Reaching out to the community for a fix...

Brand new, out of the box from the Razer Store Cynosa Chroma Pro...not recognizable by Synapse 3 at all

-works and functions just fine, all keys do what they are supposed to
-shows up and is recognizable in Device Manager and under Control Panel/Hardware/Devices
-running Windows 7, updated two days ago
-uninstalled device, uninstalled drivers, uninstalled Synapse 3
    -did clean uninstall, reinstall
    -rebooted computer
-uninstalled, reinstalled apps in Synapse 3
-tried different USBs, even have 2.0 and 3.0...same issue
-tried keyboard on another computer, same issue Synapse 3 won't recognize or detect
    -chroma lights work
-ran Synapse 3 in Admin mode

No luck...keyboard functions as is and appropriately, just not being recognized by Synapse 3. Heck, I'm typing this message with the keyboard. Seems to be a software problem.

Thanking in advance for any help or assistance, curious if anyone else has experienced the same issue.

    Happy Turkey Day!

So after a lot of fiddling around and trying to figure out a resolution, out of a whim I decided to uninstall Windows Microsoft Mouse and Keyboard Control Center since I don't use a standard mouse or keyboard.

Did a restart, unplugged the Cynosa Chroma pro from the USB slot, plugged back in and Synapse 3 detected it.

Wanted to share in case any other folks come across the same issue, now I'm wondering if Razer even knows about this incompatibility.

I'm thinking of getting one of these some time soon, so this is great to know, thanks

    How is it btw?
