Insider Bug?

    So I have started to notice that more and more of my past Achivements are "unlocked" for zSilver???

    What I mean is that I suddently can "Earn Credits" again even tho the date where I was given the Achivement and took my price, is far in the past?
    Ofcouse I clicked the option, but whenever I try to click "Convert to zSilver" the page reloads and nothing changed.

    This makes sense since I did take those rewards long ago.
    But why is this Bug suddently happening?

    As I said I noticed it on the first few achivements.
    But now more and more of my already cleared Achivements are getting this bug????

    Example:

    I don't ask for the zSilver, since I already got them.
    But it would be nice to have this fixed xD

    (However, I do wish to get my Mouse Advocate Achivement, please???)

    Its a pretty old thing. I already reported it to the Razer staff but their response was to clear cookies and browser cache but that didnt fix my issue. Have this issue ever since they started giving out zSilver for Insider achievements.

    My my, kinda glad I'm not alone

    It's new to me, but it's clear that it's a bigger issue than Razer might know.
    And it kinda worries me @0V3R_K1LL that you have had that bug for so long without anything has been done.

    I really want this to be fixed soon, I rather not have all my Achivements like you guys are showing.

    Did you try to "re"login in your Razer Insider Account? This worked for me! D:

    Yep, it's happening to me too, and for quite some time now, i spoke to the support some time ago, and they told me to clear cookies or change the browser but nothing of that made any difference. I see you guys are experiencing it too, so it's not something from my pc alone, there is a bug.

    Another case here, already talked to admins here and Razer support, been offered the same suggestions of clearing browser history and cookies. Same results with my usual Chrome, Edge and even (shudder) Internet Explorer.

    It does nothing to the tracking of the achievements. It just shows them as redeemable but in fact they are already redeemed. It doesnt hurt me and the solutions they provided didnt work for me so I never bothered pursuing it so yeah its annoying but I dont lose sleep over it. :)

    Indeed it's not that big of a deal, I'm not losing anything.. (For now)

    But.... It does worry me, and personally I just can't ignore it xD
    I like my achivements, to look tidy (If that makes any sense)..

    The worry comes from, that it seems to be developing??
    Like, more people are having this bug, and it slowly spreads out on more and more of the Achivements.
    So I would love for it to be fixed..

    Since it's clear in this forum, that the clear cookies and browser cache, doesn't work..

    Hmmmm, I get why you have OCD about the achievements but whatever the issue is its clearly not a priority for the staff right now but you can try your luck at it and get them to fix the issue. Its not an issue for newer profiles for some reason is what I have gathered from a friend who joined Insider in September 2017. He has almost the same achievements as me but is yet to see this issue.

    It's the script problem itself, not the browsers.

    Is this fixed on anyone's yet? I was going to put in a support ticket for it but I don't even see an option for Insider problems.
