    Hello people !

I writing here to find help, because problems with the BlackWiddow Chroma V2 keyboard keep piling up.
    I would like to address the two many issue that really bugs me, and hope that someone amounst you knows a solution (or at razer builds a patch);

First : Ramdom keypad backlight loss.
To be very precise - at what seams to be random times - the RED channel of the backlight LED shuts off - not on all keys.

    "/", "*", 9, 8, 6, 5 ,2, and 0 (it's doing it at the time of writing !).

If your backlight is supposed to be purple, it suddenly turns blue on these specific keys.
Was it suppose to be pure red ? They turn off.

Then i have no choice other that unplug-replug the keyboard to get red channel back. Restarting the synapse app doesn't fix it.
But the LEDs works ! no problem. This has to be a firmware issue.

I don't know if it may help razer's devs:
    I'm on a FR azerty BW v2
I mostly use a dark red wave effect, K2000 style, while not in game - in everyday productivity situation that's apply accross the keyboard AND the mouse (Mamba TE chroma)

    Second: Intense coil whine.
With, or without backlight. Plugged directly onto the motherboard, or onto a passthough... COIL WHINE ! The keyboard whistles hard !
I can hear from normal typing distance a very high pitch coil whine from within the keyboard.

Can i do something about it ? Considering the price this is pretty much unacceptable.

Bonus Problem: Random white flashes. Rare but happens.

If anyone have a clue on what can be done consumer-side, please let me know.
Hi from France, have a good one ! See ya.

The numberpad going crazy is a fairly common problem, here's mine from last night and it's been doing it for over a year. If I do a computer restart it fixes it though and it only happens about once a month so it hasn't bothered me a ton.

Woh ! No macro's assigned, no nothin ?
Does the meca switch fully reset ? (sorry for the obvious stupid question).

I guess that you obviously already tried a full driver and synapse reinstall.

You may try to unplug any other usb devices for troubleshooting. Another device might be defective and corrupt the usb bus.
But most likely - and if the problem still occurs - you may have fried your keyboard.

I really sounds like a software problem though.

I've seen that problem several times before, i'm so glad it's not happening to me too. But try and switch it through warranty if you can and get a new one, maybe it'll work.

I had the keyboard problem before, and I reinstalled chroma and restarted my pc. Should work.
If it doesn't work, use your warranty to get a new one or a refund. You could also contact razer support on the software.
