    BEFORE YOU READ:
All hardware and software depicted in this story is real. It all currently lives in the ancient ecosystem of Thomas's office. This is NOT just your average horror story.

Close your eyes, and let your device's magical voice read this to you.

You are a 17 year old gamer, with more time on his hands than money, and an old secretary's machine from the 90's. You position yourself inside your cockpit and make sure everything is working, turn your 2-ton CRT Monitor on, hearing the aged spring behind the switch clicking as it resets its position, and bend down to turn on the beast. Your dinosaur beeps, and you proceed to launch your rocket... Right into Windows 2000 Professional. You hear the thrusters firing up with that obnoxiously loud startup-sound, here you go; finally at your desktop, wanting to run back to the public library and play with the fancy internet, and have something other to do with your life than play around in Minesweeper and Solitaire. Tired of going through the maze that was navigating to the games that is Start>Programs>Accessories>Games to get to 3D Pinball Space Cadet -a game that you spend most of your time on the computer with, you decides to access ebay to see about purchasing a new computer, realizing that you have none of the necessary currency to allow such a purchase, but you can dream. You close out of Pinball, and arrive at the light blue default desktop screen. "Internet Explorer" is your target, you take aim with your weapon of choice: Your Kensington Expert Mouse with the 8-Ball installed.
    thomas mouse.png
*This is not the actual mouse. This is an accurate representation of what his actually looks like put together in Photoshop CS6. He does say he likes it because it is "delightfully unique".
...You take aim with your selected primary, and fire. And then you realize, it wants you to set up a Dial-up connection. You close out of your internet explorer window, deciding to change what you are going to do with your free time; you reach into your diskette container and pull out the disc for Motocross Madness 2 a low-res, low-quality, low-fun game, but one of the only you posses without needing a floppy drive. You open your Samsung External Disk Drive and insert the install disc. 30 minutes later, you're ready to go play the game. Realizing that the game has no "Anti-aliasing x16" Option, or vSync, or any SSAO" controls, you content yourself that this is the best you are able to do for now until you save up enough money for a car and insurance bills to get a decent job to fund your malnourished addiction. You certainly keep up with the times playing Space Cadet Pinball, and Solitaire, and pride yourself on learning how to play Freecell because it is one of the games built in to your OS. You turn your cockpit chair towards the dinosaur once again. It's reptile-like coating stares back at you, with an unforgiving moan from the fan. This beast is alive, it's outer casing strong enough to withstand an elephant pouncing on it to run away from a mouse. Some day, you would like to see that happen; some day when you have a rig comparable to a good gaming rig, that can run Fallout 4 like nobody's business. And then you will install Motocross Madness 2, just for the nostalgia. And think of the dinosaur, it's loud moan as you turn it on. Windows 2000, as you relearn Freecell for the hundreth time. You reach down to the power button, ready to allow the beast to slumber once again. You press against the hard plastic, feeling the spring recoil as you remove your finger. The "click" of the trigger falling back in to place, and the fans whirring down to a sleepy state for the beast to rest. You reposition your cockpit once again towards your CRT Monitor, and likewise push the button for it to allow itself to rest, the screen to cool off, and prepare itself for its next run. The click of the button brings a fizzling pop and as you retract your hand you feel the hair on the back of your hand rising from the static electricity. The trigger collapses back into This, is how you game, in December 2015, while everyone else is playing Fallout 4, Need for Speed, Uncharted, Battlefront, Rainbow Six Seige, GTA V, and Battlefront. This is your addiction.

Ladies and Gentlemen, I enter this contest on behalf of my life-long friend Thomas Henry. Throughout childhood it seemed like we did practically everything together, we even went on field trips in my Dad's truck instead of the bus. Now, as I spend more and more time logging hours at my rig enjoying the luxury of my setup and the experience that my Razer gear provides, (still LOVE the lights :D) Thomas is excluded more and more from what I do, especially with how much time I put into recording and streaming for Twitch and YouTube. We maintain a healthy relationship and still do a lot of things together outside of the vast, open realm that is PC gaming, but he really does miss out on a lot of things.

