Other than gaming. School and work takes up most of my time. Just keeping up with life.
weight lifting currently. gave up on car modding. but really, becoming a work-a-holic
When im not gaming, im actually still most of the time in front of the pc Mainly working with linux. currently building some home automation including small electronics. Had some raspberry's lying around.
Other than that i like cooking, watching scifi series and doing some cycling (racing but not in competitions)
You mean sleeping?
Watch movie and listen to music...
Running Man is the best!!!
i'm currently into diy crafts like building furniture and making things to help around the house. I recently made a desk for my computer build and it is so good. I am currently liking my setup right now. I would like to integrate stuff like the rasberry pi into my things to make them more productive
school takes up a lot of time but reading and (this is p lame) cross stitch during free time
editing videos and programming even tho i'm a student
My work takes up most of my time - AV Tech / Technical Director. Being a dad and husband takes up most of the rest. Music is a passion - have sung a cappella music professionally / semi-professionally most of my adult life, and I love picking up and learning new instruments. Same with languages, but they take a lot of time that I haven't really had since moving to Australia. I (used to) love being active; going to the gym; outdoorsy stuff, but I hurt my back some years ago and haven't been able to do much running/lifting/surfing. Did I mention a cappella music?
Anime. Been watching since 2006. I am considered a otaku actually.
Other than these, classes in uni takes up most of my time lol.
I'm really into Bouldering/Rock Climbing, as well as going for cycles and hikes. I'm an outdoorsy person when I'm not attached to my computer =P
Used to love to play guitar but its been a looong time since I touched one =/ should really pick myself up a new one.
I tend to binge watch shows after finishing a day of gaming.
I love reading books. Mostly Urban Fantasy.
I also enjoy going to the gym. Make no mistake I'm fat as a whale, but 2-3 times a week I go the gym and I love it. I'd do a nice warmup on the threadmill, and then I'll go around on all the fun muscle machines that I have no idea to name.
Other then that, if it's raining I'll jump out. Take a walk. Or just get soaked.
I basically finished Uni last year (had to do one more subject this year because in the first semester I panicked and only chose 3 instead of 4) and since I've been in that lovely stage where you realise you have to, you know, forge a career and be an "adult" etc. What ended up happening however is pretty cool!
I was doing a degree in Games Design and at the end of last year, around this time, our uni paid to have us exhibit our Final Year Projects at PAX AU. I worked predominantly on the Audio and Soundtrack and throughout the year I'd contributed a piece of music to every game there except two. One of them ended up forming a company this year and they've hired me as a contractor to do the audio work for them. (http://puttypals.com/)
My tutor also has been working on a game and he hired me to create synth sounds and effects for his game which is now on Greenlight. (https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=779879181)
It presented an interesting challenge but I'm quite happy with what I ended up with!
I also got paid to write a track for someone else in the course for a game they just released on Greenlight as well which is just an updated version of one they made a few years ago (http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=783928541). They're looking to hire me to do the music and sound design for a main game they're working on as well.
Ultimately I've just been riding the wave that is games design and seeing where it takes me. I dabble in composition and such in my spare time when I get a song idea and otherwise I tend to be gaming on PC or Xbox One, or tuning harps as a casual job for some family friends.
Hi! New to the Razer Insider but have had Razer equipment for years. In my spare time I like to try and keep fit, amateur photography and reading! Living a more quiet life now that i have left the defence force.
Reading through these comments is nice, it is good to see such diversity in a community like this.!
Let's see now, I hit the gym about 4-5 times a week and when I'm visiting my parent's I go rock climbing! I also got into carving wood and rock. Currently working on refurbishing an old box I had at home to have my various shsiha parts in it (charcoal and tobacco free since it is absolutely terrible for you otherwise, and even then the jury is still out on if its ok to inhale so much water vapour and flavouring?!).
I have some eclectic hobbies even though college take up a lot of my time.
I have a real passion for mountain biking, it's practically my life. I'm also really fascinated with fountain pens calligraphy, it's really relaxing. The calligraphy has also gotten me in to doing some graphic design. I'm in love with math, I never get tired of it. I also just hang with my small friend group and make them laugh as hard as possible.
What do I do besides gaming? Browsing the web, learning new or useless stuff, watch anime, read manga, watch movies, liking shit in social media. Fuck! After looking all the posts, I realized I'm just a boring fatso who sits in front of the damn computer lmao.
I learn music when i'm not gaming.
