Anyone finding any point to the new emote system when you press ~. At the moment I'm feeling it's quite pointless, any pro player would tell you, you don't have time to stand around and emote and the moments are quite small and don't seem to draw much attention.

But you can always use it after killing someone, it should be visible on death cam :D

Not noticeable and I dont think the UI permits for you to see that, well enough not a great system.

Ya, I'm torn on it also. I played a third person view game just to try them all, (although you can see your shadow and arm doing them in First person). Kinda neat but I doubt they'll get used much, but it would be fun to taunt someone after you get a kill if you were close enough for them to see you. Overall I'd rather have them keep PUBG hardcore and fix/add other stuff first rather than fill it with stuff like Team Fortress 2. It'll make the first minute of waiting more entertaining though.:big_grin_:

That's the only time I've seen it been used, in the waiting room lol.

There is no point to the emote system like you said for a game like pubg no player will use emotes ever.

Blueballs trying to be cheeky with this after Fortnite did it but I agree it doesn't work for PUBG. I don't like they wasted time on this instead of improving game performance but probably done by interns so no big deal XD

Really wish they didn't add emotes. Leave them to Fortnite.

PUBG is losing so many players and money simply because people are not buying the game and they have really no way to incur more money from their players. Fortnight and their emotes among other things is supporting that title and it's something PUBG Corp wants to reflect but emotes in the game is for sure a rough way to try and emulate this experience.
