It's probably hall of shame status for this one, but I've fallen more and more for SWTOR recently, with all the new content and the direction it has gone during the last year or so. It's a pretty great mmo, I say. And I'm looking forward to looking into Secret World Legends, as well. I'm a mmo addict, I guess.

This is like a good thread for game ideas. Excuse me for being to lazy to make an avatar.

I play The Elder Scrolls Online because I like Skyrim and I like mmo's and I played Oblivion. I was lucky to come to TESO after it worked out most (not all) of it's glitchy'ness. Now it's in that cash shop stage of milking it's players for money but that is okay I'm used to that. I am in that stage where I appreciate a giant medieval chatroom with frequent new content and sims like housing. It's pretty, I can make friends, and I don't have to subscribe or use the cash shop to play. I got all the dlc's on sale thru Steam cheap except Morrowind which was only $40 and came with a volcanic island and new class.

The biggest problems are lag and disconnects, bad ping if Australian, and gambling crates in the cash shop that might hurt people with ludomania.

I can tell from two different perspectives: Singleplayer and Multiplayer.
In Singleplayer games my favorites are Skyrim and Witcher 3. Skyrim was very nice to play, and I regret that I haven't play Morrowind and Oblivion. But Witcher 3 was absolutely masterpiece if you ask me. Beautiful textures, story that is intriguing...
When it comes to Multiplayer games, I have two favorites: Dota 2 and CSGO. Dota 2 because I started to play it back when it was Dota map in Warcraft 3 with my friend on colleague. And when Dota 2 came alive, I kept playing it. CSGO is also my favorite, but not that much as Dota 2. I found that there are many cheaters in ranked games.

    Half Life 3....?

Only kidding. Battlefield 2. Just picked it up after 12 years away and straight back into it from the start getting mauled by losers with no life who have maxed out the jet upgrades

Portal 2 hands down, I just love how storytelling and game melt together
  17. World of Warcraft of course but my go to game lately is overwatch. The fast pace and fun matches make it worth dealing with the annoying people on voice. plus the new deathmatch and team deathmatch game times are even more fun.
  18. No particular order, but here are some that I really, really enjoyed playing:
    Dying Light
    Advent Rising
    Divinity: Original Sin
Batman: Arkham City (Asylum was good and Origins was okay - I have yet to play Knight)

I'm currently trying to get through my massive backlog of games. I just finally played FEAR - Extraction Point (only like 10 years after I got the game). It was an okay game - the story was very lacking. Moving on to Perseus Mandate soon. Otherwise my co-op/online gaming right now has been 7 Days to Die and it's been an okay game.

I think with the up and coming free DLC releases for Dying Light, I'll be sinking some more time into that game here very, very soon.

I remember when CS 1.6 released. My college roommate and I dominated. VOIP wasn't a big thing yet so we had a tactical advantage over most other people playing the game because we were sitting pretty much right next to each other. We could call out our positions and positions of the other team. We got banned from so many servers with mods claiming we were using aim bots. We'd even venture into clan servers when they'd open them to the public for recruiting people and we'd take the clan on and wipe them out time and time again even when we were out numbered 3 to 1. Oh fun times we had. Fast forward some years and I having not played CS 1.6 and found that CS:S was out, I thought I'd jump in, kick butt and take names.....but I got my rear handed to me over and over again. It's been a long time now since I played any CS game.

    5-hours per day it's Overwatch ;)

Otherwise. Rainbow 6 Siege , The Division and GR-Wildlands are pretty good. I really, really love siege but I guess it's my head that gets annoyed pretty easily in multiplayer communities. So whenever I feel like I need some me-time with games I go with Division daily objectives with random squad without voice chat or just soloing around wildlands collecting stuff for achievments.
