HiIm trying to upgrade my Windows from Home to Pro version but, after get the original upgrade key from Microsoft retalier, while the progress is in beginning an error pops up telling that I dont have a digital license or valid product key.Based on that Im wondering if you could help me to install de Windows 11 pro verstion without to format or bring laptop to original parameters, in order to keep save all work that I had to organize a big bunch of professional folders and files.Thank u very much
I have reinstall the pc, same for drivers. no output for second screen from usb C and HDMI .Any Ideas?
I’m on a Razer Blade 14 that had to be serviced last year because it refused to start. After I got it back from servicing, I was only using the laptop for work, and not gaming, linked to a Prism+ monitor. Played Diablo IV yesterday and today the HDMI out stopped working. I looked at the Device Manager and the NVidia card had a message that it was blocked by Windows because of an error. Tried starting the NVidia Control Panel but it completely did not start so I uninstalled the drivers and reinstalled as instructed by most articles online. Also updated the AMD and Intel drivers. After all that, Device Manager still does not detect the NVidia GPU and the NVidia Control Panel still doesn’t start: Does this mean that something has happened to the GPU? Diablo IV ran hot but I had the laptop on a cooling stand… Any help would be really appreciated as the laptop is out of warranty. Really frustrated that I bought a gaming laptop and haven’t really been able to game with it because of replace
Why not make and sell on Razer web store, a cross body (with Razer green logo) pouch (can wear on waist too) for users to put phone, Razer Kishi Ultra, wallet, keys and other EDC (Everyday carry)? Hi,so i lost my USB Dongle for my Razer Blackshark V2 Pro 2023 and have been looking to get a new dongle.The only option i found is:https://www.razer.com/replacement-parts-mice/Razer-Mice-Keyboards-USB-HyperSpeed-Dongle/RC30-03420100-R3M1however it states that it is only for “Hyperspeed Mice and Keyboards”in the tech specs at the bottom of the page however it links towards a page which states that it should be compatible with the blackshark headset. Does anyone have any experience with this type of replacement dongles working for headsets? just want to make sure before I order one, thanks in advance
Can someone please help me ive recently lost my usb for my razer orochi v2 and my friend has a usb so he gave it to me but it wont connect to my mouse, ive tried the utilitys and synapse but it just wont connect. Can anyone help?
The D key on my keyboard rarely is detecting input. Maybe 1 every 50 attempts.I have triedcleaning it with compressed air removed the key, no debris found updating all drivers plugging the keyboard into another pcAny advice or ideas on how to fix this? The keyboard is only a few months old.

I recently won a gaming mouse through the playstore and have the email saying order confirmed but when I check the order status I only get an error message. I can't seem to find a way to contact anyone to sort it out. Anyone on here able to assist?
