Hi, my razer barracuda started turning off suddenly while using it and it bothers me a lot coz I’ve been only using this for months. Already tried other solutions but the issue still persist. It cuts off power while I’m gaming tho I’m not low in battery also I’ve been using it via USB dongle. ff: I tried to update it to its latest firmware but only the dongle has been updated and I have issue updating the headset itself. 

Hi all,I just bought a “Razer BlackShark V2 Pro Wireless Gaming Headset 2023 Edition” and I am facing a challenge while trying to switch between two different sources.According to the documentation, switching between audio sources is just a double press on the EQ button which should alternate between each source automatically What I am seeing however is that when a Bluetooth source is connected, the switch button simply does not do anything unless I forcibly disable Bluetooth from my device first.I do not understand why this is happening because the manual does not make any references to this, and it is quite annoying. Steps to reproduce :Configure the headset with two sourcesDevice 1 : Windows 10 using the wireless dongleDevice 2 : A device with Bluetooth (in my case, a MacBook Pro) Set Bluetooth as the active source Try to switch the source back to use the dongleExpected: As per the manual, it switches back and forth every time that the “EQ” button is double pressedActual : No matter

Hello, I recently bought some Razer Kraken X Essential headphones. My problem is that they didn't come with a code to activate the 7.1 surround sound. I saw that they were supposed to include a scratch-off card, but the card doesn't have anything to scratch off. Where the code should be, there's only a QR code that redirects me to the Razer website. I would appreciate it if you could help me by providing an activation code or something similar. My seller isn't responding either, so I can't resolve my issue through them.

Hi there,A few years back I bought the Razer Barracuda X (on of the worst purchases of my life). The same year the dongle broke, twice. Once it just stopped working while nothing happened, the other time I dropped it myself. The first time I got a replacement of the whole headset. The second time, because it was my own fault, I was not able to get a replacement. Which I totally understand. The problem was, that I also wasn’t able the buy a replacement dongle, since they already had a newer version of the headset and did not make the old version anymore. Note that this was only a few months to maybe one year after the first version was released. This newer version (2022) also had bluetooth as an option.Anyways, after using the headset wired for the last few years I wonderd if it would be possible to use the headset wireless again using another way. I have seen second market dongles on sites like aliexpress (It’s a shame chinese companies are able to make these and razer can’t make them

Hello,I have a problem with my Razer Barracuda X Chroma headset.The headset suddenly stopped connecting through the HyperSpeed wireless dongle. Bluetooth mode still works normally, but when I try to use the dongle, the headset only says “pairing” and never connects.I already tried:- reconnecting the dongle- restarting the headset- removing Bluetooth devices- using different USB ports- using the pairing utility / firmware updater- restarting my laptop- connecting the headset via USB cable during the pairing processThe updater detects the dongle, but it does not recognize or pair the headset.Could you please help me fix this issue?Thank you.

I’ve been using my Kraken V4 and one day it suddenly broke. I need to replace the slider, as i have already received a replacement part.

Hello.I recently got a pair of Razer Barracuda X (2022) headset and had trouble with the dongle connection. It kept disconnecting and not wanting to connect back unless i unplugged and plugged the dongle a few times and turned the headset off and on a few times. Thought it was a problem with just my pair as the reviews for the headset were good so i returned them and got another pair. This one has almost the same issues. Not as bad tho. For example when i play PUBG, the sound randomly gets completly cut off and i can’t hear anything and it doesn’t come back unless i unplug and plug the dongle back and restart the headset. This takes about 20-30 sec which are crucial for not dying in the game. I tried almost every fix i could find online. I even disabled all other sound output devices. I had the 2021 version before and they worked perfectly, but i decided to get the 2022 version cause they had bluetooth. Never expected the dongle connection would have so many issues. Or maybe i need to

My Razer Kraken Kitty Edition headphones keep disconnecting and reconnecting constantly for a long time, until yesterday the thing that helped me to avoid that was launching synapse and let the device properly connect. Unfortunately since yesterday that procedure stopped working and the device again keeps disconnecting even if I launch the synapse. The USB is perfectly fine and I don’t think that might be a problem. What should I do? Because now the headset makes my gaming experience awful and is unusable.

