    Hello guys,

Since the very beginning I'm a big fan of razer product especially the Abyssus which is the best mouse ever made.

I was very happy that I could modify dpi with the bottom switch. But my old abyssus has now a defective right button. So I bought a new one.

I'm not happy anymore. The shape changed a little, but it's still a great mouse. What's borring me to the highst possible level of human boring is that I can't set the dpi on the mouse anymore.

So, I installed Windows to download the good old Razer utility to set the dpi in my mouse. But before doing so it ask me to create a account on the razer website. I don't want to create an account or install anything that is not strictly needed to simply change the dpi of my mouse.

So, Razer, please tell me how I can proceed (on windows and linux) without installing the "social" application.
