I recently won a gaming mouse through the playstore and have the email saying order confirmed but when I check the order status I only get an error message. I can't seem to find a way to contact anyone to sort it out. Anyone on here able to assist?
I tried to boost valorant many times but the only thing that stands there is “Unable to retrieve youre game´s current setting. Please restart the game or directly change in-game settings.if you still encounter problems, update razer cortex to its latest version (if applicable) i checked and i have the newest version i restarted the game more then 2 times and i tried to find the “GameUserSettings” for valorant but i don't have any do i fix this?I have also tried reinstalling the app and the same issue occurs, I am also unable to check for updates unless I manually go to the razer synapse or axon and check as the button doesn't work on cortex.(my razer cortex version is 10.12.6.0)
Ive recently bought the Razer Blackshark v2 X. The product number on the inside of the left earmuff is RZ04-0457. When I enter this into the device registration it says “Product number invalid” How do I fix this issue, should I enter a different product number?
So i got a blackwidow v4 100% on april, and by now the D key is double typping as i use it. As i’ve seen, this is a commom issue on this keyboard, i want to know what to do about it.

I’ve been using the Razer Deathadder V3 wired yesterday it stop working. I can see the optical laser is on and the DPI light sometimes flashes when i run my finger onto the optical sensor. The optical laser is on when plugged in but window dosent detect the mouse, it dosent even show up in the device manager under mice and pointing devices. Before this its works perfectly even detectable on the synapse app. (Sorry my english is bad i take sentences from other topic who had same problem with me.)
Does the Viper V3 Pro have Motion Sync enabled on the 8K polling rate?
I have a BlackShark V2 SE that has been great up until Synapse updated today. After the update, the audio is noticeably quieter even with the same EQ settings. Additionally, trying to change the volume of Windows apps using Windows’ own audio mixer or a third-party mixer like EarTrumpet doesn’t work. I can move the slider up and down but the volume doesn’t change, except when it gets to zero, then it gets muted. I have Discord set up to attenuate sound when I or someone else speaks, which also doesn’t work as it relies on setting app volumes to do that.The only way I’ve been able to fix this is by disabling Audio Enhancements in Windows settings for the headset. With it disabled, I can once again control app volume and Discord’s attenuation feature works. However, I don’t get the benefits of any of the Synapse EQ settings or other features.I have tried the following:uninstalling Synapse uninstalling the device from Device Manager installing all Windows Updates updating all audio

My case #240228-002801 created on 28-Feb-2024 PST, and they are: “Please be guided that we are still in communication with our team. Please allow me to process this validation and we will send our feedback via email. We will keep you posted once we got word from them.” It has been 2 months and no solution! Worst Warranty ever! I love Razer products… But 2 or more of warranty its just for selling stuff!
Hi guys, as many of You i have read on this forum and reddit, I cant update the firmware on my almost brand-new Razer Kiyo Pro. It came with a software version 1.0.1.8 and i cant update it to newest or any that i found online. Im so disappointed, great camera but it is not working properly in windows 11, read online that FW update solves issues. Tried with few PCs and different OSes - Vista, 7 both 32bit and 64bit, 8, 10, 11. I tried eveything that i could. Please help me, this is brand new camera (has like 2-3 weeks) and razer site tells me that warranty on this cam is over(!). Thanks for help. have a great day!
Guys, I have the Wolverine 2 cabled controller. It has a quick release strain relief cable so I dont pull my monitor off the desk! One side looks like a PS2 connector (its not, i dont think) and the uder is USB - I’ve lost the little cable, and without it I cant plug it in to my PC - Going nuts looking for a replacement.Any ideas?
