Hi thereI have searched alot but i cannot seem to find firmware for my left handed naga, not even a firmware updater.I have an issue where my mose stops moving for just under a second at random times, and its annoying in games. its POSSIBLE that this is only the case while having synapse open so that might be the issue. but in any case can you please provide me with new firmware as I bought the mouse a few years ago and never done a firmware update.Thank you kindly

Hi, I was given this keyboard today (it seems to be second-hand). The problem is that the W key worked fine, but after a while it started malfunctioning. It doesn't respond every now and then, and I have to press a little harder for it to register. Even when I hold it down, it suddenly stops responding. I've tried everything: updating drivers, cleaning the keyboard, unplugging and plugging it back in, and even restarting it, but the problem persists. I read here that the switch is probably damaged, but how do I repair or replace it? Or should I just throw it away? 

Just as the title says. I made a YouTube video showing what is going on and seeing that Synapse is NOT saving the adjustments you make. As mentioned in the video, even pressing FN + Tab to adjust on the fly will still default to 1.2mm instead of whatever adjustment you made. Looking around online, I’ve seen a few posts on Reddit and on here discussing the issue, but there has yet to be a fix for it? The only thing that is being recommended is to reinstall Razer. Before a mod comments suggesting what to do, here is what I’ve already done: Reinstall Synapse Reinstall Synapse following Razer Guide Using Drive Clean Up Provided by Razer Resetting the device via the “?” in Synapse  Using guest mode on Synapse Using an account on Synapse Tested on Windows 10/11  Tested on 2 other desktops and my laptop Reformated my computer  Tried my brother’s Huntsman V3 Pro on my setup Trie

Hi folks,I want to make it so one of the side buttons is used to return "1" when I first press the button, then "2" when I press it a second time, "3" when pressed a third time, etc (ie cycling through potions 1-4 in an arpg for example).I was hoping the "Cycle" functionality would help me do this, but it's always greyed out (ie even when I have keystrokes in the macro) - see below. I can't update the firmware of my RZ01-0523, but it's pretty new (6 months) so I doubt that's the problem.Any help greatly appreciated, thank you!  

Hello,I am using a Razer Huntsman V3 Pro 8K keyboard and I would like to report a possible issue with the CapsLock key actuation.In Razer Synapse, I have set all keys to an actuation point of 0.1mm.Most keys respond correctly at 0.1mm.However, the CapsLock key behaves differently: In Synapse, CapsLock is also set to 0.1mm In actual use, the key only registers input at around ~2.0mm This behavior persists even after rebooting, changing profiles, and saving to onboard memory Because of this, there is a mismatch between the UI setting and the actual behavior.I would like to ask: Is the CapsLock key intentionally limited by firmware design? Or is this a known issue (bug) with Synapse or the keyboard firmware? Is there any fix or firmware update planned for this issue? Additionally, I would like to respectfully request t

I have lost all but one of the joysticks , including the tube that attaches to the joystick, do my wolverine v3 pro controller for Xbox, and can’t find any replacements anywhere please help

Does the Razer Hammerhead v3 support 24-bit 96kHz 2.0HD?

I bought a Black Shark v2 Pro (ps5) today. I bought it to alternate between PC and PS5, but synapses won't recognize it when connected to PC. I tried to download and install the latest version of firmware 2023, but the first step, dongle recognition, doesn't work. Does device recognition and device setup work only on PS5? Doesn't it work on PC? 2023 and PS5 for completely different uses? I've tried installing both new and past synapses. There's not enough guidance. Hi, I was looking to buy a BlackShark V3 to have audio from my ps5 and my MacBook at the same time.I see that there is a Ps5 version and a PC version. Do both work with the other platform or are they exclusive to one platform?Would it work to connect let’s say the ps5 with 2.4ghz and mac with Bluetooth and have audio from both at the same time?Which version best to buy, if any?

Im writing this to the community and Razer staff because I am being ignored by official support regarding a severe electrical failure in my headset.I am reporting a severe hardware failure in my headset that has escalated into a documented safety hazard.Technical Details of the failure: Burning smell: There is a persistent smell of burnt plastic emanating directly from the USB-C charging port. My Razer Viper V3 Pro takes several days to charge and runs out of battery very quickly, while my previous Razer Viper V2 Pro took about an hour to charge and lasted for a week.

I let’s recharge my headset over 4 hours (turned off) after the headset is low. After i turned on, it’s yell there low battery without explaination. I got green blinking after the charge and they still said battery low. What’s the heck is this kind of firmware?! Razer can you fix the firmware issue?! It’s become a problem over charging system or provide a new solution for our issue?!

