My friend spilled some wine on his Blackwidow Chroma V2, the tab, Q, W and E button are not functioning anymore, the lights still work.
The keyboard is a little under a year old.

What are his options, can it still be under warranty? should he find contact with Razer support? or can he attempt to open it up and give it a good cleaning?

    Thanks in advance for reading!

Oh no! Unfortunately, what happened to your friend's BlackWidow Chroma V2 does not fall within warranty.
"This Limited Warranty does not cover: Claims arising from external causes, including (without limitation), accidents, acts of God, liquid contact, fire or earthquake."
