I placed an order 14 days ago for a BlackShark V2 pro headset, and it processed, but hasn't gone beyond that. I sent a reply to that email 4 days ago, but haven't received a response and there is no support chat or number to call. Does anyone know how to get a hold of support?? I feel like my order is stuck in limbo.

The wifi reception used to be very very good with my razer book 13. But now, it is very poor quality connection. I have to literally place the laptop right next to the wifi router for a good connection. If I get more than 10 feet away from the router it will barely work. No changes to my home wifi system. All other wifi devices and connections remain strong but not my book 13. Is it possible to repair or replace the wifi card?
For several days now I have been having constant disconnection problems in my Razer Nari Ultimate headset, when researching I saw that I am not the only one with this specific problem.This problem lies in the constant disconnection of the computer when playing some type of audio, whether from spotify, youtube or any type of audio emitted by the computer. I've already tried everything, plugging it into all the different usb ports on my pc and whether it was 3.1 or 2.0 the same thing happened every time. I also tried the dongle and headset sync and reset programs. I tried uninstalling all the drivers of the device, deleting synapse and all the folders and programs that had to do with the razer environment to do clean installation to see if my problem went away. I disabled the usb shutdown option to save power, updated my windows 11 to the latest existing version and none of this worked. I even tested them on another computer to see if the problem fell on my pc and after a few minutes of
I have similar issues as the question/conversation in this link. Attaching the link as the older one cannot be commented on. My mouse works for the first couple of seconds (the light is green) when I connect via the 2.4GHz dongle and stops working as soon as the laser turns off. The Bluetooth option seems to be working (freezes and sometimes straight up stops working) only on a certain laptop running on windows 11. I’ve tried the solutions in the attached link but haven’t succeeded. I’ve also seen that razer doesn’t have a firmware update for this specific mouse model.Any help with this is appreciated :)
My money as taken yet i didn't receive any razer gold, and its says pending yet my money was taken? This is not my first transaction, usually this never happens. How do i solve this please help. And that's a lot off money too
Top Up and payment success, money deduct from my Credit Card..but transaction state pending and no razer gold received. Contacted Customer Service but so useless, ask to cancel of the transaction since it doesn’t reflect anything and pending, so I can top up with other payment method again, but Customer Service say cannot. It is their protocol to inform their stupid team which need wait minimum 2-3 working days! Provided all documentations, transaction numbers and reference numbers to the customer service but keep telling me wait Razer team to reply. it useless even they reply after 2-3 working days (Read other people pending status...razer team only reply after 10-15 days later). I rushing this for event which will lapse before Sunday, this is really so ridiculous. I think after this, really better I top up directly to the game website without using Razer since customer service not helping out. No point risking it as usually need rush for event.

there are 2 drivers called razer cobra one is old and one is new whenever i uninstall the old one it automaticly reinstalls back and in some games it causes error Code 38Full Error MessageWindows cannot load the device driver for this hardware because a previous instance of the device driver is still in memory. When capturing sound from an application through OBS, the sound stutters every two seconds (only with Razer BlackShark V2 with USB Sound Card).Here's a video example: https://youtu.be/yiTLNFwfq8UThis issue occurs with any application whose sound is outputted to the Razer headset. If the sound is outputted to any other device (speakers or another headset), there are no stutters.Is there a proper solution to this problem? My center mouse wheel no longer clicks in. I can hear an audible click but the action is not being registered with using any application. I have updated my firmware, uninstalled synapse, reset my mouse and also reconnected everything. I am currently using the Mouse Dock Pro as well and completed all of the previously mentioned steps. Is there anything else I can do please? I purchased my mouse in December and am having issues now. Thank you!
