  1. I tried some googling but I can't get a definitive answer.

So if you use the blade 2016 hooked up with core as your desktop and use an external 144Hz monitor. Does it support the 144 Hz display?

    Thanks in advance.

Would running at 3200x1800 (native resolution) on the Blade 14 with a gtx 1080 founder's edition throttle on the TB3? (I don't currently possess a external monitor, and my razer core has not arrived yet).

It will to an extent. Running my RBS at 1440p is completely fine, but trying to run at a native 2160p is out of the question, unless it's a racing sim. Now if you drop the settings and don't mind taking a hit to graphics, then I'm sure you'll be fine.

    Awesome !!! thanks : ).

I don't suppose you know weather a kepler gpu will work with the razer core? I ask this because right now I have the gtx titan black (haven't gotten the gtx 1080 quite yet..)

It isn't on the supported list, but I don't know that anyone's tried it for sure either.

Seems like the gtx 1080 will work just fine :stuck_out_tongue_winking_eye:

Sadly...... probably, I just shoved my titan black into my literally just recieved Razer core. The Gpu's light is on, but nobody's home (in other words, sadly not compatible, so it would seem..... I also tried installing razer's core nvidia driver in attempts to get it to work, but its a no go :/)

You must be doing something wrong, as in this press release they said that the TitanX would be compatable. Scroll to the bottom.

It says its inactive (the gtx titan black) ..... it seems its actually not switching gpus.....can someone please help me?

Try disabling the 970M through the control panel and see if the Titan becomes active. Others have mentioned that helping on the Blade.

If i reinstall the nvidia drivers (clean install) itll output the display on my external monitor however after a pc restart itll default back to the nvidia gtx 970m .....

I give up. Im just going to either trade my gtx titan black for a 970 or buy the gtx 1080 ....
