    SO, I'll make this quick.
Every time I finish playing a game, the Chroma effects get stuck at the last frame they were and I cannot change DPI with the buttons on the mouse anymore (even tho synapse UI says DPI have changed)
Another issue that i found is that if I try to change profile on Synapse 2.0, it won't change it at all.
So every time I close a game, I have to unplug and plug the mouse.
I tried reinstalling Synapse, tried reinstalling Lancehead drivers.
No need for a clean W10 version, because I installed it like, now? lol
-EDIT- Just found out that the calibration tab in synapse resets everytime and I always have to choose the Firefly Hard edition from the list. Any advice for that too?
hope you can help me guys :D
    Thanks in advance

I've had similar issues with my Lancehead TE the first time I got them. Chroma effects get stuck from time to time - visual DPI indicator on the lower right of the screen sometimes won't come up to confirm DPI change. Honestly, I did so many personal troubleshooting that I lost track of what actually worked for me. Try moving the mice to a different USB port, preferably away from any connected charging cable on your computer. Restart your computer.

If it doesn't work for you and since calibration always resets on you, try doing a clean install of Synapse 2.0. Please note that doing this would also mean you have to uninstall Cortex and Chroma SDK, too. Below are the steps on how to perform a clean reinstall of Synapse:

    1. Open the Task Manager and end all process related to Razer and Synapse.
    2. Open Programs and Features and uninstall Razer Synapse and Razer SDK Core Components. If you have Cortex, please uninstall it.
    3. Restart the computer.
    4. Delete all Razer folders you can find in C:\Program Files(x86) and C:\Program Data\. The Program Data folder is set to hidden by default so you might need to change the folder option first.
    5. Open the Device Manager and look for the drivers for all of your Razer devices. Uninstall all of the drivers you can find for the Razer devices and make sure to select the option to delete the drivers as well. Restart the computer again.
    6. Temporarily turn off the Windows Firewall and anti-virus program.
Download and install the latest version of Microsoft .NET Framework (4.5 and above) at https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=56115
    7. Download the installer for Synapse 2 here: http://drivers.razersupport.com//in...iewdownload&downloaditemid=2116&nav=0,343,239
If you had Razer Cortex, you can download it again here: http://drivers.razersupport.com//in...iewdownload&downloaditemid=1836&nav=0,343,456
    8. Sign in with your account and wait for the updates to finish. Proceed with the restart after the update.

As far as I know, Lancehead TE will not work with Synapse 2.0, only Synapse 3 (beta).

I'll try with that and I'll let you know, thanks for the reply dude

It actually works with 2.0 too, as I'm using it right now

Why don't you use Synapse 3.0? Using it with Lancehead TE for about 3-4 months without any issues.

Tried to change ports, reset mouse, clean install of every razer component and software and deleting every razer folder.
    Still having the calibration problem
I think I'm giving up on this and wait for the blackwidow to be part of Synapse 3.0

If I remember correctly, the blackwidow V2 is supported by Synapse 3.0 . Which one do you have?
