    Hello!

Today i bought a Razer Mamba. But I have big problems with lags. Suddenly the cursor stops moving/jumping. I put the light on breathing and when the lag happens, the light stuck and jump too.

    Any Ideas?

    Win10
    Synapse 2.0

Have you tried a clean reinstall of Synapse?

    Yes, I have already tried.
Yesterday I exchanged the mouse in the electronics market.. But with the new one, I have exact the same problem!!!??? I think it is very unlikely that both have the same defect.

I found a Thread a user describes the same problem: https://us.battle.net/forums/en/overwatch/topic/20748935944

Is this only happening in overwatch?

i have the same problem since a few weeks and the mouse is lagging always, not only in a specific game.
i bought the razer mamba wireless years ago and never had any problems with it.
i only have lags when the mouse is on wireless mode, when i connect the mouse with the cable i have no problems.

    system: win 10
    synapse: 2.21
everything up to date, synapse reinstalled

Have you tried inserting the receiver on a different USB port?

There is definitely something going on with your Razer Mamba Wireless product.

I purchased mine about a month ago and have just been experiencing this. This is very disappointing because I have a Razer themed set-up going on and I don't want to ruin it by buying a different mouse brand.

Is Razer doing anything to address this issue? The mouse has been released for more than a year now I believe and you're still not addressing this issue?

    @Lazzau

Have you tried using it on a different USB port and PC?

Yes I have. Been working so far but a $100 mouse shouldn't have this issue. My $20 logitech wireless mouse works more consistently than it.

Has Razer tried looking into this problem and actually try to fix it?
