Hello! Recently, I bought the Razer Blackshark V2 X but I have problem with the product where the item is already registered, but not under my Razer ID, which means I can't get the activation code via my email to activate the 7.1 surround sound features. I looked around in the Razer community for a fix. How do I fix this problem? Please help
Like the title says, I have the Razer Synapse app for Mac OS but it says “No device found” despite my Huntsman Mini being plugged in, which i believe is on the list of supported devices. Anything I can do to troubleshoot?
I bought the v2 pro from a retailer (noon) and i tried everything (repair/uninstall/modify) i sent a ticket to the support but i wanted to open a discussion since i found more phishy details. First of all the output device name was USB1.0 not Razer blackshark v2 pro as listed in the manual. The box was damaged a lil bit but it was sealed and looks like the seal wasn’t opened before. The sound is really flat and lacks details, I dont if thats the v2 pro sound or just mine.also in mic tests in yt i found the mic to be really clear unlike what i got which sound muffled.Sorry for the long details but am really desperate for help. Edit: Forgot to mention that I registered the product using the serial number and product number and I didn’t have any issues with that. Also what is Razer warranty policy for a situation like this. Is it normal for the Naga pro wireless mouse wheel to break in a year? I stuck with it as it wasn't so bad but now it's been 2 years and it's completely unusable. Ready to change mice at this point whole scrolling down it always jumps up randomly so annoying.Is this common with all Razer mice to have such a poor scroll wheel? Need a new mouse don't know if I will consider Razer again if this Is very common

Recently bought the razer kraken x audio works well but the microphone is really soft and quiet everything is properly plugged in and the microphone’s input is at 100 anyone know how to fix this?

Hi I have a question about the Viper V3Hyperspeed.I’ve bought this mouse for myself for christmas but last week I’ve lost the dongle to connect it to my pc and this mousde doesnt have bluetooth. So I was thinking can I buy a new dongle for this mouse and connect it to my mouse even if i dont have the original one ?And if I can how can i do it because i saw that you have to connect the new dongle first but after you have to connect the mouse but i dont have anything to connect it to my pc.I live in France If someone can help my please HELPPPP !!!!

All the keys are repeating sporadically when I type. Sometimes it has no response when depressed, such as the arrow keys or punctuation keys. I have to spend a lot of time checkingg the spelling and missing letters.If there is any typo here it is because I gogt fed uup on correction.
So I've bought my Razer Viper Ultimate Cyberpunk Edition last 2021. It shows that it is a Cyberpunk edition on my Razer Synapse app. But then one day, my mouse got low battery as in 0%. But as I charged it, the next time I saw it on my Razer Synapse, its just a regular Black Viper Ultimate. It automatically created a new RGB profile for the black version (Synapse says that my Cyberpunk edition isn't Online) as if I'm using a different mouse. Its been 2years and I cant seem to hold my OCD 🤐 Please send help.
