I just discovered I am limited to 5 likes a day here on the Insider board. I can't fathom a reason Razer would limit the number of likes you give out. Do people really spam likes or something. I'm not really mad just a little confused as to the point of this policy & have to ask does anyone know why there is a limit.

Well, its Razer's boards they got to call the shots on how many likes are given out or what not. But I agree with you, I wish there was more likes to give. While likes are nice and all, its not like its real money. You can't pay bills with them or buy stuff like food with them. So I agree with an increase in likes users are allowed it give.

I believe it had something to do with Zsilver achievements, as well as generally wanting them to have more meaning I suppose? If you only get a few, you only use them on stuff that REALLY deserves it. Personally I wasn't for it either when it was first implemented, but it doesn't really bother me anymore.

Oh I hear you. I treat my likes like gold. But sometimes I spend my entire allotment on my favorite posters.

At this point "Likes" are a form of currency here on Razer Insider (since people can earn achievements, and zSilver, by getting them) so Razer decided that they didn't want unlimited "currency" floating around for people to just give out to their friends on every single post they made. They prefer that you only give out your "Likes" to the posts that truly deserve it so that the people making helpful posts and doing more for the community are the ones being rewarded with the zSilver.
