Me to yellow's all the way. Fugetaboutit! I want them with the Big Squishy O-rings, the quieter the better.

My green's during the night its like a World War One trench! Explosions, bullets flying everywhere! Research you stuff before you plunge in, just don't get lured in by the eye candy.

I learned that the hard way!

Put a poll next time please.

I like my oranges. I had greens and it was just too clicky. the Oranges aren't quite as tactile feeling as the greens, but it's worth it for the quietness.

I got the orange keyswitches, but only because the yellows weren't available with the layout that I need. I do want yellows though. ;)

If I didn't share a room with the old ball and chain I wouldn't even care. I love the way they sound, just like an old school typewriter! Click, Click, Click! Music to my ears!

I favor the orange switch, I like the tactile feel but I absolutely HATE the sound of the green clicky switcher. Perhaps one day I'll try the yellow, because I do feel that sometimes very silent is even more valuable than the tactile feel.

Just wondering if anyone has had this issue with the Green V2.

I got mine only a few days ago and its driving me nuts.

Basically the best way to describe it is the keys don't go in and out smooth. At a quick press it feels half ok but when holding down buttons say W A D for strafing when you let them up you can feel the jutter and pop. Sometimes its worse, just random.

If you test the keys, any really, you can press it down and slowly release it and its jumpy or bumpy on its way back. Doesn't get stuck as such but very annoying none the less.

Just wondering if I'm the only one?

I was going for the Green but reading the comments here made me rethink about the sound since I have a kid and a wife I think they will mind the sound
I need to re decide again :slightly_sad:

Buy on of each!!!!!!!111!!!!!1 Just kinding... If you are a main FPS/MOBA go with Yellow. If you prefer a mix of gaming and typing, or just what some quiet, go with Orange. If you prefer the typing experience and feel, but also game, (my case, but I have all just for becauses...), go with Greens. Yellow is the top for pure Gaming. Orange is the Sweet Medium. Green is the Classical Feel for OGs typists/gamers (My humble Analysis).

I've not heard of this issue before, so you should probably have a chat with either Razer E-Mail Support or the Razer Live Chat Support for help. They ought to be able to help you check it out and figure out what's going on, and if it's not something they can fix remotely then they can direct on how to do an RMA and exchange it for a brand new one. Good luck getting it fixed, hope it's resolved quickly!

curious about how the yellow switches feel considering i have used both green and orange. I prefer greens and the oranges just dont feel that tactile to me.

Most people prefer orange because it gives you the tactile while releasing no annoying sound. The thing is, the plastic knocking sound when you press keys too hard is still there. Which is why I prefer the green switch since it eliminate that noise with with a much better, crisp sound.

i like the mx blue/razer green style the best with the tactile feel and sound, but the sound can get a bit too much at times but the feedback feeling and sound is just the best style

That's weird, I thought the oranges were supposed to have the tactile feel?

Get O-rings, it don't totally kill the sound but it helps. Razer sells their own set.

Ya, me to. I didn't even know the sound was a problem till my wife tried to choke me out.

I bought Razer's o-ring set for my razer greens-it helped with sound but i just could not stand the feeling afterwards. I guess i really do enjoy the crisp tactile feeling just cannot stand the o-rings.

Ya, I know that feeling, I got doubled up O-rings on mine and they're still loud and they definitely feel weird, but I'm forced to keep mine on. If the wife starts giving me the stink eye I just swap boards with my kid.

Ya, I realize that. That's why o-rings are not as effective for me, there's still the pop up noise to contend with. I'm trying to train myself not to slam them.

Will O-rings help when you release your keys immediately? Why don't you try and find out? As much as I know, the O-rings will only turn your green switch into orange switch. But the native sound of keys slamming/popping back up is still there.
You can test by holding any key down and release immediately. Now try again faster like you have essay deadline in 20s.
