I then had to figure out how to get it out of demo mode, and then immediately just got rid of the razer software and no it’s no longer randomly hitting the escape button anymore. So now, the keyboard finally works normally but I cannot use the lighting effects because I need the software downloaded, and I can’t use the other features that you can do with the keyboard. You have one of the worse software for keyboards I’ve ever seen, the amount of stuff that runs in the ba
Hi, as should be clear from the title: post your invite codes here. Mine is cca2c4a832b1, feel free to use that, but please reply with yours as well, I do need one too. Thanks and good luck!
Has anyone successfully rebound these buttons to something else and not had them change back to defaults when changing profiles?Synapse still says that they have been bound to new keyboard inputs but still do the default inputs. Both profiles have been changed and there is no profile that has them set to defaults. If they are set and the profile does not change they work to the new bound key but a profile change removes the new bind, only these two buttons affectedHas anyone else noticed this or found a work around?
Started getting the “your computer has run into a problem” last year and kinda given up trying to find a solution, some posts are suggesting it is either a failing ssd or memory, gave up trying to find a software solution after trying EVERYTHING and re pasting cpu etc. been playing around with the idea of putting a Linux distro on it just purely out of interest just after some personal experiences and recommendation on a 2022 R9 6900x 3080ti model what distro would u guys recommend
My headset beeps randomly while doing anything, the audio the audio is gone for a couple of seconds, then it’s back lower. So i would have to restart the headphones for it to work again, i have had it for around 2 weeks only, anyone encounters the same issue? and what do i have to do, please help

Hey guys,So, this is driving me nuts. I’m using my Basilisk V3 Pro on the Firefly V2 Pro, and there’s this weird grinding/rattling noise coming from the Slider Switch area every time I move the mouse. It’s not a click, it’s more like plastic rubbing or a tiny loose part vibrating when I glide it from A to B. From Master GuideHere’s the setup:Mouse: Razer Basilisk V3 Pro (RZ01-04620) Pad: Razer Firefly V2 Pro (RZ02-0492)I used to run the Basilisk V3 26K on the exact same pad, and it was dead silent. Zero issues. So I’m pretty sure it’s not the pad itself, but something specific to the V3 Pro’s build or how these two interact.Already done the basics:Cleaned the pad and wiped the mouse down with a dry cloth. Checked the skates — they’re clean and smooth. Updated firmware for both the mouse and the pad in Synapse to the latest version. If it’s a hardware thing, I’d rather RMA it now. If there’s a fix (like tightening something, changing grip pressure, or even swapping the side panels), hit
The touchpad on this controller works like a mouse and a mouse button, how do I reassign the touchpad to a PC? Also, the controller is defined as an xbox, not as a ps controller, if you switch the mode to ps, then the controller in the prototype is not defined in games.
I need to to function keys to be primaly function keys not multimedia keys. i cant install synapse on work pc, how can i switch to f1-f12 for good? fn+ escape doesnt help
I've had a Razer Viper Ultimate since 2020 and today the wireless dongle died. I'm looking to get a replacement but not sure what to get. I can get the following (Canadian Dollars):Razer Viper V2 Pro = $89Razer Viper V3 Pro = $171Razer Viper V3 Pro SE = $179Razer Viper V4 Pro = $229I don't think I need 8k polling so I was kind of thinking getting just the V2 for the good price or the V3 Pro.Any thoughts?
Can someone please recommend a good mouse? I am tired of picking up the mouse three or four times to get my cursor across the screen.
After Reading past forums i see that this this a common issue. i want to be able to use the software and turning it off simply will not do for me. has anyone found a solid solution?
