The razer synapse beta 3.0 is meh...the one thing I like about it is that now my naga has a wave feature that i can pair with the firefly but the customization of the buttons became more complicated...in the old one I could have like 100 profiles if i wanted to and swap them with a button but the 3.0 version only allows me to do 2...

I kinda like how Synapse 3.0's interface feels. However, this software is still full of bugs given it's still in Beta. I've encountered no more than 5 bugs and have been irritating me for 3 months. Advanced Effects/Chroma doesn't usually start when PC starts up. Razer Firefly, when paired with a keyboard, ruins any custom Wave Effect you have. No toggle key press and release. I don't have choice but to use Synapse 3.0 over 2 since in Synapse 2, my Ornata Chroma's Enter, Plus and Minus keys on Numpad don't light up when in custom Wave effect and the effects don't sync or not available across all Razer peripherals I have.

I still can't believe that Razer has not allowed settings to be uploaded to mouse onboard memory. Razer Lancehead TE and my color scheme still loads on Windows bootup. Most other brands of mice have the onboard memory keep the settings for dpi and color (minimum) so that the mouse is consistent. Razer still "considering" this feature. I like my mouse a great deal but have some remorse over purchase.
