Razer Blackwidow chroma v2 issue

    Goodday I bought razer blackwidow chroma v2 and I had some problems. Sometimes keyboard are flashing after this flashes, some keys are changed coulours, you can watching this at this video
    I was write to your support team and made all steps which they wrote me (there are: renew drivers, synapse bla bla bla etc.). It didnt help me. So after that yours support team told that I can replacing the keyboard to another because it is waranty situation. So I was come to the shop they replaced me keyboard to another black widow chroma v2. After all I have Same problem at new one black widow chroma v2. I want to know maybe some people had same problem? Maybe this problem in synapse? PS: I tested all my usb ports and tested keyboard at another PC, I was changed profiles and made new accounts - nothing change - same issue.

  2. I have the exact same problem and with the same numpad /, *, 8, 9, 5, 6, 2, 0 keys.... If you look throughout the internet you´ll find lots of people with the exact same issue on the blackwidow v2 . The red led stops working.There´s a relatively active reddit topic where this is being discussed. I can provide some links if you wish. I´m not sure if it´s really a hardware problem or a software one - and the support team seems to be clueless about this as they just seem to provide standard answers.

    It only happens once in a while and goes back to normal after a couple of minutes or if unplug/plug the keyboard, but it sure is annoying because I don´t know if it´s a sw issue (that could be fixed on a future firmware/synapse update) or hw one (bad news if it is and could end up on a product recall). It would surely help if we got an official answer from Razer on this problem...

    But sometimes I have this problem with another keys not only num pad (( As you can see its "fn" key and "<". I really like this keyboard and this is new one with same problem I really hope it will be fixing and I hope that is software problem. Because replacing doesnt helps((

    That is really weird, mine has been fine. Hope you can get it fixed soon:confused_:

    Just try to turn on "fire" profile for 24 hours and u will have the same problem :)

    I was about to make a thread on this subject. I had the same problem, well maybe the same.
    I had mine on the fire effect and there was a flash of light from the right side of my keyboard and now red and yellow will not work on some of the keys on my number pad.[​IMG]

    I spoke too soon above apparently. Mine did the same thing this morning. It's been on Spectrum Cycling for a couple weeks and not Fire. I was using a profile though, and when I switch it to the normal effects it fixed it. I'm going to restart and mess with it some to make sure it doesn't come back...

    I just want to say about cost of this keyboard! - 200$!!! I think for this money it must properly working for 100%! I want just an answer from Razer about this issue is that problem in hardware or software? If it software I can wait for fix but if it hardware i want my money back I dont want replace the keyboard for one more with same problem! But they dont care about people -_- I waste my time and my nerves with razer shops and razer supports!
