After a year of use, it has robotic audio and I can barely hear it, I've already opened support here and I don't know how to request its warranty, can someone help me, I love my headset but this way my friends don't understand me and I can't play. ..
I have been having issues with missing PIN numbers on purchased cards. One card purchased for $100 is missing the final sequence of numbers, but Razer is confusing this with another card/ticket I submitted. I also just purchased a $50 card on 4/20/2024 and the middle sequence of numbers are missing. After submitting a ticket I was told this card was used on 4/22/2024. I didn’t redeem this card and the card was in my control the entire time. Besides, you cannot read the middle sequence of numbers, because if I could I would have redeemed the card myself. Razer seems to have an issue with their PIN numbers. I have noticed that it is tied to the color of the strip on the card with the light green/blue backgrounds appear to be the cards with the most issues. Razer is now creeping up on my list of cards to avoid purchasing as gifts right after Google Play.

Hello!Unfortunately my rabbit decided that he hated matching and decided to nibble through my Razer Kraken Kitty Edition V2 Pro headphone cord that i just got last month. I was wondering if anyone knew of any places to buy a certified replacement part? Razer support said to look for other retailers but I could only find “HUYUN New USB Wire Data Line/Audio Cable Razer Kraken Kitty Edition/Ultimate Edition” on amazon which support said they cannot gurantee will work with the V2 pro. Do I have any other options or do I just have to keep looking and praying for them to appear on the razer parts store?Also: Has anyone taken their headphones to a repair store to get them fixed? Hello, I recently bought a second hand viper v2 pro, where the seller said it was a new mouse, and when I tested it on my pc, the battery on synapse won’t go up more than 0%. Is there any possible fixes to this problem? Thank you.
I get that error while updating my Synapse, I can’t manage to install the update. Yes I’ve done a clean uninstall and install proccess over and over and got nothing from it. Need help?
My Basilisk V3 Pro which has been working up until the software update to 20231207 this morning, is now displaying 0% for the battery in red and I can’t load any profiles nor adjust my DPI if I am using Hyperspeed Wireless. I see that there are tons of others experiencing the same issue. I updated my firmware. Uninstalled and re-installed clean. The issue persists. Before you ask me to do a clean install or gather logs, this was working fine until today’s update. I have already done a clean install. Fresh install of Windows This just started today. I have a Death Stalker V2 Pro Keyboard that works fine. This is not OS related I doubt hardware being this mouse is maybe a week old and was working until today’s update. I deleted and reinstalled the app from the beginning and it didn't fix the problem
I can not install the new update.When I try to update it says Update failed to complete. Please contact technical support. But when I tried to uninstall and install the newest one I get an error code : Error code 1603So for that I went back to previous version. Razer please fix this or give me a solution. Here is what I tried ;Uninstall,Install (Failed like i mentioned above)Try to update from Razer central,Add an exception to firewall,Disabling firewall (I dont have any antivirus program)Update Windows,Install dot net frameworkClosing background razer programs Non of them succeed.
I bought these not too long ago and have had problems constantly. I can only get them working reliably through wired connection or Bluetooth. When used wirelessly with the dongle on PS5, they are constantly messing with the controls on every game I’ve played with them. The second I turn them off, no more controller interference. They’ve been updated, used different controllers, tried using the wired A-C adapter, and they still interfere. Works great when connected via Bluetooth, but obviously you can’t connect them to PS5 via Bluetooth. I have no idea why this is an issue, and is very frustrating since these are quite expensive. Any help would be appreciated.
