hello to whoever is interested in helping out...

I bought the Razer Blade 15 last week.

I love the laptop... its great.

I am just noticing the fans start firing up when simply log in to windows or ... browse on chrome for example.

if i open the task manager the fans also start racing quicker...

I am wondering if i have a defect here... or if this is normal ??

Ive been with my macbook pro for 10 years.

and i switched to the windows world and this is my first Razer product... please bear with me.

I purchased the extended warranty from the windows store... where I bought it.

Windows tech support was not helpful at all. they suggest I take it to the nearest Windows Retail store so a tech can check it out.

I live in Montreal Quebec, nearest store is Toronto which is 6 hours away driving... I feel stuck here...

thank you to any insight you may provide

Hi there! Are there other programs running in the background? Also, how loud do the fans get? Can you share a video of it to us?

I made sure to reboot the Razer Blade a few times... checked task manager and GPU manager to see if anything was running in the background... even startup applications.

I realized Paint 3D remains running even after closing the application... not sure what its doing in the background.

fan noises still throttle loudly for no reason.

Heres a video of what I am talking about...

Thanks for the video. Can you post a screenshot of the programs that are enabled to run at startup?
