Hello. I just update my Razer Synapse program and now dissapared THX from sound devices. I already reinstalled but its noi showing up. Before update i had a thx now i dnt even have sound. What problems? How i can fix this? My headphones is supporting THX because i even have THX controller. 

after latest aupdate of Synapse, Syanpse audio is gone now i can see on Chat and Game device in audio panel.i am using razer kraken tournament edition.i am also noticing sound issue.

I did uptade razer synapse 3 but  dont working.Equlazier and THX spatial audio dont working .

I recently bought the Nari Ultimate headset and I and my teammates have been trying to figure out why I echo so much not we have adjusted everything and cannot figure it out does anyone have any tips to try or is this a known issue for this headset. Im on PS5

Hi everyone. I came here to ask knowledgeable people what I should do in my situation.For some reason my Kraken V3 Pro don’t want to work with Chroma Studio, but at the same time all the basic lighting effects and lighting in games that support Chroma (such as Apex, Fortnite, etc.) everything works great.What do you recommend doing? I already reinstalled the drivers and changed the USB port and did a clean reinstallation of the synapse and the firmware on the headphones is also fresh

Hi, Does anyone have any idea when the Razer wireless control pod will be available for sale as a stand-alone item? I bought the Razer Nommo V2 (not the pro version) and I regretted not having the control pod to switch between devices etc.

I have seen another user (exariv) say this as well. My headset will start to beep and every couple of hours after listening to the beep every 10 minutes, adds another beep. It will start to beep and I will continue to suffer through the beeps. I have gotten a full 14 hours after the beeping has started a few times, but most of the time I get 10+ hours of listening time after the beeping begins.

I previously purchased thx sound effects on the Asia Pacific official website in 2021. Everything worked fine after using it for a while, but today it shows that it cannot be used. I can’t find the purchase record when I check the razer ID. Is the RAZER Asia Pacific official website a fraud group?

I got recently a pair of the V2 pro 2023 additions because I was listening to videos and reading on Reddit that you can save custom EQ presets and microphone settings onto the headset to be used on PlayStation five when I’m using synapse, I can’t seem to find a way to save any of my custom presets. Hi there,In my search for a wireless headset with a good microphone I of course came across the Blackshark V2 Pro (2023) and the Blackshark V2 Hyperspeed. One of the features that I am looking for is simultaneous use of 2.4Ghz and Bluetooth, so that I can use it on my PC while being on a call via my phone.I understand that both headsets are not advertised to have this feature, rather they can switch between sources. However, I stumbled over this reddit thread on the Razer sub-reddit in which someone claims simultaneous 2.4Ghz+Bluetooth started working after installing the newest version of Synapse - albeit it’s a bit finicky they say.Can someone (maybe a Razer rep?) confirm that this is indeed the case? Is this intentional? Did a feature that is planned but not ready for release maybe slip into the new Synapse build? Are there any plans for this feature to be implemented officially?This would be a huge selling point for me, so if I can get any insight or

I have Razer BlackShark V2 (wired) headphones, on Windows 10 Pro.I’ve been using them for about a year now.I’ve been looking for headphones which would distinguish sounds which were on different levels than I (in buildings, dungeons, etc).  I was playing another game when I got them, and it *seemed* like they were distinguishing direction on sounds that were above or below me… sort of…Well, recently I’ve been playing Cyberpunk 2077, and I am often in buildings where it would *really* help if I could clearly determine if people that I’m hearing, are on the level where I am, or are above or below me… but if these headphones are doing that, it’s definitely subtle…[ Note: CP2077 has an audio setting for ‘3D Headphones’ for sound device, and I have that selected ]So this morning I upgraded the firmware on the headphones to V0011, via the Razer updater.  I then installed the current version of Razer Synapse.  It created a THX Spatial Audio devic

Hello, after connecting to my computer, I try to activate the gaming mode by clicking three times and holding the last click for two seconds, but the AirPods keep saying gaming mode, normal mode! And the gaming mode does not turn on. For emphasis, the device says gaming mode once and quickly after that it says normal mode, does anyone have such an experience and can anyone easily control their AirPods with the touch control?

Hello! I purchases the Razer Nommo pro left and right speakers about a year ago (just the speakers not the subwoofer). I am now interested in adding the subwoofer to my collection but I have only seen the subwoofer sold with the speakers. I don’t need to buy the speakers again, I just want the subwoofer. Is there any way to just purchase the subwoofer alone? Thank you!
