My Deathadder Chroma has some trouble to detect the surface

    There's a video that shows my problem:

    As you may know, the scroll wheel's LED is less flashy when he doesn't detect a surface. However, in this video you can see that he has some trouble, randomly, to detect it. It's really annoying as it simply destroys all the deathadder's precision.

    Is it possible to fix it? Or is it just a manufacturing defect, so I can change it for free?

    I found two things that could help you:

    - I can almost "fix it" by setting at 10 the liftoff range. (It still bugs a little at 9. Increasing this parameter makes this problem less impactful)
    - It has a link with the mouse's wire. The problem seems to occur only if the wire is inclined to the right.