My friend is poor and he sometime comes over my house and play games, he mainly borrows his sister's laptop to play with me and gets around 10fps and bad internet reception on the laptop, he is planning to buy computer parts but doesn't have enough money to afford it, his parents doesn't really support him having a computer as his old laptop broke down because of LCD problems, I bought him a PS3 before but he doesn't have great internet has the firmware of the PS3 like ancient so he could play with me beside the laptop. Since he doesn't have enough money he is going to spend his money on charity if he wins this giveaway. I want me and him to win because he doesn't have much benefits as I do, I will give this to him as a late Christmas and New Year gift.

Me and jimmy hangs out with 2 more people named David and Andy and we all have a reasonable gaming PC except jimmy and he's trying to find a gaming PC. He didn't get anything from his family for his birthday and his Christmas and i felt sad for him. Him being the different one in our group and not getting anything for the holidays makes me sad. I tried to help him with 100$ but if i get to win this would help him a lot. Thanks for reading. Btw this adds up to 482$

  8. Dear Razer,
I am Nathan Paolo Montemayor, and I would like to help my friend/cousin to achieve this PC. We wanted a nice and AWESOME PC when we were little. Our PCs are not that what you call "master race". We have low quality PCs, and yet we are poor. We only have a decent PC to do internet and surf, and we saw this. That is why we are signing up and want to win this. I know we both sign up, because we really want this and give us happiness. A five hundred dollar PC is really nice and we want to share it and play together. I wish you could consider us to win but if not, it's okay we understand. http://pcpartpicker.com/parts/partlist/NZXT™ H440

    Thanks

This is for my best bud Russ. He uses my back up system as he has no game worthy pc of his own. We play Star Wars the Old Republic together as often as possible. It would be nice if he could load as fast as I do! Here is a poem about the situation:

    Long ago
    and far away
    he owned a rig
    on which to play.
    Today he must,
    to his great sorrow,
    use a rig
    he had to borrow.
    Today I hope
    that with this poem
    we win a rig
    he can take home.
    Then we can play
    with his new toy
    a brand new rig
    to bring him joy.

I didn't post a picture - I didn't want to scare you off of this entry!

    Thanks RAZER and NZXT!

Hello first of all i want to say thanks to Razer and NZXT who are supporting this. Second i got a big ideas with this pc placing some more led fans and NZXT HUE+ in that case. My pc part list is this https://pcpartpicker.com/user/x217/saved/#view=Gt3xFT and including
-Intel i5 6500 3.2 GHZ Quad core processor
-Cryorig M9i ( i first choose NZXT Kraken X31 but the build was ~530 $)
    -Asus z170-A Motherboard
-Kingston HyperX Fury Black 8G DDR4-2133 RAM
-Seagate Barracuda 500G 7200 RPM like mine im using now
    -NZXT HALE82 V2 550W 80+ Bronze Fully-modular
-NZXT H440 designed by Razer case
-And the GPU is all yours :D

Now the second who i nominate?
I nominate personaly myself i bet that 80% of people posting about their friends post abuyt themselves but who cares i'm truthful and fair. Why i nominate myself? Because i really dont have much friends who will waste time to nominate me and i took that in my hands. All of my friends have a new computers runing the newest games. I'm having an Intel E5700 @ 3.0 Dual Core based pc so do i need to say more ? Old P5G41T M LX Asus's motherboard and 8gigs ram. I need to follow the new technology so i really need this pc like the other people but maybe i'm the one :) . I have saved some money but not enough for a whole new pc so i will buy HUE+ from NZXT and FZ LEDfrom NZXT if i win this pc and maybe will change the ram to a better one. NZXT and Razer 4TW :) !

