Razer Nari 1 Day Old AUDIO PROBLEM

    So yesterday I went out to buy a new Razer Nari for 149.99 and I thought it sounded good and was amazing build quality. I went to go play one of my favorite games RUST and my audio cuts out. Whenever it is at a lower volume it seems to just cut out until a louder volume comes into the headphones. This is a serious problem because I cant hear anyone coming up to me and also these headphones are 149.99 so this is really making me angry.
    What I have done:
    I have uninstalled and reinstalled Razer Synapse 3
    I have uninstalled and reinstalled the drivers for Razer Nari
    I have turned my volume up as high as it goes so it doesnt have low dips
    I have turned off Power Saving for the headphone ( I thought that was the main issue )

    What can I do here because this is heavily impeding on my gameplay

    Hi there! Does this happen when in wired or wireless mode? Also, have you tried other ports or devices to see if the same issue persists?
