Naga Chroma mouse wheel colors wrong

    Hi, I come asking for help with my Razer Naga Chroma. My problem is that the mouse wheel colors are wrong, specifically blue. The color blue is a little dimmer than the other colors on the mouse wheel, and this makes some colors look a bit too red while in spectrum cycling. I first bought a Naga Chroma about June 2017 and loved it, but then I noticed the problem and RMA'd it through the retailer I bought it from. Got a brand new unit and at the beginning the problem was fixed, but just now I noticed the new unit is having the exact same issue. It might be something to do with firmware updates, given the exact issue is happening only in the mouse wheel. I have tried plugging the mouse into other computers, but the problem remained. Razer Support would not be very helpful in this case so I posted my problem here.

    Is it possible for you to put up an image or a video so we can get a better picture of what's going on? Also, have you tried performing a clean install of Synapse? If not, please follow the steps provided below. Shoot me a PM if problems persist.

    1. Uninstall Synapse and delete all files in C:\Program Files (x86)\Razer and C:\ProgramData\Razer directories. These folders are hidden by default, so please be sure to unhide them.

    2. Uninstall your mouse and keyboard drivers by going to "Device Manager" from Control Panel.

    3. Reinstall Synapse by downloading the installer here http://rzr.to/synapse and restart your PC.

    4. Update your .NET Framework at http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=30653

    5. Test and observe.

    Thank you for your reply!
    These steps did not help. .NET is already the latest version. I have already contacted support and I will get another mouse soon. If I can't get a new mouse, could I get more suggestions to try to fix the issue?
