I were given these headphones as a gift they lasted me only one round of siege, working perfectly fine but then when I realized the Xbox output volume was turned to the max and I still wanted more cue sound I tried to adjust the wheel thing on the right side of the headset with the + and - icon I pushed it up and then I realized it’s infinite for some weird reason then my audio just stopped working completely and every time I would turn the wheel I hear a beep and it does nothing. To summarize, I got the headphones audio was working then randomly stopped working (the mic works just fine I tested myself, and this is for Xbox windows works fine as of my knowledge) things I’ve tried: restart Xbox, power off headset unplug dongle thing for 30sec plug back in, fix from Xbox accessories, fix from razer headphones Xbox app, charging the actual headset, adjusting volume constantly

I bought a Blackshark V2 X second hand and the product is already registered. Is there any way to get another code by purchasing it separately?

I've lost my mic and am looking for a replacement I tried the lux one from Amazon but it barely registers my voice and am looking for an original mic not a 3rd party replacement any help would be appreciated

I bought a Black Shark v2 Pro (ps5) today. I bought it to alternate between PC and PS5, but synapses won't recognize it when connected to PC. I tried to download and install the latest version of firmware 2023, but the first step, dongle recognition, doesn't work. Does device recognition and device setup work only on PS5? Doesn't it work on PC? 2023 and PS5 for completely different uses? I've tried installing both new and past synapses. There's not enough guidance. Hi everyone,I'm writing this to share my extremely disappointing experience with a Razer BlackShark V3 Wireless. After a one 1 month of use, the headset developed a clear manufacturing defect. Im writing this to the community and Razer staff because I am being ignored by official support regarding a severe electrical failure in my headset.I am reporting a severe hardware failure in my headset that has escalated into a documented safety hazard.Technical Details of the failure: Burning smell: There is a persistent smell of burnt plastic emanating directly from the USB-C charging port. After seeing some people travelling with some headsets and deciding that I want to do something like it but only pack one audio device I find myself in need of assistance.What I want:Audio headset for computer. I need a mic so it can be used as a fully functional computer headset.  Music will be streamed to listen to as I work. Audio headset for phone. Also need a mic so I can use it as a handsfree device because not all conversations should be put on speaker.  Music and movies will also be streamed to listen to as I travel/work.Can I have one headset/headphones that will allow me to do both?How hard will it be to switch from computer audio to phone audio? Will the other person on the phone be able to hear me without me having to shout? (my other wireless earbuds do not pickup my voice for some reason.) 

You can post pics of your headphones if you want.I personally have a pair of Meze elites as my main headphones. but the morays or Kraken V4 pros have to be my favorite out of Razer's offerings.Also with speakers, Focal Thevas are what i use but not for gaming.

I bought a headset from the Local humane society thrift store. The Box had the paperwork as well as the grey bag with the headset inside. I do not have a valid receipt due to buying it second hand. Am I just forever locked out of using the 7.1 surround? Please help.

Hi @all, For over half a year now I have had a honestly very painful audio bug that completely destroyed my PC experience. The audio spiked to insanly high dB without raising the bars in the volume mixer when starting any new activity (YT, Spotify, Games etc.) and then returned to normal values after 1-2 seconds. I have read through the threads in the forum regarding the audio spiking and did not find any solution. Nevertheless, I did not give up since I like THX Spatial and as the Razer support team suggested, disabling all the sound enhancements was not an option (but it also worked). I played around with the audio settings in Win11 and noticed that I must have changed things whilst deactivating all the audio devices I am not using anyways.So, in a nutshell, → Win+R → mmsys.cpl → right click on the headset → properties → Surround Sound → make sure it is not set to “deactivate” but is on Windows Sonic (I must have deactivated it in my wish to get rid of everything that may interfere w

Hello dudes!After updating the synapse, the headphones stopped displaying in the app and THX stopped working. It was decided to reset the headphones to factory settings and reinstall the synapse. After that, the headphones stopped turning on at all. When the power button is pressed, the LED lights up for a second and then turns off. The headphones work on 3.5, but they are quite quiet. Updating the firmware does not help, as the headphones do not turn on. Are there any ways to solve this issue? Is there a way to install the firmware using a USB cable? 

Hi my white razer blackshark v2 pro mic has stopped working and I cant find any official replacements for it on the Razer store. Is there anyway to get a replacement part for it?

I lost my dongle after I moved and I can’t seem to find one online. Razer support sent me an email saying that they are not able to process any replacement request. I need to buy one but no one online has the one that is compatible with my headset! Please help!!!

Basically I ordered this new Headset and it came today. I connected it via bluetooth and played Metro Exodus but the sound was really bad and i heard noise and it was really unrealistic and bad quality. I tried it with other games or by watching youtube and it was not better. Can someone tell me what the issue here is?

I’ve bought the blackshark v2 x and the microphone worked for like a day after trying so hard to get it to get my voice but it would only hear a buzz noise and not my voice. Also i didn’t receive any 7.1 code activation which i think its like a joke. The audio also i think it got worse but i cant say since only for 3 hours my mic and audio had no problems so i cant tell...

i have had my blackshark v2 pro for some time now, and suddenly today no sound came out, and the headset just stuck on the green light. i cant turn it on or off and im pretty sure it is connected to the dongle. i have tried charging the headset but its still not working. The headset works when i use a wired connection.

Hello everyone ! Razer just sold a lot of V2 pro with R6S but we don’t have any good EQ setting. Do u have good settings on it ? Or Razer can directly help us !

Hello everyone,I am currently using the Razer Synapse 4 Beta, and my computer is connected to both a soundbar and a BlackShark V2 Pro headset. However, every time I start my computer, it automatically switches the output to the BlackShark V2 Pro. This is quite confusing to me.Has anyone else encountered a similar issue? Or does anyone know a solution to have my computer default to the soundbar upon startup instead of automatically switching to the headset? Thanks for your help!

The pairing utility listed on the Blackshark V2 Hypespeed’s page no longer works !!! After a lot of digging (un-necessary IMO) I realized ya’ll have an udpated pairing utility for the headset that was not mentioned on the page for the headset ... please update & keep the page updated i have no idea why the dongle and headset lose their pairing and i need to re pair them if i use bluetooth for too long but this runaround was nuts when i was trying to hop on a game session with my friends!!You put the pairing utility on the bottom of https://mysupport.razer.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/5994/kw/headset%20pairing but not on the individual product support pages which is what i was led to click. eg. Downloads on https://mysupport.razer.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/13436
