I am expecting a BlackWidow Chroma V2 to come in the mail in the next few days, and I saw that Razer offers a Metallic Keycap set. Would this fit the Chroma v2? And what is the benifit of using this with typing and gaming? If it is worth it, I'l use my silver to buy it. Right now, it is already easy for me to have my hands on my home keys (my hands natually go to QWER even when typing for school lol). And also, how come razer support does not advise pulling off keycaps, but they supply Keycap pullers in their store? I thought that was funny lol.

There is a good video on youtube by brainbean regarding the metal keycaps, you should check it out. As far as I know they work on any razer board with the cherry mx stem. From my understanding they look the best on the Blackwidow X versions because of the matching fonts but are louder then the regular keycaps when bottoming out.

Okay, thanks. I looked at it, and I decided that they might not be the best for me, just because of the noise that it makes. I already play alot at night, so my BlackWidow with greens already annoy my family lol.

Ya, the green switches are loud enough without the metal keycaps making them louder. Plus its sort of expensive for the amount of keycaps you get. I wanted to get them initially, but now I'm getting a set of the max keyboard translucent keycaps set. I'd rather have more color then sound for my keyboard plus its only slightly more expensive then the razer keycaps and you get a full set.
