    Hey there guys and gals,

My situation is as follows. I would love to buy the Blackwidow Chroma. I had the chance to try out the "standard" Blackwidow at a mall in my hometown and i was very pleased. The only problem is the noise. I'm pretty sure my gf is going to kill me if I would dare to buy the normal version.
So my question is this. How much quieter is the Stealth version of the Blackwidow? Completely silent or with a silent click? Or should I stick witch the normal version and use dampener rings?

Thanks in advance and sorry for the bad english.

Man, my ears might be bad, but I can't hear the difference?

The switches won't have that initial click on the stealth, the only sound you will hear is the key bottoming out on the keyboard if pressed down all the way. You can either practice lighter strokes, or invest in a dampening kit (little rubber grommets for each key that stop them from hitting the backplate).

I have a friend who's cat likes to knock his router down while we play games. I suggested that he duct tape it down.

The cat, not the router.... he was not amused.

Although, selling replacement keys isn't a bad idea ... I've used my keyboards so much that some of the letters are completely worn off. I know what they are by feel and because I know how to type, but anyone trying to use my keyboard gets confused fast. lol