First my brand new BlackWidow V4 couldn’t handle 3 profiles and me switching them manually. It kept resetting.Then couple days ago it just turned off for 1-2 minutes for no reason couple times. Reconnecting usb did not help only waiting. Then it went black completely. I did hard reset by holding Spacebar+CapsLock+Esc before plugging in. It worked for a while. Today after turning on PC it kept resetting non stop. I reinstalled synapse, drivers, checked on other PC, reinstalled newest firmware. Keyboard works if there is no synapse running and keeps restarting when synapse is on. So my question is: Which mechanical keyboard with macro keys and fully programmable buttons should I get once I get a refund for this junk.

Why is it they've forced this app on you but have so many issues, running a V3 pro and a Huntsman V3 pro mini, every time I launch my PC regardless if I've opened Synapse or not and I have tried both with start up and non start up it forces my PC to make my keyboard obsolete because it thinks its a controller, even after disabling in device manager game controller and the 360 controller drivers it still proceeds to not detect it as a keyboard, every time I launch the piece of crap app it immediately blurs all text on the screen for no apparent reason, despite all scaling and resolutions being fine and tuned to try and get the text to be readable, snap tap just decided it doesn't want to register anymore because my PC thinks its a controller constantly, absolute bloatware that has improved nothing but made everything worse and the worst part is once you've moved from 3 to 4 there's no going back.

Hi everyone!I really like my Razer BlackShark V3 Pro headset but I have a few issues sadly that I can not fix. - When there is no audio playing for a few minutes, the audio then played in ‘faded-in’. This is very annoying it basically mutes shot notification and short voice chat moments. I can't find to turn this off anywhere.- The headset stops audio all together sometimes, it still shows in Windows and is playing but no sound. Reconnecting the dongle or powering the headset on and off again fixes this. - Synapse tells me to update the firmware yet I already upgraded to the version that is listed on the website from August 1st 2025. 

I am looking to buy my next headphones, and I am a bit lost.I am a ps5 gamer, had the razer thresher 7.1 since the ps4 and it lasted me 8 years, broke 2 days ago. These were exceptional.I tried the HyperX cloud III, but it really didn’t work out for me. And after some intensive research, I was thinking about getting the razer blackshark v2 pro (2023), to get this feel I am missing and even more.I’ve read many mixed reviews online so idk.What I need is smthg that will give me a perfect audio and a clean surround sound (7.1 thresher sound) for an immersive experience with solo gaming, and a good enough mic to play with friends.Any opinion ? And I’m open to suggestions

Hello. I'm trying out the BlackShark V3 Pro headset currently, but I'm having some discomfort on the ears. I think the depth of the earpads is not enough, allowing the cushioned driver stuff to touch the ear causing discomfort.Do you recommend picking up some slightly thicker and wider aftermarket earpads, or just going with a different headset all together?I'm pretty happy with this headset otherwise. It seems to be an upgrade over my HyperX Cloud II on which the microphone finally fully died. Battery life seems good, modes are cool, ANC is cool (although I can hear faint heartbeat, it does kill tons of fan noise which is a huge win), wireless is great.My only complaints are the above comfort issue, and the THX stuff is basically unusable. Also, there are some annoying Plex issues where the PC thinks it's a 5.1 system, so you won't hear sound unless you are using THX but the THX sounds worse than stereo.What would you do?

Hi, I lost the USB connector for my Razer Nari Essential headset and now I can't connect it to my PC. How can I get a replacement USB connector or something so I can use it?

I picked up a BlackWidow V4 Pro Full Size about a month or two ago. About 2 weeks ago, my left shit key stopped working fully and now only works every 1 out of 4 presses or so and even when it does work, it will stop working about 50% of the time. Nothing has been spilt on it and I have removed the key to see if something was stuck under it but I didn't see anything. I also have an issue with certain keys activating twice with one click like my N and my S key, but that's not as much of an issue as the shift issue.Does anyone know how to either fix it or am I going to have to sadly replace my keyboard as I use my left shift key all the time?

After seeing some people travelling with some headsets and deciding that I want to do something like it but only pack one audio device I find myself in need of assistance.What I want:Audio headset for computer. I need a mic so it can be used as a fully functional computer headset.  Music will be streamed to listen to as I work. Audio headset for phone. Also need a mic so I can use it as a handsfree device because not all conversations should be put on speaker.  Music and movies will also be streamed to listen to as I travel/work.Can I have one headset/headphones that will allow me to do both?How hard will it be to switch from computer audio to phone audio? Will the other person on the phone be able to hear me without me having to shout? (my other wireless earbuds do not pickup my voice for some reason.)
