The headphones are excellent, though I wish they were true wireless.But this is my second pair, and both pairs have broken the exact same way. The plastic on both ends of the headband cracks under the smallest pressures, and when this is a major stress point it’s completely illogical to have them made of such flimsy plastic.1st time:Took my headphones off my head and the damn thing shattered. Didn’t even notice a crack if one was forming.Second Time, same thing. Same exact point of weakness. I didn’t realize I had put on and take off these headphones with all the love and care that one would use navigating a minefield! What are my chances of getting a second attempt at a warranty replacement for this? And if at all possible, Razer, please reinforce this part next time. I’m not rough with me equipment at all. I’ve had the same razer mouse for over 8 years, and two keyboards, one of which is nearly 10 years old, but this headset has broken twice on me in the last year.
I just bought this headset today and when plugged in the headset works fine but as soon as i try to pair with dongle i get nothing. I was just going to return but i do like the quality of the headset so trying tech support first.
Hi everyone,I have a Razer Core X that I’ve been using for the past close to 3 years now. Last year around April 2023, I’ve been using an RTX 3090 with the Core X and it has been working wonderfully until life took over in Jan 2024 where I’ve stopped gaming for 4 months. I’ve recently switched it back on and it seems to power off automatically after 30 seconds or so every time. I hope it’s not my GPU dying although highly unlikely. A short video is here (no need to view it because it’s self explanatory). I also am quite frustrated because I couldnt find the product 15 digit alphanumerals because the box it came with has been disfigured by duct tapes as a result of traveling with the e-GPU. If anyone can also help me trying to figure out the product serials, that’d be great as well because the no. on the PSU doesnt help.Appreciate any suggestions. I feel like I should just buy a 1000w PSU and hook it up externally without using the eGPU cover anymore but I’ll keep that as a last resort.
Hi I have a Razer BlackShark V2 THX spacial audio and I updated synapse 3 and I have no sound what so ever.I already did everything.I unistall and install again , update my drivers, check my sound settingsand even updated windows and everything is fine.I even install razer synapse BETA and I do have sound with that ( funny joke you guys have ) but just like everything from software department on Razer it doesn’t work very well. So someone is gonna help me fix this or how can I get a refund ???Never gonna recommend razer products to anyone
I got Razer Kishi Ultra one week ago, and found that the 3.5mm audio output has a weird issue which will output noisy electronic sound after long time (>20 minutes) of use. With the supports from the staff in Razer store, I tried 3 different units, different wired headphones, and the issue still occurred. I haven't test different phones, but since my other cheap USB-C controller, also with a 3.5mm audio output, doesn't have such issue, so I doubt it is caused by my phone. If you wonder how bad the audio could be when this issue happened, you can check this one minutes long video, which the first 30 seconds shows the normal audio output, and the rest 30 seconds shows the abnormal audio output (better turned down the audio volume cause its really uncomfortable to hear). Hope the employees from Razer notice this issue and start to investigate it. I have returned my Razer Kishi Ultra cause right now it's not working properly for me, but if one day Razer fixed this issue with new hardwa

I have had the razor headset for four months and I started noticing cracks and very light squeaking when I turned the headphone joints side to side. Today the right side had a little plastic fall off, dislodging the cord. is there a way to fix/replace/Get a refund?
