Deathadder changing dpi randomly...again

    After my original post about my Deathadder changing dpi randomly in-game but not showing a change in Synapse I plugged the mouse into another USB port and it fixed my problem until today. It is now changing the dpi again and I'm not quite sure what to do. I know this though: the mouse's USB is kind of hard to plug in and pull out, it requires force which I don't think is normal for a mouse. I believe the issue is a faulty mouse but it already messed up the original port I had it in to the point where it doesn't recognize anything plugged in but the one it is in now still works but ofc the dpi changes randomly in it and also in my other port where the mouse has never been in until today. Also I compared the USB size on the Deathadder and my other mouse as well as my USB laptop cooler and the Deathadder USB is a very tiny bit bigger. Pls help

    Try plugging it into a USB 3.0 port. If it doesn't work uninstall and reinstall Synapse. If it still doesn't work contact Support
