    Hey Insiders,

    We’re aware that some of you are facing issues with Razer Synapse and Cortex the past 24 hours. We are working on an immediate fix and will pushing an update soon. In the mean time if you are facing issues with Razer Synapse or Cortex please report your issues on the respective Razer Support channels so that the team can evaluate them further.

    It's already a double cap weekend. Besides, we should be happy that they fixed the issue before the weekend! Would hate to see what would have happened had this occurred on the double cap weekend :eek_:

    Last zSlver i get 03.01.2018.

    It would be great if you made up for the upgrade today.

    So I just installed Razer Surround on a fresh copy of windows 10 and now I'm stuck with an "Updating form Razer Synapse" message and I can no longer edit my surround settings. This happened after I installed a Windows 10 Update. Any suggestions?

    Why does everyone here wants compensation for 1 day of maintenance? Can't you just be thankful that they fixed the problems and that there is a double zSilver weekend at the moment?

    zSilver is for free already so what do you want compensation for?
    I'ts like asking your money back after watching a bad YouTube video..

    Honestly I thought it was just me that had the issue! lol I am happy to hear it wasn't just me and that it was being looked into so quickly! one day is nothing on lost Zsilver!

    Any words concerning the specific issue with Surround or Surround Pro in Synapse saying that all devices in the list are greyed out and are unsupported? I'm happy Synapse connectivity now works, but I mostly use it for Surround, and users have reported it too. I did multiple uninstall/reinstall in different order (Surround before Synapse, or backwards with restarts in between) but it just won't budge.