My BlackShark V3 was working fine, but after the latest firmware update the THX Spatial Audio started stuttering for 1–2 seconds whenever I entered games, then it would work normally afterward. I decided to uninstall THX from the Control Panel and reinstall it, but now THX doesn’t work at all anymore (the one from Razer Synapse). That driver can’t be installed anymore. I found it in Device Manager, but I couldn’t do anything to repair it.What can I do? Do you think it will fix itself with the next firmware or Synapse update?

Needing to purchase a new microphone. I tried buying one on Amazon they do not mate correctly. So, needing an OEM replacement or two. 

So I did the most recent firmware update for the blackshark v3, and after it was finished my audio on  pc stopped working. I’ve restarted my computer, and unplugged it and it still doesn’t work. Ive ran a test on the headphones and it says theres audio but I cannot hear it and it only works wired. I dont know whats wrong with the dongle or how to fix it, it says im connected and the light is on but i still cannot hear. if anyone knows how to fix this,  it would be appreciated

Hello Everyone, maybe someone can help me. I have the Razer Leviathan V2 X Soundbar and it works great, but it just isnt loud enough. Ive turned every audio controller to 100% but it is still very quiet. If i use Bluetooth with my phone its great and works just fine but if i use it on my pc its just not loud enough

I tried everything, such as deleting the synapse and reinstalling it again, i reinstalled the headsets software too but it still shuts down after 5-10m. it shows a green light then lets out a beep sound then it turns off (the dongle) i have no idea how to fix this, does anyone had the same issue before?

Is it possible to use the Razer BlackShark V2 Pro (2023) | RZ04-0453 with the newer USB C Adapter instead of the original USB A one?

I've had mic issues with my BlackShark V2 X due to what looks like a Realtek driver conflict. The solution? USB-A DAC. It fixes the voice pickup issues completely. If you're having the same problem, this is definitely worth the small investment. Just wanted to share in case it helps! :)

I can not get game and chat mix to work with the blackshark pro v3 specifically the issue occurs when I run any game my discord output cuts. my mic will work and people can hear me, but I can not hear them. the chat works great with discord and my output from my mic is great. but I can not get the THX experience with discord.  I have looked through all support chats and really nothing is sufficiently answered.  How can I get Discord output to continue while running game as the default output

Hello guys, today I come to you with a heavy heart asking for anything that could help me find a way to get a dongle for my headset.Back in January, my best friend bought these headsets for me since mine were already wasted and I’ve been hyping about how cool the Barracuda X White Phantom look like.I use them every time I had the chance, I really love them.But today, I noticed I lost my dongle and then realized it probably fell when I was rushing to get the bus to get to the office, I tried going back and look everywhere but had no luck.I gave up and tried to find a way to buy it, but it seems like Razer do not sell them, I even tried with 3rd party vendors because I am desperate since I can’t use the Bluetooth connection on my PC.I appreciate any kind of help, thanks a lot and have a nice day :’)

When I start up my PC, turn on my headset, ALL audio sounds like it is at max possible volume. The only thing that works is unplugging and replugging the dongle. That completely resets it and it goes back to normal. I figured it was in need of a driver update, but there is nothing. Don’t know what else to do now about it.  

Does anyone knows if i plug in a new razer headset in a usb soundcard that i got with my current headset (kraken tournament edition) it can handle it, bc i want to buy new a new headset. 

I were given these headphones as a gift they lasted me only one round of siege, working perfectly fine but then when I realized the Xbox output volume was turned to the max and I still wanted more cue sound I tried to adjust the wheel thing on the right side of the headset with the + and - icon I pushed it up and then I realized it’s infinite for some weird reason then my audio just stopped working completely and every time I would turn the wheel I hear a beep and it does nothing. To summarize, I got the headphones audio was working then randomly stopped working (the mic works just fine I tested myself, and this is for Xbox windows works fine as of my knowledge) things I’ve tried: restart Xbox, power off headset unplug dongle thing for 30sec plug back in, fix from Xbox accessories, fix from razer headphones Xbox app, charging the actual headset, adjusting volume constantly

I bought a Blackshark V2 X second hand and the product is already registered. Is there any way to get another code by purchasing it separately?

I've lost my mic and am looking for a replacement I tried the lux one from Amazon but it barely registers my voice and am looking for an original mic not a 3rd party replacement any help would be appreciated