I choose my older brother Dillon as my nomination. My brothers and I have all been gamers since we were little. Growing up we played consoles with our first being the PlayStation 1. As times have passed I converted to PC and started building my own while my little brothers stuck to console and my older brother stopped playing games. Up until earlier this year, my little brother asked for help building a gaming PC and we built him a decent budget PC for him to play LoL and CS:GO on. Now my older brother is getting back into gaming and I was surprised when he asked me to help build a computer for him because he never struck to be a computer type of guy; he's the complete opposite! I already had parts ready for him to purchase but this contest I struck upon would be a big help for Dillon to start building his computer.

Thank you Razer and Sponsors for this giveaway!

    Hi guys ,

I would love to nominate my friend who is my brother with whom I often play and has since the begining had many many adventures with in all kinds of games ( Fallout 1 & 2, Roadrash, Tarzan, Need for Speed, Call of Duty, Borderlands, Rust ). We have played games together from our childhood till now, looking at the games you can see they span generations :stuck_out_tongue_winking_eye:

It would be a dream come true for him if he were able to win this epic Razer system so that he can play the latest games as these days he keeps getting lag and with the outdated and ageing PC he is not able to play the newest games.

Here is the list of pc components that I picked up

    http://pcpartpicker.com/p/cYyWHx

This was picked with the basic knowledge of computer parts, I surely wouldn't mind a Razer support or community advising me on better parts though :)

Thanks you guys for the change, Merry Christmas and I hope my friend ( brother ) would be able to play without any worries in the next year,

Thank you Razer and other sponsors !

Finally for the case , I would pick NZXT H440 desinged by Razer, that would be the final beautiful touch ofcourse after the GTX 970 Card :D

I will let my brother know about this contest and sorry for the late entry!

I created this build because I wanted my friend to have dependable, high quality products for his machine. The reason my friend Mik should win is because he is currently using a laptop to play games, and sometimes his computer will crash and he won't return for 10 to 15 minutes. He is currently going back to school to get a chemistry degree and is paying for his schooling, and I know he has his heart set on a new computer so that he can play with me and his other friends and enjoy the newly released games.

    http://pcpartpicker.com/p/BjphCJ

I picked these products because I want Mik to have a good experience with high quality products that people are satisfied with. I know he would probably want to add more RAM, and a solid state drive, so I will leave that up to him. Thank you Razer for this competition and I hope he wins :)

I'd like to boost up my girlfriend, Breanna.
    PC parts list: http://pcpartpicker.com/p/MJn2XL
With the S340 – Designed by Razer

Breanna is a special needs teacher for a grade school so she doesn't have much of a disposable income. We've played through a few good multiplayer games such as Portal 2, DCUO and Borderlands 2. We're currently working on Neverwinter and she always wanted to join us in GTA 5 so we got the game for Christmas. Unfortunately her current rig can barely run the game pulling about 27 fps at 800 X 600. She's using a mini-fridge as a temporary desk space so a desk is our next goal.
and besides: Gamer girls are hot! She IS the Atlas to my Peabody.

i nominate my friend nash because he's one of my oldest and best friends, the first person to accept me as i was when i had just moved to this city i still live in. (undisclosed cuz you dont need to know as he does'nt live here anymore anyway)
we used to meet up just about every day not in school and play all kinds of games on gamecube, ps1, nintendo 64 and all that old school good stuffs,
and when we did'nt feel like playing on a screen we either played yugioh or something else using a regular deck of playing cards,
and this did'nt stop just cuz we went to school cuz we asked our teachers if we could stay in a classroom during recess and play some card games or board games.
after he moved we started playing a bunch of stuff online too, mostly it was yugioh again but i grew tired of the online version pretty fast, but now that we both have the ability to play such a wide varation of games that we both like,
his pc cant handle the pressure and he lags while playing tf2 offline on the lowest grafic settings...
i cry inside for him cuz he does'nt know what to do or feel about this along with his personal situation from which i want to save him from soon.
well that was a longer story time than i expected but i think this got the message through and now i just hope that luck will find it's way to nash, i dont care what luck does to me right now as long as it finds my friend.
please razer, end this brother of mine's nightmare in gaming.
