[Fixed] Razer ID email

    Mkay. SO.. I signed up for the Vault thing that they just came out with. Well I didn't understand it and deleted my account for it. Ever since I did this I haven't been able to log in. Like when I request a new password it says the email (the only email I have) isnt the right one/isn't registered. But when I go to make a new account the email is registered. the only time I dont get an error is in the login page where it has my email and password but nothing happens when I click login. I've only been able to get on here cause it was Linked with Twitter. Can anyone help? Please? Cause Razer Support wont answer me

    Have you tried making a new account on a different email? What I suggest you do:

    • Make a new account on a different email (if you don't have another email account, use one of those burner emails that last like 30 minutes or something);
    • Go and change the account to the legit email that you want to use.

    I'm guessing this should work, not sure what happens to your original account in this case though :/

    But you cant change the emails to any account.

    the same thing happened to me man ... i made new email only for razer . Hope razer support answer you

    You can, I recently changed mine. Not sure when they introduced it, but if you go through Cortex Beta you can change it (you can download Cortex Beta here),

    Glad I'm not the only person this happened to. I dont want to make a new account cause i have a $20 sound thing installed on my synapse. and since my account won't work... yea you get the picture

    MY GOD IT WORKED CHANGING THE EMAIL WORKED =D THANK YOU bro... i love you...
