Razer raiju ultimate beta firmware request

    I have now sent back a second Raiju Ultimate and the third one is still having issues with the right thumbstick, after about an hour of gameplay the right stick becomes sluggish, it's not lag, it's sensitivity, when attempting to turn/look left with the right thumbstick (pushed all the way left), the left turn would start extremely slow, sometimes not even registering, and after one to three seconds of this slow turn, would start to speed up until it's eventually at full speed. turning to the right (generally) does not do this

    this also is more likely to happen if the left thumb stick is in use at the same time (strafing left at the same time as trying to turn left for example) but still only impacting the right thumb stick

    I've reproduced this with the raiju connected via cable, and then switched to stock ps4 pro controller (via same usb cable) and the problem does not exist on stock ps4 pro controller via usb, only with the raiju ultimate, in fact, with both raiju ultimates I currently have here (the one that has to still be returned and the new one received today), this is either a hardware issue with the raiju in general or a firmware issue

    Please provide me with access to beta firmware or I will continue to return and exchange the raiju ultimate for a replacement
